And most important, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $50,000 a month in mostly passive income.

Who Are James Bonadies And Jason McKim?

Before we hop into it, it’s probably a good idea that we talk about James and Jason a little bit. Jason McKim and James Bonadies are the founders, coaches, and authors of the whole Local Marketing Course…this is probably one of the most important sections of this review.

It’s important that you can trust these guys.

  • Let’s just put it this way…if you’re going to start any kind of online marketing agency, or any type of business for that matter…you’re gonna want some mentors, and ones that have ACTUALLY made money through the same processes they teach.
  • You may not be all that surprised by this, but there are several gurus out there with tomorrows make money online course that honestly haven’t made a dime off the methods they are teaching others. How do they get away with it?
  • It’s pretty easy to be honest. Remember that Tai Lopez guy and his YouTube ad about “knowledge” a few years ago? Yeah he pretty much just got lucky with bitcoin and has tried to capitalize on it with his various training courses ever since.

The feeling of doubt you might have here is a legitimate concern. Is Tai Lopez actually making money by doing all the things he teaches…or does he just make his money through other people promoting his courses and programs with network marketing, MLM’s, and other affiliate marketing methods?

These are valid concerns given how shady the industry is, so what about James and Jason? Are these guys just another Tai Lopez?

These guys aren’t even close to Tai. James Bonadies and Jason, the co-founders, actually practice what they preach. They make their money using exactly the methods they teach.

These guys aren’t in the business of forcing you, as a student, to promote their course after you complete it. In fact, they don’t even encourage it in the slightest.

  • James Bonadies and Jason are one of the most active mentoring partners you’ll ever come across. They are known to hold various conferences throughout the year for their students and those who want to learn how they can also make money online. They also talk to and motivate their students regularly in their weekly calls. With people this focused on servant leadership, you know you’re in good company.

So why does this course have so many success stories?

Because James Bonadies and Jason combined the best parts of themselves in a way that could help you not only win the internet, but dominate it as well!

So what are Jason and James both good at?

Jason is a Facebook and Google adwords Mogul who knows how to build highly converting funnels.

James is all about being professional and white hat in the internet marketing space. And when you combine their talents in the way that they have…you get yourself…

Local Marketing Vault.

So now that we know a little bit about Jason McKim and James Bonadies, let’s talk a little more in depth about LMV!

What Is Local Marketing Vault?

James McKim and Jason claim that you’ll be able to come into this course and learn how to:

  • Land Clients Easier
  • Land Clients Faster
  • Get More Money Out Of The Deal
  • Earn $10,000 Per Month Recurring In 90 Days!
  • Stop Being Afraid Of Not Getting The Results You Promised

Pretty bold claims right?

Lead Generation for local businesses has been around for a couple years now…

And as cool as Jason McKim and James think that is…they have seen many people struggle to actually change their lives financially.

Most of the issues they saw people struggling with were the same. A local client was always wanting a timeline with ROI.

They claim that SEO has worked for a while but it’s just not the best way anymore…

We disagree with that statement, and we’ll explain why later on…

However, the issues they presented were:

  1. It Takes Forever To Rank A Local Business
  2. Results Can Take A While To See
  3. Will The Leads Even Be Good When They Come In?

They claim there are a lot of variables to deal with when pitching SEO to small local businesses…and that some people have actually quit because of it.

So what happens after? People give up and go right back down the rabbit hole for making money online again.

But there still is a better way to make money online that doesn’t require paid traffic…

Another Lead Generation Course?

Yeah, Local Marketing Vault is another lead generation type of course. This one focuses on Facebook ads and Google ads.

This model is about getting leads virtually instantly for your clients and keeping that level of belief up high right after you hop off the closing call.

It’s a great idea and all, and there’s no shortage of ways you can partner with someone on it…but their business model does have some weaknesses

What Do You Get With LMV

You get a full training on their brand new process and how they run their own lead generation business from start to finish.

Here’s a little break down of that process.

