TLDR – Is BAM University Worth It?
BAM University (Bad Ass Marketers) is a training program that specializes in digital marketing – specifically in the field of lead generation. It was founded by Joshua T. Osborne, the man who made “digital real estate” a buzzword.
Of course, the concept is now sometimes known as Digital Leasing, but the process is similar.
He also teaches elements of organic SEO (search engine optimization) as well social media ads for locally owned businesses. It’s a pretty well-rounded course as far as I can tell.
Apparently, if you put your nose to the grindstone, anyone can crank up their bank account with this system.
Some people say that the lead generation business is oversaturated, but my gut actually leans the other way: young people are going with guys like Iman Gadzhi and his social media focus. Older folks are still falling for MLMs, unfortunately. And of course, everyone’s aunt and uncle thinks they should get into real estate…
…and that means the practical side of digital marketing is actually pretty wide open for anyone who wants to fire their shot.
No matter what other industries may have going for them, I still recommend the recession-proof Digital Leasing.
Not to mention other industries are super volatile. Dropshipping, Amazon FBA, self-publishing…they’re always getting their accounts banned because sites like Amazon and Facebook don’t want a bunch of generic accounts all pushing the same stuff. Digital marketing is the stable option.
The students seem extremely passionate about what they’re doing – not just getting by, but creating their own future.
Now, if you’d like to hear more about our BAM University Review, then let’s get back to it.
Who Benefits From BAM University…And Who Is It Wrong For?
Area | Score | Description |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 3/5 | This one is tricky to rate – if you put in low effort on the side, you’ll get there, but it will take time. But if you put in great short-term work, you could see big returns fast. |
Level of Control | 5/5 | No one is going to tell you what niche to pick or where you’re allowed to advertise – it’s your world. |
Ease of Implementation | 4/5 | While Joshua T. Osborne makes it easier, there are some high-level tricks you’ll have to practice a few times. |
Profit Potential | 5/5 | Easily the most profitable online money-making business. |
There are all kinds of good and bad marketing programs out there, and you’d better choose the right one.
Bam University might be for you if…
- You’re ready for a high-upside, low-risk online business model
- You like a mentor who lifts up his students, and actually pays attention
- You want to run a business that actually makes a difference for other people
On the other hand, it probably doesn’t make sense to join it if…
- You want a “get rich quick scheme”
- You’d rather do something easier but with lower reward (like affiliate marketing)
- You’re not good working with other people
BAM University Reviews At A 1,000 FT View
Lead generation is a timeless business model that will last as long as companies are interested in gaining more leads for clients…which I would guess would be a very long time.
This is basically foolproof, and BAM University nails it very well.
That said, I can talk about how great Digital Leasing (Joshua T Osborne’s spin on lead generation) all day, but it won’t help unless I actually dig into the business model a little more.
1. Get That Website Going!
You’re gonna need a website, obviously. If you’ve never done anything like this before, then this might sound tricky, but all you really do is go over to snapps.ai and use their web builder, which is easy. They basically do half the work for ya.
Some people say their tools are like a mix of Weebly (drag and drop) and WordPress (requires a little more figuring out, but nothing too complicated).
It’s made easier by having some nice webpage templates for you to use, and they’re all designed from looks that have been statistically proven to convert.
After all that, you just have to get into some simple SEO and – BAM! You’ll be killing it at the top of the first page of Google.
2. Niche Selections
A niche is critical! If you try to everything all at once, you’ll likely get spread too thin and won’t stand a chance in any particular area.
You want to become very good at one thing, and then branch out from there. This will also reduce competition when you start out, which is nice.
I recommend industries like plumbing, roofing, or maybe even tree services.
3. Study The Population Size Of Your Area
Aiming your lead generation website toward a city that’s too big will likely be overwhelming for anyone just trying to get their feet wet, while a town that’s under 50,000 people will likely already have “their guys” or not feel the need to scale.
The wheelhouse you’re looking for is a city that’s between 50,000-300,000, at least when you’re getting everything figured out. This is a simple way of making your life easier, accelerating your growth in the long term.
4. Figure Out The Demand
This one sounds really easy – and it kind of is – but if you mess it up, you don’t have a chance.
