This review will go over Fullstaq Marketing and Awol Academy to see if it really is the best Affiliate Marketing course out there.
You’ll learn whether Affiliate Marketing is the right online business for you.
And at the end, you’ll find answers some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Keala Kanae and Affiliate Marketing in general.
Now, I do want to be totally up front in this review, so…
DISCLAIMER:
This Keala Kanae review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.
In this Keala Kanae review, we’ll dive into the pros and cons of the guru.
But before that, let’s ask ourselves: Is affiliate marketing even a worthwhile business model?
On the one hand, the promise is great…
You don’t have to create products, worry about fulfillment, customer service, or bad reviews.
Your only job is to get the right customers in front of the right offer, and take a commission when they buy.
And – theoretically – you can do it all in an hour a day from the beach.
Sounds simple, right?
Well, not really. Driving traffic (that’s internet speak for getting customers) is single-handedly the hardest part of the entire marketing process.
Later in this review, we’ll talk about all the different skills you need to drive traffic successfully.
For now, let’s just say the promise doesn’t really match up with reality.
At best, affiliate marketing is a job. You’re working for someone else, selling their products, and at any time, they can change your commission structure or block you from selling their stuff entirely.
In this business, you don’t really own or control anything. Since – for the most part – you’re driving traffic (again, the hardest job of all) and sending it to someone else, you don’t even get to keep the customers, who are the most valuable piece of the puzzle.
At worst, affiliate marketing is a pyramid scheme. There are certain – ahem – programs that charge you a monthly “membership fee”, under the guise that you will learn how to be a “wealthy affiliate marketer”.
Once you join, however, you find out the only way to really make money is by being an affiliate for that program.
That’s pretty much the textbook definition of a pyramid scheme.
Now, let’s say you really want that hour-a-day-work-from-the-beach lifestyle.
What if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?
An income stream that doesn’t require:
An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?
An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day testing, tweaking, and risking your money in the hope you can finally start making sales?
If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, check out Digital Real Estate.
This is like taking all the good parts from affiliate marketing (however few there are), and putting aside all the bad.
However, if you’d still like to know more about Keala Kanae, keep reading.
Keala Kanae is an internet marketer responsible for two successful training platforms… namely Fullstaq Marketer and AWOL Academy.
Kanae made his first million dollars during the first year of AWOL Academy, according to Keala Kanae Forbes and HuffPost articles.
His annual revenue skyrocketd to a whopping $30 million in 2017.
Keala Kanae’s net worth is between $3-5 million.
Kanae created free e-books available to anyone who wish to get started with Internet marketing. It is known by three different names:
The e-book is legitimate, but it’s more productive to become a paid member of AWOL Academy or Fullstaq Marketing.
However, you are under no obligation to participate.
These won’t request credit card details or personal information other than your name, email, and so on.
This is mainly to get you to join his program.
AWOL Academy and Fullstaq Marketer is an online marketing instructional masterclass program.
Most Fullstaq marketer reviews pain the course as cheap, but here’s the truth:
Starting at only $49, The AWOL program provides an introduction to online revenue. The Masters Academy will set you back at $5,497 as you advance in the program.
Similarly, Fullstaq Marketer’s foundational training class, which discusses digital marketing and how to establish a sales funnel, costs $997.
You may earn 50% of Kanae’s sales if you join his affiliate marketing program.
You’ve probably seen his Keal Kanae YouTube channel and Facebook ads where he shows off his luxury home. You then begin to wonder if you’ll ever be able to afford such lifestyle.
Then again, it’s just far too simple.
So, you may be curious how he has made such wealth at a very young age or whether he is legit marketer or not.
What better way to find this out than to have a closer look at his two creations, AWOL Academy and Fullstaq Marketer.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was born on the poorer side of town, and grew up in public housing.
His father worked as a docker, and his mother as a house cleaner. Kanae was just 13 years old when his parents divorced.
Five years later, in college, Keala, together with some friends, started what they called “hotel parties,” a business venture where people paid to attend.
They were able to undertake nightclub promotions as a result of this business. Unfortunately, it all didn’t end well and Kanae lost all of his money in the process.
This sparked Kanae’s interest in business and marketing.