Step 1: Build a two page website

Step 2: Send paid traffic via an ad coupon

Step 3: Get leads

Step 4: Send free leads with results in advance

Step 5: Upsell to a website

Sounds pretty simple huh?

Unfortunately there’s a lot more that goes with it and a lot blanks to fill in, and even though you can get results immediately with paid traffic…It opens its own can worms when it comes to problems…

But what do you get inside LMV?

Facebook And Google Ads Pre Made Funnels

Inside the training you learn everything you need to make the best Facebook ad copy and even some for google ads.

They claim that these are the types of methods that will help you generate leads in no time!

They even dive a little bit into managing PPC campaigns!

If you want to know more, check out their main menu below!

Main Menu Local Marketing Vault

Feel free to zoom in on this if you want!

This shows you all the training you get while you are in the course. As you can see though, SEO is missing from that list.

They show you how to build funnels, manage CPC and paid ads, and even different tier campaigns!

So what kind of niches do they say this will work for? They claim it will work for hundreds! In the training they use towing as an example, but some of their students have been known to even generate real estate leads!

Local Marketing Vault sure doesn’t leave you wanting more, that’s for sure. They make sure that their students/clients have everything they need generate leads consistently for business owners through the methods that they teach.

We do wish we could have seen some fraction of SEO implemented however, if you have a website with landing pages, even if it’s just two, it’d be a good idea to run some basic SEO on it so that you could potentially grab organic traffic in the long run.

So what else do they offer?

Private Facebook Group

Their Facebook group is probably one of the best things Jason McKim and James offer. It is very active and it’s filled with people asking questions and getting answers all the time!

At Scam Risk we think programs that offer a group setting like this are very beneficial and would like to see more online courses do the same. It helps keep people connected and keep them mentally “fit” and in the right mindset.

Not to mention when you constantly see people winning it helps bolster your own belief that it’s only a matter of time until you succeed.

In our little sneak peak of the course we saw people landing clients every day and screenshots of people showing how many leads they generated for the small businesses they’re working with.

It’s really clear that these guys are legit.

Pros:

Good For Internet Marketing Newbies:

Facebook ads and Google adwords are things every internet marketer should understand at a basic level. The guys at Local Marketing Vault deliver.

Facebook Group

Having a group the way they do is a great opportunity for people to connect. It fosters a great learning environment and encourages people to participate. They also have weekly live calls.

Niches Included

Unlike other courses that kind of just send you on your way after the video training, Local Marketing Vault goes one step further. They actually give a list of 30 different niches with pre made funnels that help you get money in your pocket faster!

Cons:

Facebook Ads Are Over Used

Everybody and their grandma can throw up a Facebook ad or a Google ad. Although it’s nice they give you pre made ads and funnels, that just means many other people like you are running the same ads. It’s hard to differentiate yourself.

Ad Account Suspensions

Facebook and Google continue to crack down hard on their ad platforms. New rules seem to roll out every day and people have been hit with suspensions overnight, losing everything! It’s definitely hard to keep leads flowing to clients when Facebook shuts you down.

Not Long Term

Ads have always been a short term fix…it’s very hard to keep them going smooth for the long term and requires a lot of work to do so. Not to mention CPC changes all the time and you can quickly be in the red if you are not careful.

Can You Make Money With LMV?

Of course you can make money with Local Marketing Vault! If you couldn’t they wouldn’t still be around now would they?

There are some people who make well over $10,000 a month with this business model and have been for a long time!

The only issue though is that it isn’t really passive income. You have to constantly monitor your paid ads and make sure leads are still still coming through.

What’s worse is that these ads cost money and that cuts into your profit margins. So not only do Facebook ads require constant monitoring, but your ads will cut into your profit month to month in varying ways because of how often CPC changes.

There is a much less volatile version of lead generation though…check it out here!

How Much Does Local Marketing Vault Cost?