You won’t have much luck selling a snowboard to someone living in Hawaii, for example, since it’s hot as heck and barely snows!
Sometimes it can be that obvious, but sometimes you gotta dig a little deeper.
If you look into a tree service company in Louisiana or Florida, you may figure out that they get hit by more hurricanes, and that means more people are gonna need more tree services!
5. Make Your Website Fit The Niche
I kinda mentioned this earlier – it’s really easy. Go over to godaddy.com and pick out a domain that fits the gig, spend a couple bucks per year to reserve it, then plug it into the already-made site template that works with the niche you’ve gone after.
And then click publish.
That’s it.
6. Get That SEO In There!
This is a huge difference-maker between the winners and losers out there. The ones making 10k+ per month, and the guys who aren’t making a dime.
Remember, anyone can build a website. We told you it was easy, which means it’ll be easy for your competition as well. So, how do you get your website on the first page of Google results?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) makes all the difference.
If you’re new to all this, SEO is basically just building your site in the way Google likes it to be – the right words, the right structure. The more you figure out what the boxes are, and then check those boxes, the higher chances of success you’ll have!
The good news is you don’t have to do a ton of guesswork here, and this is the kind of stuff Joshua T Osborne makes easy when he teaches about Digital Leasing.
According to Josh, Google always leaves clues, and those clues always lead back to citations, content, and backlinks.
- Content: picking the right words can be really easy with the right software, but you have to actually be able to write it in the right way for all to go smoothly and bump your score way up there.
- Backlinks? It’s just fancy talk for putting a link from one website onto another website. So if you want to get a YouTube video seen more often, you could post that link to Facebook…and it links back to YouTube. Makes sense, right?
- Citations just mean things like the phone number of the site, the address, name etc. This is the most basic and easiest way to score high in the ranks.
If you can figure out these easy things, then it probably won’t be long before you start killing it with what BAM University has to offer.
7. Find A Local Business Owner To Sell Your Work To
Here’s what you’ll do: hand out a few samples to some of those local businesses you scouted earlier when picking your niche, and see if they like what you have to offer.
It’s kinda like Costco – everyone loves a free sample!
This takes away all the pressure and cringe-factor from cold calls.
Now, they might be asking you what the catch is – after all, most businesspeople don’t give away something for free out of the kindness of their heart.
Just tell them there’s only one catch: if they like the high quality level of the leads you gave them, and they see some nice profit boosts from it, then they should give you a call back.
And then those leads keep coming in, and they pump your income through the roof.
Everybody wins…which is basically the opposite of some other pyramid-scheme-type business models out there.
8. Rinse, Wash, Repeat
Yup, just keep building more sites and selling them off, one by one until you’ve build up your own empire.
Joshua T Osborne seems to have nailed this business model, and covers any grey areas you don’t feel a hundred percent comfortable with. That’s whyDigital Leasing comes so recommended from me – there’s basically no little cracks for the students to fall into.
Oh, and feel free to check out my lead generation guide if you need some extra help.
Who Is Joshua T. Osborne?
If people ever look up the yearbook from the School of Hard Knocks, they might see Joshua T Osborne listed as its class president.
He’s been through a few things that might have sent other lives spinning out of control…
His dad was absent, his stepfather was pretty bad dude whenever he actually took the time to see Josh, and his mother was always out there working jobs to make ends meet. Meanwhile, Josh’s siblings relied on him to take care of them at home…so he never really got to be a kid.
Eventually, the pressure became too much.
The money was running low, and his family was having a hard time eating any food…and Josh ended up going down the wrong path and ended up paying for it in the end.
Two years in jail. Dang.
If movies and TV shows have taught me anything, it’s that people can either use this time to fall apart, join gangs, then leave the joint even worse off than when they entered – or they can use this moment in their lives to self-reflect and use this challenge to become stronger than they’ve ever been.
Joshua T Osborne chose that second path.
He found a mentor who saw something in him, and Josh decided it was time to learn a thing or two about how to make sure he never has to worry about feeding his family ever again.
After he left prison, he moved to Colorado and began a company in the moving business – and that’s where he planted the seed that would one day blossom into Digital Leasing.
Josh was really getting the lifeblood of his moving company pumping by using digital marketing, getting such a crazy amount of jobs that he started sleeping in the office!
