I’m guessing you been doing some research on real estate investing and found some information about Hamza Ali a few different ways: 

  1. You’ve been looking for ways to make money by Wholesaling real estate contracts for quick cash
  2. You like the idea of becoming a real estate investor and owning multi-family units for long-term passive income
  3. You know some people (friends or family) that own a few properties and they seem pretty happy. 

So over the next 10 minutes or so, we’re going to talk about Hamza’s approach to real estate and some of the positives and negatives about real estate in general. 

Hopefully, by the end, you’ll have some answers to questions like:

  • What is “Hamza Invests” and how to make money with it? 
  • How much will it cost to invest with Hamza?
  • Who Is Hamza Ali? 
  • Is Hamza’s approach to real estate legit or a scam?

Now, in full disclosure, I’ve invested into real estate and still make good money with it, but I also lost money and started looking for ways that isn’t like traditional real estate but still offered me the same benefits like passive income. 

I’m going to lay everything out on the table so you can feel comfortable knowing that whatever decision you make is going to be the right one for you.

PROS
  • Unique Opportunity: Hamza Ali offers investors to invest in non-traditional real estate investing, while still taking advantage of tax and appreciation benefits. 
  • Transparency: Hamza Invests is transparent with their investors money, which means you won’t have to worry about how and where your money is being spent. 
  • High Occupancy: Hamza and his team claim occupancy rates of 96% for all properties, which mean your returns are highly guaranteed.
CONS
  • Cost: The initial cost for Hamza’s course or to invest can be high, which means it will be out of reach for individuals on a tight budget. 
  • Commitment: Working with Hamza requires at least five to seven years, which means investors will not have access to their funds if needed. 
  • Public Reviews: There are very few public reviews for Hamza Invests, which makes it difficult to determine the validity of his training and partnership programs.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

TLDR - What's The Verdict On Hamza Invests?

I realize that most of you are the type that hates suspense (myself included) and want to get right to the meat of an issue. 

So, I’ll say this – from what I’ve seen from Hamza Invests it seems like a decent investment program, but keep your money in the bank for the time being. 

Although flex spaces have traditionally been good investments, with a solid growth curve in the US and Canada since 2010, it’s been slipping by about 9.2% since 2019-2021 leaving investors cutting back on new purchases.

I'm just speculating here, but this could be because of market saturation, even though it’s expected to grow at a rate of 17% by 2035 – or that more small business owners are working from home and aren't quite ready to expand. 

I believe that flex space investing is on its way back up, but it might not be the right time for you. 

This is why I’ve been doing Digital Leasing which is making me anywhere from $500-$2,000 per month per digital asset with each asset costing me as little as $100 to build.

What I would like to do now is give you a bird’s-eye overview of the underlying business model for Hamza Ali’s training. 

The Business Model

Now you may have seen this video of Hamza talking about his journey through real estate investing where he talks about the three different business models he tried – here’s a brief description: 

Wholesaling

In wholesaling real estate you basically find properties that are in need of repair, or the homeowner just wants to get out. 

You write up a contract to buy that property, then sell the contract to an investor who will step in your place for a small fee, usually $5,000 to $10,000. 

Rehabbing

The investor will then start the fix up process for the property.  

Since they’re taking the larger risk, they will usually walk away with about a 30% profit margin with all repairs being done so long as they don’t run into any issues with shady contractors or additional repair costs that might happen. 

Multi-Unit Landlording

Hamza goes on to talk about how at one point in time he owned 1400 units, but realized that now he has to deal with 1400 families – and due to the turnover rates with property management companies, he had to shoulder that weight which didn’t allow him to live the type of lifestyle he wanted.

Flex Space

Flex Spacing is basically owning and renting small bay industrial warehouses, typically about 10% office and 90% industrial, ranging anywhere from 1500 to 3000 square feet. 

For the most part, these are small Mom & Pop shops that you see down the street who are looking for a chance to grow their business but don’t have the room and are willing to pay top dollar as long as you can give them a nice, good-looking place to run their business.

My Personal Opinion About Hamza Invests

Since we’re getting closer to the end of this Hamza Invests review, I’d like to give you my take on the program aside from the stats and reviews that we went over earlier. 

It goes without saying that real estate is still the best way for people to make money so long as you have huge amounts of disposable investment capital on hand. 

However, if you’re pinching pennies to come up with the money to buy a real estate course, plus the initial investment to partner with them, you probably want to have a good idea of who you’re dealing with. 

That’s why I have this short five-point checklist that’s kept me from stepping in it over the last few years:

  1. Experience: Does Hamza have real-world knowledge about Flex Spacing?
  2. Training: Is the training worth the price tag? 
  3. Honesty: Is there anything that Hamza is keeping close to his vest? 
  4. Mentorship: Does he offer mentoring or additional coaching? 
  5. Testimonials: Is there evidence of students making money with his training?

No, I don’t think Hamza Invests is a scam, because you can certainly make money with his program so long as you have the money to invest. 

You’ll need to build the spaces, which will cost time and money. 

You may also need to hire a property management company to run them for you. 

I just think your time and money would be better spent building Digital Leasing Assets that you can get up and running in a little as a few days and making as much as $500-$2,000 per month from each one you create.

This is what I and others have been doing over the last several years with just a laptop and internet connection. 

The best part is that we can run our businesses from places like: 

  • A small cabin in the Pocono Mountains
  • A sky lodge in Aspen Colorado
  • A beach house off the Florida Keys 

We’re making it a priority to live life on our own terms without worrying about when the next payment is coming in.

In all honesty, I would say that Hamza Invests would be a great program to jump into, provided money isn’t an issue. 

First, let’s look at the positives: 

  1. He seems honest and experienced given his $270 Million portfolio and real estate has traditionally been one of the safest investments.
  2. He and his team offer you insights through his private community, so you’re not left to do guesswork.

Now, the negatives

  1. The cost of the program isn’t readily available on his website, so you’ll need to book a call to get those details. 
  2. Student testimonials are also a little difficult to find. 
  3. Partnering with him will cost at least $25,000, but if the returns are there, the investment would be worth it. 

I just think that for a beginner, it’s simply not my #1 pick…

My #1 Pick For Making Money In 2024

Digital Leasing
