Digital Rental Method Review (Updated [year]): Is This The Best Business Model & Program Ever?

Introduction To My Digital Rental Method Review

Digital Rental Method Is a cutting-edge digital marketing program led by a mustachioed man by the name of Sean Kochel, and it's started to get people's attention.

In fact, you're probably here right now from an ad of his you saw somewhere on social media, and it's easy to understand how exciting the pitch can sound.

After all, the economy isn't too great these days, and the 9-5 grind is starting to get on everyone's nerves. Everything feels like it's getting more expensive, but your paycheck just stays the same...and that's not a good way to build long-term success for anyone - especially if you have a family to support.

So when a guy like Sean comes along and tells you about making some passive income that can get you some of that sweet financial freedom you're after...you might be a little worried if it's too good to be true.

Now you wanna see if this thing is a scam, and you might even be checking out some their competition like Douglas James or Iman Gadzhi to see if any of them are legit.

Frankly, that's just as understandable.

After all, for everyone like you who wants a slice of independence, there's a scammer out there who knows that, and will make all kinds of big promises they can't keep.

It can be a little scary out there. Even though there are great courses out there - and Sean Kochel's might be one of them - it can be tricky to tell the good from the bad...and sometimes even the ugly.

Luckily for you, this ain't my first rodeo. I've been writing up reviews on gurus and programs like this for a long time now, covering all kinds of things from the best MLM companies to how to become a real estate investor. After a while, you pick up certain green lights and red lights from these people.

So, what I'll do for you is go over some of the highlights and low-lights of what Sean Kochel has to offer, we'll take a look inside the course to see if it makes sense for you, and we'll see where it ranks on my list of top ways to make money online.

Now, let's dive into my Digital Rental Method review!

DISCLAIMER:

This Digital Rental Method review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

PROS
  • Lead generation is probably the best business model you can go after, and that means you should have a short learning curve with high upside for profits.
  • The founders of DRM have combined experience of over 15 years, which means you're not settling for some kid who stumbled onto digital marketing yesterday.
  • Apparently students are reporting incomes in the $5,000-$10,000 per month in as little as 90 days, which means there is definitely a ton of ways you can crush this thing.
CONS
  • While they do spend a good amount of time on organic SEO, you will also be taught how to use paid ads - which means you'll have to be careful not to blow your budget.
  • While there's some good upside here long-term, that also means you'll have to be a little patient with it as it can take at least a week or so to see some success.
  • If you're looking for something where you're recruiting other people, that means you'll be disappointed with this program.

Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

TLDR - What’s The Verdict On The Digital Rental Method?

TLDR - What’s The Verdict On The Digital Rental Method

Sean Kochel's Digital Rental Method has something going for it right off the bat: it's all about the local lead generation business model, which means it's a lot harder to mess things up here.

The idea here is that you build up a lead generation website (or multiple lead generation websites) to rank highly on Google, then rent digital assets out to local business owners, and everyone profits.

In simpler terms: you bring in customers for businesses in your community, they love you for it, and keep paying you month after month...until they decide they don't want more business, I guess.

As you might guess, most businesses don't like to put a limit on money they could be making - and that means the sky is the limit for your cut of the action!

As for the Digital Rental Method, I think Sean Kochel and Joshua T. Osborne do a great job of taking you out of the passenger seat as a student, and training you to be the driver of your own destiny.

Because that's the end goal, right?

You don't wanna be a permanent student - you wanna learn all you can about renting digital assets, then get out there and dominate the market.

They put a lot of emphasis on paid ads training as well as mixing some search engine optimization (SEO) training in there - that way you can build sustainable leads FAST, which I love.

Learning how to master paid ads can get your business off to a flying start - crushing your competition in the meantime!

All in all, the Digital Rental Method is probably your best bet if you wanna generate leads and get paid nicely for it. They just have that next-level energy you need from your mentor to keep you slamming the pedal to the metal and keeping that cash rolling into your bank account!

Check 'em out. Their students seem extremely passionate about what they're doing - not just getting by, but creating their own future.

Now, if you'd like to hear some more about this Sean Kochel review, let's keep on rolling.