To this day, Josh still works his butt off and isn’t afraid of going the extra mile…but this just didn’t seem right to him.
He knew:
- This shouldn’t have felt so hard
- He shouldn’t be sleeping where he works unless it’s from home
- He shouldn’t be sacrificing his family time – that’s who this was supposed to be about!
So he needed to figure out a better way, and he started by giving some of the extra jobs he didn’t have time for to a friend’s moving company.
And they gave him a cut of their profits, without him having to a lift a finger…
Woah.
This was it. A brand new business model…
From that point on, he knew that if he just built and ranked his own web page on the front page of Google, scored a ton of client leads in his city, then he could start spreading his success throughout the state…and then all over the United States of America.
Turns out, that’s exactly what he did.
After hitting rock bottom in prison, he turned his whole life around and went from planting the seed of Digital Leasing…to watching it bloom into a whole empire all over the US.
Now he’s got a ton of time for family – Danelle Osborne is is wife, and he’s got two sons and a baby girl.
Not only that, but he also figured there are some other people struggling just the same as he was all those years ago – and that’s why he’s developed programs like BAM University.
To help students who want to turn their life around, and take control for the first time in their lives.
How Much Does BAM University Cost?
It’s tricky to find the exact BAM University cost online, as sometimes these programs have intro-tier pricing, as well as high-end one-on-one training with Josh that can really take students to that next level.
A good rule is to remember that businesses cost money, especially legitimate businesses that’ll make that’ll make that money back. This kind of thing, when done right, isn’t like you’re throwing money into a hole and hoping for the best.
It’s a business investment, and you can write that sort of thing off on your taxes anyway.
If I had to take a guess, you should have at least 500 bucks saved up before you take the plunge with Digital Leasing.
Compared to some businesses with physical stores, a digital marketing agency is a cheap thing to get off the ground. That said, Josh’s team will walk you through that you can prepare for through your first three-to-six months of expenses while running a business.
So if you’re not ready for any kind of real investment, I’d recommend holding off on BAM University for now.

As you can see from the reviews above, there’s a lot of positive hype building up around what Joshua T Osborne has been doing.
Some say that it’s his mentorship, others just love the industry of Digital Leasing, and others think the support community is pretty cool.
…so, is BAM University legit?
Yeah, I think this is one of those programs who can actually deliver for you.
I gotta admit, Joshua T Osborne knows how to make money, which is a good sign when it comes to helping you make money, too.
It doesn’t hurt that he works within the safest industry out there, his Digital Leasing spin on lead generation. When you pick the right industry, you’ve gotta make sure you get the right mentor, as well.
It seems to me these guys are doing it the right way.
Personal Opinion On BAM University
When I check out Josh Osborne on social media, it looks like him and his team have it all figured out, and are living pretty large. Clearly, he knows how to make money for himself.
…but do I personally think he can help you make money, too?
Not every great businessman is a great coach, you know.
My gut says yes, but I put this course through the same filters as I like to use when breaking down all the other programs in all the other industries – lead generation, affiliate marketing, dropshipping, you name it.
So…how do we find the right program?
- Make sure the guru has actually done it before
- See if you can find any evidence the support community is strong.
- It better be in a solid industry that is trending in the right direction
While it seems BAM University checks all the boxes, let’s go over a few things I liked and some I didn’t…
- Joshua T Osborne is a seasoned, proven expert in the field
- Your job will be to help businesses succeed – your money will means something
- The students seem to love the experience
…and, in all fairness, here are 3 things I think could be improved:
- Some people don’t want to learn lead generation, so teaching another industry as well may help
- There are some upfront costs. Even if they are justified – some people just want to make money overnight
- Some people might not feel comfortable working outside where they live if their town is too small or city is too big
What’s Inside BAM University?
As I’ve mentioned throughout this article, Joshua T Osborne has really made Digital Leasing his own thing, and BAM University is the big course where he shares his knowledge with students.
He’ll help you with SEO, social media ads, and you’ll even get some help on how to to negotiate deals with your clients.
He starts off with a fun intro video, and then launches into a critical mindset-driven lesson, which I like.
You can learn all the technical stuff you want, but it’ll be worthless if you don’t have your head in the right place heading into this business.
