What Is Digital Leasing
Digital Leasing is a system that was created by Joshua T Osborne that takes the idea of traditional real estate and digitizes it.
The idea here is to create a digital property and then lease that out to local businesses.
But what type of property?
Simple, a website.
But not just any kind of website.
A website that is really good at generating leads for the specific small business in particular.
A website that ranks for all the specific local service search terms for that business.
A website that this small business owner can count on month after month to grow his company.
What it really comes down to is you’ll be using digital leasing to compete against a major lead generation business like Home Advisor, Thumbtack, or Angies List.
You see, these places also do their own form of “digital leasing”.
They have their websites on the first page of almost every local service search for just about any kind of business out there.
We’re talking roofing, plumbing, dentists, fence repair, tree service, remodeling, under water basket weaving…
Ok maybe not that last one.
But you get the point.
These big lead generation companies almost have a monopoly on the market.
But here’s the thing…they honestly kind of suck at it.
They aren’t caring about their customers and are simply just there to collect the money. In fact, they don’t even work with contractors exclusively, they send around the same lead to 5 other companies…and even worse…sometimes resell old leads like what Angies got caught for.
With the way Josh teaches Digital Leasing, you’ll be able to actually make a difference in your local community, ACTUALLY be helping local business owners, and start earning your own way towards financial freedom.
It’s a win-win-win.
1: Big conglomerates go down.
2: Local businesses are getting exclusive leads.
3: You’re getting paid nicely.
We’ll talk more about what pay looks like later…
Who Is Joshua T Osborne?
Joshua T Osborne is a guy who went through the school of hard knocks and basically had no reason to ever succeed in life.
Growing up he had a tough living situation…
His dad wasn’t around, his stepdad was an overall jerk who was hardly around, and his mom was busy working outside the home all the time.
Josh was left at home to take care of his brother and sister.
After a while, things were getting tight and food was getting scarce. Josh did some things that he probably shouldn’t have done and it didn’t end well.
He spent 2 years in the big house.
In that time, he did a lot of self-reflection.
For the first time in a long while he became a student again. A student of a mentor that was kind of enough to take him under his wing.
Soon after he got out of prison, he moved to Colorado and started his own moving company.
It was out of this moving company that Digital Leasing was born.
You see, Josh had the digital marketing thing down. He was getting so many moving jobs that he was literally just sleeping in the office.
Josh is no stranger to hard work, but he also knew something was off.
It shouldn’t be THIS hard.
It shouldn’t require him sleeping at the shop.
It shouldn’t require him missing out on family time.
Even if he was making a bunch of money.
What was his solution?
Well he started passing off all his extra jobs to another moving company he was friends with.
Every time that company booked a job through his referral, they simply gave him a cut of the action.
And then it hit him.
A whole new business model…
Digital Leasing.
He figured that if he could build and rank his own website, capturing a majority of the leads in the area in the process, that he could replicate this all over the state…and then the country.
He was right.
Day by day he turned into something more akin to a Digital Leasing lessor with “digital properties” all over the country.
Fast forward a few years after that and now he personally owns a Digital Leasing Empire, has an abundance of family time, and mentors others on how to do the same exact thing.
How Does The Digital Leasing Model Work?
I’m sure you have a lot of questions so let’s break it down.
First there’s the whole website thing right?
All you gotta do is go over to snapps.ai and sign up on the web builder.
Think of this platform of a mix between something fancy like WordPress and drag and drop like Weebly.
This website builder already has site templates in place for you to grab and go based off the most successful conversion oriented designs.
From there all you have to do is some basic SEO and BAM…your site will be at the top of page one.
Did I miss a few steps?
Let’s dive a bit deeper…step by step.
1: Pick a niche
Think of things like roofing, tree service, and plumbing like I mentioned earlier.
2: Figure out the population size
You want to pick a city that’s somewhere between 50,000-300,000 when you first start out. This will help speed up your success.
3: Determine the demand for the service
This one is a bit more common sense than anything else. You simply just want to pick a service that will be needed in the area. For example picking snow removal in Tampa, Florida is probably not the right choice since it’s sunny and 75 all year round. You’d be better off picking a niche like tree service in Mobile, Alabama since they get storms that take out trees quite frequently.
4: Build out the site
So this is the part that I went over a little bit above. It’s all pretty simple. You just go into godaddy.com pick your domain, buy it for like $10 per year, and connect it to the pre-made site template for whatever niche you want and hit publish.
