Because that’s less pressure, and people are less likely to back out due to FOMO that way.

Now, he does say it’ll cost you a “few thousand dollars” to join, which is something, but not super specific.

What Is Jordan Stambaugh’s Refund Policy?

I don’t really like this part.

On Jordan’s homepage, he advertises a big, shiny “money back guarantee”!

Sounds good, right?

Well, it does until you read the fine print from the Terms and Conditions above.

It’ll probably take you more than 72 hours to figure out if the course is working for you or not, and by then you will NOT be able to get a refund.

This is why even if you pick the right business model, there are some big differences between the programs and how their gurus operate them.

Personal Opinion On Rank And Rent Mastery

It’s always a battle when figuring out these kinda gurus and their programs.

Even when everything seems great and they have a solid business model (like Jordan does), there are still ways they can mess things up for you. I personally think he’s a decent choice, but you’re right to be concerned about any red flags you’re picking up at the same time.

Let’s go over a few more pros and cons of what RARM has to offer, but first let’s take a step back and consider what you should do when hunting for a program in general:

• Imagine doing this for the rest of your life – does it sound good?

I think Jordan is pretty solid, for what it’s worth.

In fact, how about a quick 3 things I like about his program:

1. Really hard to mess up the rank and rent model
2. He’s young, but also has some good experience
3. Local lead generation is very profitable

…and, to be fair, 3 things I don’t really like:

1. Misleading refund policy gives me a little concern
2. Lacking student reviews, you might feel like a guinea pig
3. Jordan’s graphic design roots may mean he’s more of an artist than marketing expert

“Rank And Rent Mastery scam” pops up all the time when you search up this course.

So, is this guy’s name Jordan Stambaugh…

…or more like Jordan SCAMbaugh?!

Nah. And I deeply apologize for that terrible pun.

A scammer is usually someone who lies to you about what you’re spending your money on, then gives you no good or services at all – you see this a lot in MLMs.

That’s probably not what’s going on here.

If I’m being totally honest, I think Jordan is doing a solid job over there with his Rank And Rent Mastery operation, and you probably wouldn’t be making the worst decision in the world by teaming up with him.

At the very least, you’ll get a solid overview of the local lead generation industry and what it takes to make some big money that way.

You’re definitely gonna get SOME value here.

But I gotta say, I still prefer Digital Leasing’s proven methods, where they help you build stellar relationships with clients. After a while, they come back begging you to keep the good times rolling! And that’ll keep your cash rolling in as well, watching your bank account get bigger and bigger.

So, should you go ahead and dive headfirst into Rank And Rent Mastery?

That’s a tough one.

I do think Jordan has a killer business model and does a lot of things right…

…but he’s just off the mark slightly on a few things.

While any NFL quarterback would probably make a really good football guru, I would rather have Tom Brady than some guy who might just be a backup.

No offense to Jordan or anything, but I just believe there are better mentors out there who can take the local lead generation model and elevate your game to the next step.

You need to go out and get with a local lead generation system like Digital Leasing, where there’s tons of opportunity for you to go out and snag that financial freedom you’re after.