Who Benefits From DRM...And Who Doesn't?

Who Benefits From DRM...And Who Doesn't

AreaScoreDescription
Time Investment4/5Minimum of 5-10 hours a week if you really wanna see a difference, which is basically nothing.
Level of Control5/5You pick your own niches and neighborhoods to go after, and how much you even wanna work!
Ease of Implementation4/5With all the templates and done for you offerings, the only thing slowing you down would be if you're just a total marketing rookie, and even then...
Profit Potential5/5Anywhere from thousands to tens of thousands per month could be in the cards!

We all want that dream job, and there are plenty of gurus out there who wanna sell you on their way of getting there. They make all kinds of huge promises about wealth, but sometimes they just can't get the job done for their students.

All talk, no walk.

And while it's frustrating to find out a smooth-talking coach doesn't have anything useful to offer, it can often be even more annoying when you find a program with a great business model...but then you realize the guru just sucks at explaining it!

It ain't easy finding the right mix of substance and inspiration.

So, how do i recommend you go about finding that perfect blend?

Well, I think Sean is one of the good guys, and his course might be for you if...

  1. You want a business that can eventually "run itself" one day
  2. You've tried other business models, but hate the oversaturated competition
  3. You've tried other courses (like Local Marketing Vault) but wanna try an elite option

On the other hand, it probably doesn't make sense to join up if...

  1. You're looking for a "get rich quick" scheme and lack patience
  2. You are dead-set on trying something else like dropshipping or Amazon FBA
  3. You have no interest in putting in real work

Digital Rental Method at a 1,000 FT View

1,000 FT on Digital Rental Method

If you're looking for the future of making money online, look no further than digital marketing.

You might have heard of this business model on another Rent Digital Assets review out there, but sometimes they leave you hanging on what the exact details are.

Sean Kochel and Joshua T. Osborne seem to have this corner of the industry locked down, and they specifically hone in on what is essentially a cross between local lead generation and a social media marketing agency (SMMA).

With Josh's intense, upbeat energy, and Sean's grounded base of knowledge, I'm a huge fan of this course. But let's dig a little into the business model, just in case you don't fully understand the dealio.

How Does The Digital Rental Method Actually Work?

Alright, so let's say you live down near Louisiana, where there are a ton of hurricanes that mess up trees and houses all the time. If I were you you, I'd take a look into tree removal and/or home restoration services in the area if you're thinking about niches.

Now, let's see where the local businesses are coming from.

"Tommy's Tree Titans" is a tree removal service that does some great work, but nobody really knows about them yet, so he's having a hard time drawing in new customers. He either doesn't have a website yet, or his current one is just no good.

This is where you step in.

You create a basic, 5 page website that highlights Tommy's services, and then punch it up a little with your own style, and be sure to put his company's contact info on there.

Next, you start boosting up your landing page with paid ads, maybe even mixing some SEO in there to get you ranking online. And traffic ticks way up.

This is where things start to get interesting.

As your marketing campaigns kick off, customers will start flooding Tommy's inbox and phone line asking for his services! He'll call you, maybe in disbelief if he has no idea how marketing works, begging for you to keep doing whatever it is that you're doing with all the new customers pouring in.

Cool, But How Do I Get Paid?

Well, this is where Digital Rental Method's tips for closing deals will come in handy.

Tommy will ask you how much it'll cost to keep these good times rolling on, and you keep it simple to start: $1,000 for the first thirty days, and then you can both discuss negotiations after reviewing just how much profit you've created for his business.

Tommy will accept your deal with glee.

And if you do go with a localized niche that's actually near you, you can actually go in and meet with these people face-to-face if you really want. It's not necessary (this is ONLINE marketing, after all), but it's an option if you wanna build relationships even better.

And instead of having to fight off the entire internet (like with Amazon FBA), you just gotta focus on one little region that's wide open for the taking. After you dominate the market, you'll have all the control.

Go ahead and give the Digital Rental Method a shot - they've done it before and they'll do it again with a proven track record of killing it with their students. If you really wanna be your own boss, score some freedom to live life on your own terms...well, this is the way to go.

