Wondr Reviews (Updated 2024): Are Jace Made And Brandon Lennon Legit?

TLDR - What’s The Verdict On WondrAi?

If any of you are like me, you’re the type of person who likes to go straight for the dessert bar at the buffet, even though you know you should hit the salad side first. 

Believe me, I get it!

That’s why I don’t want you to skim past this section – you’ll want to closely examine everything I’m about to tell you.

Now, I don’t want you to think that Jace and Brandon are scammers, or that WondrAi is a sketchy program (although I’ll touch on Artificial Intelligence in a moment). 

In my opinion, Print-On-Demand – and dropshipping in general – can be a tough nut to crack, especially when you’re first starting out and on a limited budget. 

First, let’s take a look at an interesting statistic: The overall failure rate for dropshippers is upwards of 80%-90%.  

Some in the industry may speculate that most people jump into dropshipping with the misguided belief that it’s an easy way to make money and simply just haven’t done their homework.  

While I can agree with this to an extent, I certainly don’t believe it covers all the bases.  I cover this in one of my other reviews on dropshipping, but I’ll touch on the highlights here: 

1. The Wrong Niche: This is probably the main reason why dropshipping beginners fail, because even if you believe you have a great product but nobody wants to buy it, you’re dead in the water. 
2. Staying Power: Now let’s say you picked a good niche and a great product. It’s gonna take advertising money to get people to your site, and that’s still no guarantee that you’ll make sales right away. This is one of the reasons why people jump ship after only 30 days. 
3. Low Funds: Speaking of spending money. Did you know that most seasoned dropshippers say that you’ll need at least $500-$2,000 per month in advertising dollars just starting out? That’s two to three car payments!
4. The Wrong Platform: Building your store with an obscure site builder (Shopify seems to be the industry standard), or buying media ads other than Google or Facebook can often result in very little sales. 
5. Gross vs Net: You’ll see plenty of YouTubers with screenshots of tons of money in any given month, but what they don’t tell you is that those are often Gross figures. In fact, the average profit margins for dropshippers are usually between 15%-20%. 

Second, some of these problems can be easily fixed or at least finessed even if you’re new to the industry, but there are some issues that have to be addressed head on, which I personally believe is why the failure rate is so high:

**Refund and Returns:**The average refund and return rate hovers around 30% for online stores as opposed to about 9% for places like Walmart or Target. 

Also, the main reason over 90% of online shoppers choose an online store to shop from is if they have an easy return policy. 

I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t sit well with me knowing that the vast majority of visitors coming to my website are already thinking of getting a refund. 

Which leads me to the next biggest issue plaguing dropshippers...

**Cart Abandonment:**Since August of 2023, Shopify has had the cart abandonment rate at about 70%, the main reason being that checking out is too long and complicated. 

It gets even worse than that with higher rates on various devices:

• Desktop: 73%
• Tablets: 80%
• Mobile: 85%

So, you can see why beginners in the industry might throw in the towel with so many shoppers visiting their site, picking out the product they want to buy, but then changing their mind at the very last minute. 

And don’t get me started on the fact that 66% of online shoppers will buy from your competitor if they have more shipping options. 

I certainly wouldn’t want that headache.

That’s why I no longer do dropshipping and now focus all my energies on Digital Leasing – making more money in less time, with little to no competition and profit margins up to 95%.

It’s definitely worth a look.

Although if you still have your heart set on POD Dropshipping, let’s take a look at who would make the best candidate.

Who Should Consider WondrAi And Who Should Look Somewhere Else?

If you’ve had the chance to look over other articles I’ve written, you’ll see that I’m not a big fan of dropshipping, for many of the reasons that we just talked about. 

However, I want to set aside my personal views and take a look at the type of person who dropshipping might benefit and who might not.

Now, if you can see yourself in any of the following situation, dropshipping could be ideal for you: 

• You have a deep desire to be your own boss, step away from your 9-5, and have more control over your financial future. 
• You like the idea of having a more flexible lifestyle and working from or anywhere else so long as you have a laptop and internet connection. 
• You currently have an eCommerce store that’s not doing too well in sales, but have seen some success stories like this Reddit user is having. 