As for the technical training, here’s some in-depth breakdown of what you’ll get:
Research
A lot of courses don’t dig into the research aspect of your business, which seems absolutely nuts to me.
If you see a lot of Amazon FBA programs, they kinda overlook research or teach very little of it…this is because the industry changes too fast and they can’t keep up.
It’s part of why I don’t recommend Amazon FBA at all.
On the other hand, Google analytics doesn’t change as often, so the research strategies don’t have to be updated as much.
This allows Josh to consistently have updated course content when compared to other companies. Here, you’ll get all kinds of numbers thrown your way to figure out what the ideal market might look like for your new business.
Yeah, this part seems like a bit of work…because anyone promising you ways to get rich without any work at all, is probably a liar.
That said, if you can work smarter, you don’t have to work harder. That’s what BAM University aims for when teaching you how to build your own lead generation business.
Website Development
This part is way more simple – it’s really easy to “plug and play” a website these days than in the past when you had to do all the nitty gritty from the ground up.
Here, Josh takes you through the steps to building a great website:
- Building the home page
- Adding on some service pages
- Where to find the best images and where to line them up around the site
This is basically all you gotta do here here, other than hitting publish!
On Page SEO
SEO is where you’ll get organic traffic driving to your web page without paying a dime. It’s all about keeping Google happy.
You’ll learn about descriptions, headers, meta tags, content, you name it!
The most important thing is that all the right boxes are checked for Google to rank you higher on their search pages.
BAM will teach you:
- How to alter meta tag descriptions
- How to write the best content, and to find quality resources
- How to figure out which headers are the best, and how you can change them
Josh goes pretty in-depth, leaving any doubt how he grew from his own moving company to a whole empire.
Off Page SEO
Here’s where BAM gets into the other side of SEO – the “back end” of digital marketing pages.
Josh will go through:
- The “golden ratio” definition when it comes to citations, as well as “the flow”
- The down-low on backlinking, from the definition to how good it actually is
- How different “no-follow” and “do-follow” backlinks can really be
- Lots and LOTS of backlink info. This one is super key
- His own go-to resources for getting free backlinks!
There are a lot of industry-specific words you might not get here, but off page SEO is where a lot of people go wrong and mess up their entire business because of it. If you aren’t willing to put in a little bit of work (while Josh answers your questions), then you probably aren’t cut out for BAM University!
This one is worth it, trust me.
Google My Business Listing
Google My Business (GMB) is pretty important – it’s basically a way of joining a club where Google will help push your page to the top of their search ranks.
It’s not really optional anymore, since customers will often ask to see your GMB.
Josh will explain a few important things about your Google My Business listing:
- What exactly a “postcard” is, why it matters, and how to receive one
- How to write reviews and get folks to write reviews for you
- Getting the best pics for your company up and showing off what you do best
- Figuring out the best when it comes to those citations I mentioned earlier
You may have noticed I mentioned “reviews” in there…
…I’m gonna stress just how important that is:
When a client is trying to figure out that they’re paying for a solid product or service, one of the first things they look at are reviews. A business that mostly has good reviews is, obviously, more trusted than places that have never had a single review,…or worse, lots of bad reviews.
If a GMB has no reviews at all, then it’s usually just ignored since no one will wanna be the first person to “experiment” to see if they’re any good.
As you might have guessed – this part of the training is HUGE!
And after you get your GMB killing it, that’ll automatically give you another asset you can use to profit from a high Google page rank.
Facebook Ads
Google is great, but why let your competition beat you on Facebook?
Social media in general is a powerful way to get your numbers up and score some serious leads, but Facebook Ads in particular have it set up so that you can really make a splash.
Because paid ads are less effective than SEO, there’s less training in this one, but it still features some critical info.
Google Ads
Next up, BAM will show you how to get some Google ads going – a good way to get some fast leads for business owners if your website isn’t ranking high yet.
This is very easy, and Josh will help you out along the way. Running these kind of ads will cost a little to keep them popping up in people’s feeds, but it can result in faster results, which builds trust and notoriety when it comes to your abilities as a marketer.
It also comes in handy if your business-owning client is getting a little impatient and wants to see more leads in a hurry.