When all that cash rolls in, you can choose to do what you want with your time - spend time with family, travel the world...who knows, maybe you can even do it from the beach one day...

Who Is Sean Kochel?

Who Is Sean Kochel

Sean Kochel is a New Jersey native from a middle-class family. He figured he should just do what you're "supposed to do", so he went and got a BS degree (that's really what they're called...) in business and economics from Lehigh University.

He majored in supply chain management, at least it wasn't a total waste of time since he now has a solid background in finance...but that said, it also helped him realize the 9-5 wasn't gonna get him where he wanted to be in terms of financial freedom.

And it's not like he didn't give it a shot.

Sean worked with some major agencies like Smartly.io, and managed accounts as big as Microsoft, but it just left him wanting more.

And, like some of you reading this, he's tried some other business models that just didn't cut it. I'm talking about affiliate marketing, Amazon FBA, dropshipping, you name it...but once he realized the money he could make by generating leads with an ad agency, he hasn't looked back since.

He also met Joshua T. Osborne along the way, who brings a fun, upbeat presences to the courses they've started to partner up for.

It's a solid yin-and-yang combo, one that should be very prosperous for years to come.

Who Is Joshua T. Osborne?

Well, since we keep bringing him up, we should probably just do a whole section on Joshua T. Osborne and what he brings to the Digital Rental Method.

If you've been in digital marketing game for any amount of time, then you've probably already heard of this guy, even if you haven't done a deeper dive into who he really is.

Now reportedly an eight-figure millionaire, Osborne didn't exactly come from a silver spoon, wealthy type of background.

In fact, he wasn't even middle class.

He had a real rough upbringing at home, and as a teen without guidance, he ended up making some mistakes and ending up in solitary confinement for two years...

...like I said, not your typical millionaire's background!

While some young men unfortunately go down an even darker path after that, something inside Josh woke up while he was in prison.

He found a mentor that helped turn him into the man he is today.

With this man's help, he went on the fast-track, taking every course he could about business and online marketing in general. He knew that if he was gonna build up a life for himself that was worth anything, it would have to be on his own terms.

After Josh got out of prison, he opened a Colorado moving company that ended up doing so well that they even received military and government contracts!

However, this enterprise also turned into a learning lesson for young Josh. He realized that while this kind of business took him out of the 9-5 life, it brought him into a new 24/7 grind where he barely got sleep, and neglected time with his family and friends.

Not to mention the physical toll it takes on your body to move all those heavy boxes around every day.

Well, it seems like God was looking out for Josh again, because it wasn't too long after that when he discovered that the secret recipe was right under his nose all along: local lead generation.

Instead of putting in all that labor and stress, he decided to help relieve all that for other people's companies, all from the comfort of his own home.

And with that, the Digital Rental Method was born...Josh has been racking up millions of dollars in passive income ever since.

How Much Does The Digital Rental Method Cost?

So, just how much does The Digital Rental Method cost?

It seems that you will have to hop on a sales call to figure that out, so be sure to read this review in-depth to really figure out if it makes sense for you before making that life-changing call.

If I had to wager a bet, I'd say that you should be ready to invest at least 500 bucks - at a minimum - if you want an educational program that'll unlock your dreams.

Thing about what colleges out there are charging these days - six-figure debt for "underwater basket weaving" programs...a few hundred, or even a few thousand, is nothing in comparison.

Personal Opinion On The Digital Rental Method

Personal Opinion On The Digital Rental Method

Sometimes it can be a real hassle going through all these programs, trying to figure out which ones can really help my readers out, and which ones are just a scammy waste of time.

Just when I start really liking what the guru has to say, I dig a little deeper and realize it's all just fluff and their program has no value. On the flip side, sometimes I love that another guru has figured out lead gen, but then there are a bunch of red flags in that coach's character (history of lying, etc.).

With all that said, it's really nice to come across something like the Digital Rental Method that just seems to be strong all-around.

Believe me, it's not always fun being critical (okay sometimes I do love calling out a brutal scam), but it's nice to promote some of the good guys once in a while.