In 2006, he graduated Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Hawaii in Manoa. Kanae was the first in his family to earn a bachelor’s degree, thus it was a significant achievement for the entire family.
After graduating, he was confronted with the realities of his financial situation. He owed $20,000 and was surviving from paycheck to paycheck in a coffee shop.
Kaela Kanae stated in an interview in August 2012 that he had reached rock bottom. He couldn’t even afford to give his girlfriend at least a decent birthday present. Instead, he gave her his mother’s used purse.
He made a promise to himself that he would never to be in that situation ever again.
Eight months later, he resigned his job and began working in online marketing, where he earned a comfortable five-figure salary.
Kanae worked around the field of Internet marketing throughout his student years at the University of Hawaii.
He participated in training as well as events to expand his knowledge base of digital work.
According to his LinkedIn page, he worked as a social media internet marketer for numerous marketing firms from 2000 until 2010.
Smile Entertainment, Exodus Entertainment, KK Auto, Stanton Mortgage, and Oahu Lending are among these companies that he worked for.
In 2012, he made roughly $300 as a café barista before making a good $10,000 with internet marketing.
Kanae eventually met his business partner and co-founder, Kameron George, and together they founded Empower Network, a multilevel marketing technique.
The platform promoted affiliate marketing, but it declared bankruptcy in 2013.
Shortly after, Kanae and George started Project AWOL, an internet marketing initiative that stands for “Another Way of Life.”
They created two more umbrella platforms called Global Affiliate Zone and Elite Push, which included costly training on how to get started with affiliate marketing.
In 2015, Kanae and George renamed Project AWOL to AWOL Academy and integrated the two programs.
However, in 2018, the well-known online marketing academy and mentoring programs shut down.
Kanae and George split up, although the former had AWOL rebranded to Fullstaq Marketer in 2019.
From 2015 through 2018, AWOL Academy was one of the well-known affiliate programs founded by Keala Kanae and Kameron George.
Even if you are a total newbie or have no experience, their digital marketing classes are beginner-friendly and will sure show you how to generate money online.
After a conflict in 2013 with Empower Network about an affiliate program with Project AWOL, the program launched its own firm.
As a result, Kanae and George established AWOL Academy in 2015.
Keala Kanae’s AWOL was even recognized in the Inc 5000 list as “one of the fastest growing firms in the United States.”
What is the fullstaq marketer cost? Is It in the Keala Kanae webinar?
AWOL Academy offers six premium courses that provide users with a good foundation in internet marketing.
Each course persuades the customer and provides a more extensive coverage of the following:
Yes, You can!
But…
There’s a lot that comes along with Affiliate Marketing that many people struggle with.
In fact, check out these Top 5 Reason Why Affiliate Marketers Fail.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
You can certainly make money with Affiliate Marketing, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
This system made them swear off affiliate marketing for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!
This course provides an overview of how digital sales work. It is made up of four videos that cover the following: founders, the company, and the attitude required to successfully make money online.
Price: $49
The five lessons show you how to set up your hosting website, landing page, and business autoresponders in order to construct your funnel.

This masterclass puts emphasis on productivity, management, money concerns, the law of attraction, and the mindset in order to get you started on your online business.
Price: $5,497
AWOL Elite gives you the opportunity to work directly with AWOL’s digital marketing team and gain firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to earn money online.
Price: $9,997
AWOL affiliate products are legit and provide a thorough understanding of the digital marketing industry.
Kanae has extensive online marketing experience under his belt, and his words pretty much reflect this.
Having said that, the program is designed to be user-friendly and ideal for people looking to start making money online.
But the course is way too expensive for those who are cash-strapped but want to try their hand at digital marketing.
Furthermore, they promoted all-inclusive web tools that they used.
Nobody has $500 to $1,000 in their wallet as a newbie marketer. The program promises a $10,000 ROI in three months if you put in the effort – but that is not an easy task.
AWOL Academy’s popularity began to wane over time, and the company became mired in its issues.
AWOL isn’t even accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) account.
A lot has happened at AWOL Academy, and in 2018, Kanae chose to split up with George.
However, his training concept thrived and was even carried over the new brand, Fullstaq Marketer.
What exactly is Fullstaq, and is it a type of AWOL training course?