Six Steps Training
Usually, this is where most lead generation courses would end and wish you luck – but BAM has a few other pieces of training to help you get that extra boost up.
In this six-step training, Josh focuses on elements of sales like:
- How to make cold calls less frosty
- Relationship-building to keep clients coming back for more
- Basics like how to record a screencast
Sales is a critical aspect of this industry that plenty of gurus leave out…maybe it’s a little hard for some people, but you know what’s harder? Putting all that work in, then failing to close any deals or keep clients around.
BAM University definitely goes the extra mile here.
But Wait…There’s More!
Honestly, this review has gone one WAY longer than I thought it would – most programs only talk half this long to write about. So I’ll just highlight some of the best of the rest of what BAM University has to offer:
- How to utilize a vision board and focus on Family, Fitness, Finance, and Faith – or the “4 F’s”
- How to get your digital properties on auto-pilot
- Utilize the Call Sling Advanced Training, which makes it so much easier to deal with all the calls your profiting sites are raking in
- Snapps Advanced Training will make your website building even easier
- How to best retain clients over time
- The nitty-gritty of how to really run a business; Josh will teach you about contracts, hiring people under, payment processing, etc.
- Knowing when and how to hire reliable Virtual Assistants to lift the burden after things get really busy
- A vibrant community where you can get support and bounce ideas off of thousands of other students
Recommended Tools
BAM doesn’t just teach you the foundations, they also help bridge the gap between the software that can make your life easier:
- Screencast Matic, for (you guessed it) sharing screencasts
- Ahrefs helps figure out where your competition is at
- Callsling, as previously mentioned, helps figure out all your call info
- And, again, Snapps helps build your website
Advanced Training
While it’s not clear whether these “advanced training” courses come with the BAM University program or not, it’s worth calling their team to see what’s going on here and what the price points are on:
- Digital Dojo
- Social Ad Tribe
- Backlink Masterclass
Who knows – maybe they’ll elevate your game even higher?
BAM University Reviews: Conclusion
At the end of the day, it’s hard to do wrong if a company is using the Digital Leasing business model. BAM University not only seems to have it down, it seems to have mastered it – which means it’ll be hard to find any other program that can match the financial freedom Joshua T. Osborne has to offer.
Basically every program will say they can give you a job that allows you to work from the beach – but how can someone really say that if they’re offering an Amazon FBA program?
When you run one of those kind of stores, you have to constantly be worrying about Google, Facebook, or Instagram shutting down your ads and banning your account – usually from some silly rule they made up overnight and didn’t bother telling anyone.
And don’t get me started on dropshipping, where you gotta spend tons of money every month to beat out the millions of competitors who are all fighting each other to sell the same product cheaper than you…and no, their private Facebook group won’t save you either.
Digital Leasing is pretty much the only model that gives you the control, so you don’t have to keep looking over your shoulder for new, business-shattering rule changes. It doesn’t limit you to simply recruiting your family and friends in an industry where basically no one makes money…like with an MLM.
Meanwhile, did you notice the big problem that kept coming up with with Digital Leasing? It was all having to do with too much success to keep up – which means you just have to hire a couple people to help, and then you really can go hang out on the beach, simply acting as a supervisor. It’s a great problem to have.
I don’t think any business will ever be perfect, just to be clear. But it’s hard to find an industry where your website start-up is cheap, you can basically make your own rules, and you can select who and where your competition will be.
So…do I recommend Joshua T. Osborne’s BAM University?

BAM University is great. I’ve known Josh for a while and he’s doing great things. The growth of his students is great to see.
I saw a thread on reddit kinda talking smack about this course. I hopped on a call anyway. After my coach helped me really identify my “Why” I joined and haven’t looked back. 78 days later and I’m on pace for $9,340 in recurring with a margin of roughly 80% profit.
I was looking at another similar course called digital storefronts or something like that. I was going to join that one, but the reviews I found weren’t nearly as positive. And like I understand that there will always be some people talking trash, kinda like you guys mentioned, but it was just too much to ignore. Glad I was able to find BAM University through your blog.
I really like the idea of a smaller group!