5: Do some SEO
This is the part that really matters. Just about any business can have a website. But not every business can be on the first page. What makes the big difference is search engine optimization (seo).
What is SEO?
Well not to get super complicated or anything, but seo is simply just building a website in a way that Google wants you too. The more you make Google happy, the higher they’ll place your site.
Lucky for us, Google has told us time and time again what they’re looking for. And these are exactly the things Josh teaches his students.
Content, Backlinks, and Citations.
Content is pretty simple right? These are literally just the words on your website itself. But there’s a particular way to write it for everything to work out well.
Backlinks are more simple than they sound. All a backlink is, is your websites link on another website. So think about if you share a YouTube video on Facebook…you just gave a backlink to YouTube.
Citations are just the name, address, and phone number of the site. These are extremely easy to get and make a world of difference in ranking.
Do all these factors right, and you’ll be at the top of the first page getting all the clicks.
6: Find a business owner to pass the work off to
Think of it like the samples at Costco or Sam’s Club. You are given a free product, and if you like it, you buy it right?
Very not salesy.
In the same manner you’ll pass a couple leads off to a business owner, and if they like the quality and make some money, they’ll start paying you to keep those leads coming in.
7: Repeat with a bunch of different digital properties
It’s really that simple.
So those are the 7 steps to Digital Leasing and owning your own lead generation business.
Digital Leasing Reviews By Consumers
Frank had this to say:
“I’ve been in almost 3 months. I’ve made money with the program / made my investment back plus some more. Reason for the 4 stars is that the community is on Facebook platform in a private group. I hate Facebook so I don’t like having to go there for the community & coaching.”
Followed by James who said:
“I don’t normally leave reviews, I came here to try an off set all of the bad ones and tell my own experience. I joined Digital Leasing in November. I had tried other methods about lead generation, made a little bit of money but was always struggling to really scale. The biggest difference getting into Digital Leasing was the group coaching and community. Being able to hop on a zoom call and ask Josh directly for advice on what I was doing really helped. I scaled my agency to about $6,000/mo in a few months, which was more than I had ever thought possible (not everyone has dreams of being a millionaire haha).”
And lastly Wrenn said:
“Bought this program in July and have already started to land new clients. This program takes work but if you follow the systems that they layout you will be successful. Not a get-rich-quick course like others I have taken, Josh and his team are coaching us every day of the week. Highly recommend!”
Ok, now that we’ve heard what some people have had to say, you’re probably wondering if Digital Leasing is a scam…
Is Digital Leasing A Scam?
No Digital Leasing is not a scam. Joshua T Osborne has worked his butt off to do what most online courses can’t…
Practicing what they preach.
You see most course creators are out there JUST selling the programs and nothing else.
They’re not actually in the trenches with you each day running their own FBA store, real estate business, or marketing agency side by side.
Josh actually does.
He runs his 7 figure agency Mr and Mrs Leads day in and day out just like you’ll be running your own.
Digital Leasing is as real as it gets in these days of sketchy online marketing methods.
Now that we’ve got all that out of the way, the only thing we have left to talk about is the cost.
How Much Does Digital Leasing Cost?
The cost of Digital Leasing isn’t mentioned anywhere online. But starting a business does cost money. If I were to give you any kind of idea about this I’d say that you should at least have $500 saved up. That’s at a minimum.
Although starting any kind of local marketing agency is a relatively cheap endeavor, you should at least have 3-6 months worth of overhead costs covered.
So unfortunately if you don’t have at least that amount, this business probably isn’t for you yet.
Digital Leasing Review Conclusion
Overall the Digital Leasing Method is what’s going to create absolutely bad ass marketers that achieve their goals of financial freedom. This online business system has the ability to create lasting results because of the platform it’s built on…Google.
You see, whatever business you decide to start online…you’re going to run into a bunch of hiccups along the way.
If you tried running your own FBA store, you’ll have to worry about getting shut down by Amazon constantly because of their rule changes.
If you tried running any type of social media ads like Facebook, Instagram, or even Google…you’ll have to worry about getting shut down because of breaking maybe one little rule they just rolled out overnight.
If you tried running your own dropshipping store, you’ll have to worry about spending THOUSANDS of dollars each month to outspend your MILLIONS of competitors selling the same products.
Digital Leasing is the only business model where you don’t have to worry about constant rule changes that will destroy your business overnight, worry about ad platforms suspending your profitable campaign, or worry about competing with millions of people over a select few products.
There’s no such thing as a perfect business…but a business that is cheap to start up, has very little rules, and very little competitors is about as close as you can get.