After parting ways with George, Kanae had AWOL Academy rebranded to Fullstaq Marketer.
The company’s headquarters are still in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The public scrutiny that AWOL Academy received pressured them to rebrand.
It operates via the same business model of earning money online through affiliate marketing.
It provides users with the following:
So far, they have two main courses and another two coming up soon. They are Fullstaq Accelerator, Traffic Labs, Conversion Labs, and Masters Labs.
The course outline provides a thorough training for people interested in Internet marketing.
Similarly, it will show you how you can:
This course includes three comprehensive training videos to guide you in starting your online business
The program has a community, where you may interact and connect with other internet marketers.
The training is similar to self-development in that it trains you how to be productive and have a winning entrepreneurial attitude.
This section explains how to create a sales funnel and use email marketing to convert leads.
The total cost of the course is $997. The fee is still high for a budding affiliate marketer, but it is less expensive than what AWOL Academy provided.
Once you’ve bought the Fullstaq Accelerator, it will then urge you to purchase Traffic Labs.
This will teach you how to use sponsored social media advertisements to create leads.
In a nutshell, the program is comparable to Traffic Academy which is priced at $1,997 – that’s $1,000 less than the previous one.
It’s far too similar to the courses offered at AWOL Academy’s, but a little less expensive.
However, this does not imply that it’s a reasonable amount.
Up to this day, many are still identifying Fullstaq Marketer with AWOL Academy and so gave Fullstaq same reviews, whether favorable or not.
So, is Keala Kanae a scam? Not technically. You can make money with this program, but making money with affiliate marketing definitely isn’t as easy as the company makes it sound.
Driving traffic is extremely difficult. In order to do it successfully, you need to at least understand all these things, if not be a ninja at them:
And a lot more.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual commissions are pretty small.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months and then your reward is a $50 commission, it’s not really worth it.
What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?
And what if you only needed 1 or 2 of the above skills to get started, instead of mastering all 12 before seeing your first dollar?
And what if you actually didn’t need to wait 3 months? What if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?
And what if you could double it next week?
Well, that’s the power of Digital Real Estate.
Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.
Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:
They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.
Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.
So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.
And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

You might be wondering if building a successful affiliate marketing business is actually possible. After all, there are a bunch of digital marketing courses out there. Which training program is the right one to choose? When it comes to scaling online businesses, Keala Kanae has good experience. I mean, he’s grown his own online businesses through coaching right? Let’s see what the people have to say about him…
Here is what one reddit user had to say on this thread:
“Okay. This is the part where I let out a long sigh of resignation because this is going to be a mess.
So. Their website mentions two people, Kameron George and Julian Sherman. They don’t give any information about where they might be registered as a corporation (my suspicion is that they may not be). Whatever. Privacy policy:
This website (freelancemarketingpros.com) is operating under agreement of Affiliate Institute (AI).
And the remainder of the privacy policy refers to Affiliate Institute. I can find a few other sites by searching some of the language in this privacy policy, one of which appears to be AI’s site. So let’s go there. It’s basically exactly the same thing, except the people here are Chris Smith and Kameron George.
Now I’d like to see if anyone else has anything to say about them, and here’s where we run into some trouble. Affiliate marketers are a bunch of useless fucking snakes. (With apologies to any legit affiliate marketers.) There are approximately seven trillion sites on the net from affiliate marketers that review anything affiliate marketing or MLM adjacent, frequently do spotty research, and will basically never call anything a scam, because any criticism they make will risk landing too close to what they do. It produces a ton of noise and very little useful data. And it’s all very stupid, because the legitimate parts of affiliate marketing need to call the scams out if they want to preserve their own integrity.
In any case, AI lists an address on their site, which is enough for me to check a business registration and make sure I’m finding the same corp. And what do you know, AFFILIATE INSTITUTE LLC, Nevada, same address. Managing member is Julian Sherman. Who the fuck is Julian Sherman? He’s not mentioned anywhere on their site, unless I do a targeted search against it, and then I can find a referral link for him.