We'll go over a few more pros and cons of what DRM has to offer, but first let's take a step back and consider what you should do when hunting for a program in general:

  • Check out any videos of the guru out there to see if their energy is a good fit
  • Think about if you can see yourself in this line of work for the next few years
  • Look for honest reviews, while remember folks are more likely to review only when it's negative

Like I said, Sean Kochel and Josh T. Osborne seem to run a tight ship.

In fact, how about a quick 3 things I like about the program:

  1. It's pretty hard to mess up this business model, and DRM knocks it outta the park
  2. Josh and Sean provide a nice mix of youthful energy with seasoned experience
  3. Local lead generation can help small businesses near you

...and, to be fair, here are a couple things that might rub you the wrong way:

  1. If you don't believe in second chances, you might not trust Josh after his rough childhood
  2. Some people don't like having to have a sales meeting to find out the cost of the program

I think that if I had to offer any advice to aspiring entrepreneurs out there in general, I'd that remind you that you can overcome almost any obstacle in front of you with the right mindset.

If you come in expecting to get rich overnight, that's gonna lead you straight to disappointment.

But if you come in guns blazing, ready to work hard, then the world is your oyster...and you might be ready to start living on your own terms as the cash stacks higher and higher over time.

Is There A Digital Rental Method Scam Going On Here?

"Digital Rental Method scam" might be something that pops up in your search suggestions when you tried to get to this article, right under "rent digital assets cost" or whatever else...heck, it might even be something you typed in yourself, since "ScamRisk" is literally our site's name.

But should this concern you?

Are Sean Kochel and Joshua T. Osborne really orchestrating a masterminded scam here?!

...not a chance.

These guys have been around too long, and work too hard to help their students succeed for anyone to legitimately classify them as a scammer.

A real scammer doesn't offer you anything of value - no service, no goods. You see that a lot with MLMs.

The only reason that search phrase comes up (like it does with every course out there) is because of a couple reasons:

  1. People wanna make sure they're making a wise investment
  2. Other marketing companies playing hardball to make their rivals look bad

Frankly, it's almost impossible to be a scammer when it comes to local lead generation, since it's such a foolproof business model. The only thing I can think of that would come close to it is if a guru just slapped together a couple recorded videos and didn't really care, or was way overpriced.

Neither of these fit Josh or Sean, who are pretty well known for their high energy and intensive mentorship with students.

Now, let's consider some other popular online business models.

  1. Affiliate marketing is oversaturated.
  2. Real estate requires huge initial investments
  3. Stock trading has little control
  4. MLMs...don't get me started.

Sorry to break your heart if you had your sights set on trying out one of those, but I'm just telling it how it is.

In fact, if you jump into any of those, you'll have to worry about a bunch of stuff that includes (but is not limited to):

  • Dealing With Vacancies
  • Dealing With Tenants
  • Finding A Good Property Management Company
  • Creating Content
  • Copywriting
  • Building Websites
  • Converting Visitors To Sales
  • Recruiting family and friends

While all of these are possible with the right mindset and work ethic...why would you wanna make life any harder on yourself than it already is?

Instead, you could put in similar time, but way less hassle, and score nicely consistent passive income every month!

You can start with just one landing page, or one niche if you only want a side hustle and don't wanna invest too much time...

...or you can jump in headfirst and build yourself a digital empire, launching all sorts of websites in all kinds of niches, even spreading out geographically across your state, the nation.

Or maybe even the world.

That's how Josh and Sean made all their money, after all. It's not magic - it's just simple math. high effort + practical business model = $$$

Picture this, you're running your new business empire from wherever you want, like:

  • a cabin in the forest
  • a beachside cabana
  • your own dream home, with loved ones nearby

This is life under your control, on your terms.

If you have dreams you want, then go get 'em. Digital Rental Method can help you get there, all by their proven methods of building great relationships with clients.

Just generate a few leads, and they'll keep on coming back to hand you another stack of cash. After a while, you just sit back, watching your bank account get bigger and bigger.

Is Digital Rental Method Really Different From Other Programs?

I think this is a great question for any course, so there's no shame in wondering it - especially when it comes to other mentors who are trying to follow in Josh and Sean's footsteps with the local lead generation route.