Local Marketing Vault has continued to add new resources, funnels, and sales tactics through the years, as well as more students. As such, there price has increased accordingly. With that said, it never seems as though the price is set in stone…The best way to find out how much it is would be to book a call with them and see if it’s the right fit!

The Problem With 99% Of Local Marketing Vault Reviews

So what’s the big deal about all these reviews? Why are they so bad?

Well first, we don’t want to say these reviews are bad, in fact…they have a bunch good knowledge. But…

You’ll see that a lot of these reviews are riddled with affiliate links. There’s nothing wrong with that perse…but it does mean that they have a financial incentive to spin things in a way that make you want to join.

If you notice, our Local Marketing Vault review doesn’t have any affiliate links for them, so you can rest assured that we’re giving you the real skinny!

Is Local Marketing Vault A Scam?

NO LOCAL MARKETING VAULT IS NOT A SCAM. They teach you great lead generation skills for FB and Google funnels and they show you a few cool ways how to get clients as well. You can also make the type of money they advertise as well if you follow their process to a T.

Still, there are better ways to generate leads consistently long term for business owners. And why not learn how to generate leads long term anyway? That’s where the money is at after all, and it’s more passive.

FAQ'S

Along with Local Marketing Vault, we’re pretty sure you probably have some questions related to the program and about generating leads on FB and Google through paid traffic. Hopefully some of these Q&A’s help!

Is Cold Calling Required For Getting Clients?

No, cold calling isn’t required to get clients…but you will honestly run into it at one point or another.

It might not be in a bad way though…your first “cold call” could be passing off a lead to one of the businesses in town!

But in all honesty, cold calls are just something you’ll have to get used to. That’s where there is some big money to be made. You could do emails though if that’s easier on you.

How Is LMV Different From Affiliate marketing?

Local Marketing Vault is different from affiliate marketing because you aren’t having to promote $10 products and get a 5% commission.

There is way more money to be made in lead generation!

Can A Beginner With No Tech Experience Do This?

Yes! The cool thing about Local Marketing Vault is that they teach you how to how to set up ads from start to finish. Literally anybody can learn to set up a FB ad!

They’ve literally had grandma’s get clients with this business model.

Aren't Facebook Ads Getting Suspended A Lot?

Short answer: Yes

Long answer: Look, we don’t like to be the bearer of bad news…but the zucc has been seeming to crack down on a lot of accounts as of recently and it’s only getting worse.

FB is a great way to get ads in the short term, but we personally see it as a RISK to use it as a way of generating leads long term because the smallest thing could get your account suspended over night.

Can You Still Make Money With A Lead Generation Business In 2021?

Yes! People are doing it every single day. They are using various different models though to do so. Let’s go ahead and take a look at our number 1 lead generation passive income model for 2021!

Scam Risk's #1 Recommended Online Business Model!

Here at Scam Risk, we like to avert RISK as much as possible. Now we all know lead generation is a very profitable business model…but there are different ways of doing so, especially better ways than FB.

Lead Generation Business Model Better Than Facebook

We recommend organic lead generation. Basically, all you have to do is build a website and rank it. It takes a little longer, and you do have to use SEO…but it’s not as bad as you’ve been led to believe, let’s break it down a little bit!

Why Organic Lead Generation Is Better

Well for one, you never have to worry about your website getting suspended. No one can take your website off of google, not even the zucc!

For two, you don’t have to worry about paid traffic forever…

See this is why it’s so much better. You can run ads temporarily to your site, but once you rank your site, you’ll get a lot of traffic organically…and your profit margins will be nearly 100%!

Yep, no more worrying about half of your monthly retainer going to the ad budget…you get to keep all of it. Straight to the pocket it goes!

Where Do I learn?

So where do you go? Who teaches this kind of stuff?

At Scam Risk we’ve searched high and low for a program that teaches exactly that and we have found one!

This course and its coach teach walk you through the whole entire process. From building the site, all the way to ranking it!

In fact, they even teach you how to run FB and Google ads to generate leads in the short term while your site ranks!