I’ve seen a couple of the other reviews about BAM University as well. Seems like they’re just promoting wealthy affiliate or LMV. Affiliate Marketing is just too saturated and most people know that. LMV is ok if you just want to run Facebook ads…but honestly who can say they solely trust Facebook to not just suspend your account? Your income would tank. Mind did. I made $16,000 with Facebook ads for a few clients and then got shut down over night. It really hurt. At least with organic “Digital Leasing” you can practically never be shut down. Unless you do a bunch of shady stuff, but even then its hard to get google’s attention. They got bigger fish to fry. I mean I’m sold.
Seems like this is a fullstaq marketing course with the bread and butter being local lead gen. I like it. You see a lot of these other courses just promoting one thing and one thing only. At least this Josh Osborne guy admits that they all compliment each other to a degree. Nice and transparent.
That sidebar video is pretty informative. I watched that before reading the review lmao.
I like the fact this program offers a private facebook group that’s actually active. I’ve been in too many affiliate marketing and Amazon FBA groups that are essentially dead after I get access.
**Update**
I was pretty tempted to hop on a call after this review. I waited a few days, read some more reviews, even took a quiz. I went ahead and joined and I shit you not, there’s like a post in the group every 15-30 minutes. Insane!
So, what do you actually get when you join this program, is it pretty much a carbon copy of what you see with JK?
Hey Allison, For the most part the programs are the same in that they both teach about Digital Leasing. However, JKs main focus is on building lead gen websites (which is great in and or itself), but you can be waiting for a while for those sites to rank on Google, there’s no way around that. BAM offers the same training on lead gen websites also, but Josh throws a different spin on it as far as finding the right niche and scaling it out.
What also sets BAM apart from JK is the training on building your SEO Agency so that you can start making money right away from SEO deals while your waiting for your other sites to rank. Now, JK does also teach about building out your agency, but BAM is a lot more detailed about it.
Lastly, even though the group is smaller than JK, the activity among all the members in our Facebook group is just crazy. Without exaggeration, I have spent hours in the group just learning the nitty gritty details of everybody’s successes in the program.
So, if you have any questions or run into any brick walls, there’s always somebody else that has run into the same brick wall and is more than willing to help you out with it.
7,000 people is quite a lot. I’m sure the value is there within JK, but I would like a tighter knit community kinda like you guys said. Josh’s youtube channel for BAM University is insane by the way. As far as I can tell he’s got videos going out every day! I’m glad to see it because just like that michael guy said, a lot of other groups I joined were just plain dead after I got in.
Keep this going please, great job!
This is great!
What do you guys all think about Joshua Osborne?
Full disclosure: I’m in the course. Before I joined I was probably more skeptical than the average person. I read all the Joshua t osborne reviews and bam reviews I could find. With all the negative reviews coming from people that said they weren’t in the course and all the positive reviews coming from people in bam digital marketing…I figured there had to be something to all those positive reviews. When I hopped on a call with one of their coaches they actually let me into the group to get a sneak peak with all the activity. That’s what sold me personally. I need a group to hold me accountable. All those other programs I tried just weren’t active and I felt like I was on a island. That said, Josh is definitely an acquired taste, he’s hilarious.
I’ve joined Joshua Osbornes bad ass marketing program after reading this review. So I decided to come back and give anyone else who reads this my little inside info. I think the support in the group is insane considering other programs like modern millionaires or digital storefronts. Also if you check out his youtube channel, just search “Joshua T Osborne” or something like that and you’ll find it, you’ll see a bunch of videos with people in his live streams. The Bam university cost is pretty affordable considering everything else thats comparable on the market to imo.
I’ve looked up Joshua t osborne reviews and bam reviews every where online. From as far as I can tell this is the only review with some people actually in the course commenting on it. Theres that one thread on reddit, but everyone talking smack on there doesn’t seem to actually be in the course. So can one of you guys who’s in it please let me know your honest opinion?
Hey Jordan, I’m in the program. The bam Digital Leasing model is for real and Joshua Osborne does everything he can to help guide and support you. I’ve been in for about 4 months now and I’m clearing about $4,500 after my expenses. Revenue is in the 6k range right now. I’ve built this up by myself and haven’t had to outsource anything. I’m sure I will eventually but it’s not killing me on time right now. If you’re worried about how much badass marketers cost, I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. If you want in, they make it happen one way or another. The main thing is that you got to be ready to learn and take that time. If you’re wondering “would you do it all over again?” the answer is 100% yes. Feels good to go in and give the good ole’ F YOU to your boss after 2 years of the BS job. Now I’m financially independent thanks to bam Digital Leasing.
this is one of the better Digital Leasing reviews of the program I’ve seen.