What makes DRM so different from other lead gen programs?

Here's a couple points off the top of my head:

  • Sean and Josh don't hold anything back when it comes to digital marketing. Sure you get the Google and Facebook paid ads that other courses might teach you up on, but you also get in-depth organic SEO tactics you won't find anywhere else.
  • Their website creation process is considered elite.
  • The other programs that do teach organic SEO growth often face complaints from folks who are after a "get rich quick" sorta deal. While I discourage that anyway, you can definitely speed up the process by having the right templates, pre-made funnels, and study guides to get you crushing the game faster than anywhere else.

Would I Recommend The Digital Rental Method?

If you haven't picked up on my stance here just yet, then allow me to say it one more time:

Yes.

Now, like I also said earlier, you can really do just about anything with any program with any business model if you really put enough willpower and effort into it.

But why put yourself through the extra stress, anxiety, and hassle?

And even though I'm being optimistic, there are some business models that are nearly impossible to profit from just because they are so half-baked in their conception...

...but with the Digital Rental Method, it's basically foolproof.

What's Inside The Digital Rental Method?

What's Inside The Digital Rental Method

Here are some of what you'll be learning in the DRM course:

1. Sales Training

The course actually starts off with Josh's specialty - closing sales. His "6 Steps 2 Close" system is all about taking the part of running a business that can make or break you. Sales strategies/client retention is everything.

2. Complete Facebook Fundamentals Training (Theory)

Sean and Josh get into the nitty-gritty of how Facebook Ads really work, how your audience interacts with them, how much money you should throw into it etc.

All in all, it's very in-depth analysis that you don't really get anywhere else.

3. Complete Facebook Fundamentals Training (Practical)

While the last one focuses on theory, this one is all about the practicality of how these campaigns are really ran, and the actions you will take to start crushing it with your new business as soon as possible.

4. Complete Google Ads Fundamentals Training (Theory)

Similar to the Facebook studies, here is where Sean breaks down the nuances behind how Google Ads really work, and the strategies that can help turn Google into a cash machine for you and your clients.

5. Complete Google Ads Fundamentals Training (Practical)

Theories are fun, but getting stuff done is what counts. Here, the guys will instruct you on how to pick the right keywords, setting bids, and creating landing pages that turn visitors into repeat customers in no time.

6. Thirty+ “Done For You” Niche Funnels (Ad copy, targeting, and landing page)

This might be the the biggest value you'll find anywhere in the whole program - or any program, for that matter.

Sean and Josh give you over thirty (as of this writing) Done For You sales funnels! Yeah man, that means you don't have to worry about grinding out your own landing pages, targeting details, paying for an ad copywriter...it's all handled by these guys who have made millions of dollars doing it.

So, all you'll really have to do is close sales with clients, and launch marketing campaigns until you've made enough money...and what's "enough money?"

That's for you to decide.

7. Weekly Live Calls

As cool as the last offering is, my favorite part of all this might be the high level of mentorship Sean and Josh deliver with their NINE live calls with the DRM community every week!

That kind of engagement is just unheard of.

In fact, some courses are just a few recorded videos of the gurus, and that's it. Not live calls, no 1-on-1 access available.

This kinda stuff can get you outta ruts and grinding onward toward your dreams.

My Conclusion: Should You Join Digital Rental Method?

Alright, that was one heck of an article!

So, I guess we should address the question one more time...

...should you give Digital Rental Method a shot?

I would give them a call.

The local lead generation industry is already blowing up right now, so it's hard to go wrong...but these guys just offer that next-level training and mentorship that could be a game-changer for ya.

While any NFL starting quarterback would probably make a really good football guru, I would rather have Tom Brady than some guy who might just be a backup.

No offense to the competition or anything, but I just believe that the DRM mentors can take the local lead generation model and elevate your career to the next step.

You need to go out and get with a local lead generation system like Digital Rental Method, where there's tons of opportunity for you to go out and snag that financial freedom you're after.

They'll get you moving in a way where you can actually spend more time with friends and family, and less time worrying about your future - because you'll be in control of it.