Well, if I look him up, I find a Global Affiliate Zone, which sounds like much the same thing. Here’s a BBB page, which I’m providing mainly because it has basic information on the corporation. It’s a limited partnership with three partners, Julian Sherman, Mattieu Jang, and Project AWOL, LP. All listed at at address in Utah. In general, the site of Affiliate Institute and what I can find of GAZ make them both sound like the same thing–they’re selling you “training” on how to be an affiliate marketer, possibly with pre-done marketing funnels and also the “opportunity” to recruit more people to be trained to be affiliate marketers. And this review of GAZ, which baffilingly refuses to call it a scam and insists it’s a Legitimate Business™, also claims there was a connection between GAZ and Enagic (Kangen water). The GAZ domain now just redirects to AI.
Confusingly, despite being listed at an address in Utah, Project AWOL is in fact registered in Nevada. They’re doing business as AWOL Academy. They list Kameron George and a Keala Kanae on their site. And their partners are My Social Pro LLC and MKW Holdings. The latter is at a P.O. box in the Cayman Islands. The former is in Nevada with Nathan K. Kanae as manager.
And searching Keala or Nathan Kanae, I turn up a Fullstaq Marketer, yet another one of these fucking sites I don’t even bother to read anymore because I don’t care. They list Keala Kanae and some other pricks as their team. Registered in Nevada as FULLSTAQ MARKETER LLC, manager is Nathan Keala Kanae Jr.
Why have one site, corporation, and brand, when you can have fifty? I mean, what are they, marketers… oh. Some subsets of Amway do this, like Britt World Wide. They get their minions to pay exorbitant amounts for “personalized websites”, which all look the same, and just fucking carpet bomb the internet with useless nonsense nobody’s ever going to see. But at least they’re making a ton of money by conning people into thinking they’re paying for something useful. That’s the real game, obviously.”
someone else replied on the same thread and said:
“What the fuck??? Wow. Thanks for all of this work! That is total insanity. I tried to bring this up to my friend but she insisted that it’s totally legit and I’m just wrong. Well, I tried.
She continues to post every day in the mlm-iest language. Things like
“Omg last chance to join this amazing opportunity tonight! Comment FMP below for more info”
“Omg feeling so blessed with this Covid-19 stuff that my business is run from home so I can keep making money”
Meanwhile it’s tax season and I know for a fact she’s just gone through her “business” expenses and profits from last year and realized she spent thousands more than she made.
But don’t worry, she’s about to be rich.”
Obviously this isn’t the best look. And while I certainly think Keala Kanae is a great person…it seems as though he has a fair share of haters. I would proceed with caution and be weary of upsells once you get in on his low ticket offer.
Yes, there are plenty of Affiliate Marketing Gurus and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model. Here are just a few:
The ScamRisk team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.
While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:
Digital Real Estate is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.
Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.
Why?
1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.
And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.
Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.
This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.
2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With Affiliate Marketing, you don’t really own anything. You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own customers.
Look at the fine print for most affiliate agreements. At any point, the company can change your commission structure, reduce your profit margins, or kick you out entirely.
With Digital Real Estate, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.
3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.
Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.
4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).
Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.
Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.
If you wanted to double your income with affiliate marketing, you’d have to double your traffic, double the average order size of each customer, OR double your commission rate. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.
5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With affiliate marketing, you’re selling the product with the best commission rate, NOT the one that’s going to improve the most people’s lives.
And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.
But with Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:
Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.
You make money by helping them make money.
Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.
Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.
Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Keal Kanae teaches which could one day make you money.
You could continue researching, never making a decision.
OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Real Estate.
A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.
All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

Don’t waste your money or time.
Well, I appreciate the “skinny” on Keala Kanae..I will as, they gave me my initial 99.00 back within 3 days (I was shocked!) But nothing I HATE MORE WITH ALL THESE ADS IS WHEN THEY SAY, “I DON’T NEED YOUR MONEY!” REALLY DUDE? THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED! When he charged 99.00 to start..okay but then you get the “special advisor call” allegedly to see if you have what it takes??? Really?? They ask you in the “questionnaire” And on the phone about your “resources”..well of COURSE I was APPROVED! But what REALLY GOT ME..”OH MANDATORY TRAINING LUNCH..ONLY $49.00!!!”
Okay, you just got 99.00 from me (for NOTHING??) AND YOU’RE GOING TO ASK FOR A ADDITIONAL $49.00??? I saw writing on the wall…get the f..out while you still can..and I did!!