Josh really does teach some bad ass marketing skills! I don’t regret joining at all!
All the other Joshua Osborne bam reviews I’ve seen tend to be hit pieces. Glad to see that this blog actually shows all the positive comments and keeps expectations realistic.
Right? I see a lot of complaints about the Joshua T Osborne cost of mentorship, but let’s be real. Nothing of any REAL value is free right?
This is a test, I want to see if this blog will actually allow my comment to be posted. All the other joshua osborne bam reviews don’t post my comments.
Ok bet. So all those other sites like the dailysem just block out positive comments. Good to know. I saw this joshua t osborne Digital Leasing stuff a good while before I ended up joining. I had the same fears of it being just another guru with all the marketing bs. But to be honest I’m very happy with my decision to join. These other bam reviews don’t do the program justice. But it’s understandable, they’re trying to push their own stuff. I would just like a little more transparency. Kind of how like this blog allows all comments. I’ve got 10 of those Digital Leasing assets up now. Feeling pretty good about it and where I’m going.
Hey Christina, if you don’t mind me asking, how long have you been in the course and how much money are you bringing in from those 10 websites?
Yeah I don’t mind. Before talking about bam digital marketing I wanted to give it a fair shake. I’ve been in for about 5 months now. I’ve been building out 2 sites a month part time as I’m still full time with my day job. 6/10 of my sites are on page one and I have them each rented out for a clean $1000 per month. My goal is once I get 10 sites all rented out, I quit my job. Hopefully by the end of this year. Hope this helps!
i tried to post this comment “Is this page one of his lead generation webpages he makes? :-)” and it wouldn’t let me.
Sorry for the late response, I try to let most comments go through. But I’ve been getting hit with a lot of bots recently and have gone back to manual approval. As far as this being one of his lead generation pages, it is not. He has lead generation websites in roofing, plumbing, tree service, etc. Hope this helps.
Hi there,
I’m interested. Do you have a screenshot or example of what these sites are?
Thanks.
Hi Mike! Yeah we do!! Go ahead and click the link at the bottom of the article and you’ll be shown some examples.
This was a pretty fair joshua osborne bam review. Most people who talk crap don’t really know what theyre saying since they aren’t actually in it.
Haha for real, he teaches some pretty bad ass marketing tactics.
Ironically, I found out about this opportunity from a reviewer about a MLM company and he gave a pitch about this company. But if this is a great opportunity then ok. I will check out the video on this page and go from there.
This has got to probably be the most active comment section I’ve seen on a joshua osborne course review. I know other people have said that already but I mean damn. It’s like all these other blogs don’t let you say anything. I’m tetering on joining. I have my call tomorow. I’ll let you guys know what’s up.
I joined! I’m pumped. I’ll try to keep this thread updated as I go. Little bit of information overload right now.
Any update? When did you join and how do you feel about it now?
I’m SO glad I joined when I did. I set up some websites right away since I still had my day job. Just over 30 days in I had 2 of my 5 initial sites bringing in consistent leads. I got on a call with contractors local to me and now I get $2500 per month total from both each month. I’ve essentially increased my income by 50%. I make 5k per month before taxes, now I’m at 7500. If you could join, I highly recommend it!
I’m really wanting to, but I know it’s going to take some convincing for my husband. I currently stay at home with our kids and while it would be perfect to add to our income, the initial investment will be a big sticker shock for my husband. Worth it, I’m sure, as most here (including you now) attest to, but still a good chunk of change to put forward. I’m praying about it though. Thanks for the update and congrats on your success so far!
Other Joshua t osborne reviews seem to have it out for him. Bam reviews as well. After reading this comment section the only logical conclusion I can come to is that he’s the real deal and when you do so much good, no matter what, you’re always gonna attract some trolls.
Yeah one review site I can think of that I’ve been before is the dailysem. That dude doesn’t seem to approve comments on his joshua osborne bam reviews. I’ve tried like 3 times now. Makes me wonder if the guy is purposefully not approving comments or really just awol from the blog since it gets so much traffic.
I’ve checked out other Digital Leasing reviews. This seems to be the most comprehensive one. If I can I’d love to join this bad ass marketing program.
Most of the other reviews don’t touch on the joshua t osborne cost of mentorship. At least you didn’t beat around the bush.
The Joshua Osborne Bad Ass Marketers program is probably the best on the market in my opinion. I joined a few months ago after looking, and actually joining, comparable programs. In my opinion what sets bam digital marketing apart from these other programs is the support. I’ve seen Josh and his team literally go live in the group 5 days a week at one point. If you know of another group that can offer that kind of time and support, that’d be news to me!
bam Digital Leasing is the way to go. I came across an ad a few months ago, did some research and hopped in. The program didn’t break my bank and I’ve recouped my investment and then some!
Yeah I’m pretty pumped too. I initially stumbled across the joshua t osborne Digital Leasing stuff when I was looking at a similar course (modern millionaires). I was just never able to find anything online that was positive about those guys. However, this dudes internet presence seems to be overwhelmingly positive. Has to be real.
All these people online be like “how much does badass marketers cost” “whats the bam university cost”…like my guy… Do you really think something with support systems, success stories, and live streams like this is going to be $50 per month like some bs affiliate marketing or MLM membership? This is the real deal. Y’all gotta get past the money thing fr fr. I didn’t think twice about it.
Damn near 40 comments on this joshua osborne course review. sheeeeeesssh
Right? It’s got almost as many comments as that one BS joshua osborne bam review on reddit.
Why do I keep seeing this Joshua osborne Digital Leasing stuff everywhere? Maybe the universe is giving me a sign rotfl.
I’m here from a joshua osborne bad ass marketers youtube video. Guy seems a little loud…I assume you have to be in this kind of industry haha. I’m certainly curious about this system at the very least. Would love it if one of you guys here could chime in and give me your opinion.
Watched your Joshua Osborne Bam Review video. Pretty good. I noticed on some other courses that you had you also did this video thing at the top. I appreciate that because I lowkey didn’t have time to read the whole thing. I wish other blogs did this too.
Does the Joshua Osborne Digital Leasing program also do live mastermind events like other courses?
Yes, he calls his event BamJam.
How much Joshua T Osborne cost
Lol first bot comment I’ve seen.
Lol right? I’m sure this joshua osborne course review gets hit with all sorts of comments and every so while a little bot like this will slip through.
Yep, not to mention since this course seems to be all the craze now people will try disuading others by trying to talk about the bam university cost. It still bothers me that people think anything worth while like this would be offered for free. When people are given free shit they simply don’t pay attention or even try. This has been proven in psychological studies over and over again.
I’ve seen a couple other Digital Leasing reviews out there. I’ve been youtubing the crap out of it in all honesty. Found this sites video of the joshua osborne bad ass marketers program in my recommended section, and followed the link in the description to here. I thought the video was thorough…this is next level. Plus I’ve never seen so many comments on an article besides all those BS wealthy affiliate ones. And who really believes in affiliate marketing anymore?
Is this page one of his lead generation webpages he makes? 🙂
Found this Joshua T Osborne Digital Leasing thing while reading one of this blogs cryptocurrency articles. They’ve got a good point, crypto might actually make you some money…but the income is always so active and you never fully control. You could gain, or lose, everything overnight no matter how hard you try. I really like the idea about being able to fly under googles radar and have full control over ranking local websites. AND it’s passive!
badass marketers cost
Sheesh, I bet whoever has to monitor this comment section is gonna freak when they get back and see that a few bots have gotten through. Seriously though, if you’re reading this and are really that concerned on price…don’t be. This program gave me ROI than my college degree ever did and I spent $100k on that degree. Still hard to swallow that one. The Bam university price is literally nothing in comparison.
Hi does it work if you are in other parts of the world?
Yes it does! Josh has students from all over.
Hi… I have been watching Joshua Osborne on video since I read those comments are true. So, I am wondering how can I join?
The best way to join would be to schedule a call with his team and see if it’s the right fit.