If any of these scenarios leaves a bad taste in your mouth, you should probably pass:

• This Reddit user made the mistake of shipping the wrong textbooks to college students and lost money in returns and refunds. He also got his Amazon account banned and had to beg to get it unblocked. 
• This Quora user talks about not having enough inventory and ended up with backorders and customers leaving negative reviews. 
• This Trustpilot user was happy that she purchased what she thought was a great program but saw that the video lessons were outdated, referring to software that either no longer exists or has a new name, and the worst part, she says, is that the system doesn’t work with Amazon.  

Now, let's take a step back to get a wider view of WondrAi.

WondrAi: A 1,000 Ft View

When you think of dropshipping, what's the first thing that comes to mind?

Ever since I was a kid, I remember some horror stories that my Dad used to tell me when he was a kid about when my Grandparents were in Amway (yeah, I know, totally different business model). 

He told me about the huge delivery truck pulling up to the house and dropping off tons of boxes of different products that filled his garage, basement, and even the tiny barn in the backyard. 

Whenever they sold something, he would have to make trips with them around town or ship them off at the Post Office. 

Even though dropshipping is nothing like that, that's the image that I can’t seem to get out of my head. 

So, How Does Print-On-Demand Dropshipping Work? 

Basically, as a POD dropshipping, you work as the middle-man between the product supplier and the person who’s buying the product. 

So let’s say you have a company like Printify that sells custom-designed, powder-coated, vacuum-insulated tumblers that you think are cool and you want to sell them on your eCom store. 

The first step is to make an arrangement with Alibaba to sell them. 

After you list the tumbler on your site, you get an order from Janice who wants the tumbler with a picture of her pooch, Barney. 

You then forward that order to Alibaba which is critical because that order contains personal information like her address, phone number and credit card information. 

Janice then gets an email confirmation of her order, receives her Tumblr the following week, and you get a deposit in your bank account from Alibaba. 

As you can see, this process is much better than the stories I heard about. 

The WondrAi Approach

In this case, Jace and Brandon show you how to streamline your design process with Ai. The benefits of this is that you can avoid human errors and even operate your business 24/7. 

You don’t even need any previous design knowledge or Ai experience because all of that is covered in their course. 

Who Are Jace Made and Brandon Lennon?

Jace Made and Brandon Lennon are the founders and instructors of the Wondr Masterclass, a course focused on print-on-demand automation using artificial intelligence.

Jace Made, the CEO of Wondr AI, moved from Jamaica to the U.S. at the age of 16. He has a background in dropshipping and print-on-demand stores, and despite failing in at least 11 businesses, he learned valuable lessons in sales and building sales funnels.

Is WondrAi Legit Or A Scam?

No, I don’t think that WondrAi is a scam, and I have to give Jace and Brandon props for being innovative and using cutting-edge technology with a relatively antiquated business model. 

I just don’t think that making money online in [year] with Dropshipping is as simple as Jace and Brandon want you to think, even with Ai. 

Sure, you’ll be able to find a fair amount of YouTube videos with course creators driving up in their Lambos, showing you how they're making $100s of thousands of dollars every month on autopilot. 

While this may be the case, for those guys, I can tell you from first-hand experience that Dropshipping is not the passive money-maker they say it is, because there are so many moving pieces to keep your eye on. 

I’m just saying that if you want a business that’ll demand your attention every waking hour of the day, and some restless nights, then Dropshipping will certainly fit that mold. 

However, if you’re looking for the type of business that will actually give you time freedom, then Dropshipping fails horribly. 

Plus, you have to have a decent amount of knowledge in so many different areas like…

• Web Development
• Market Research
• Supplier Relations
• Digital Marketing
• Data Analysis
• Customer Service
• Financial Management

…just to name a few. 

Honestly, who has time for all that? 

Wouldn’t it be better spent making more money with a system that offers a more passive lifestyle with only a fraction of the skills that I just listed? 

Well, this is exactly what I and about 2,000 other people have been doing for the last few years with Digital Leasing.

My Personal Opinion About WondrAi

As my WondrAi review starts drawing to a close, I’d like to follow some bread crumbs back to Jace Made and Brandon Lennon and their course. 

Along the way, we covered some frightening numbers when it comes to dropshipping and some salty comments made about dropshipping and WondrAi on places like Reddit, Quora and Trustpilot, but I want to make it clear that these are not my personal views. 

In fact, I have a short checklist that I personally use to cut through all the noise when I’m reviewing these courses: 

1. Experience: Does Jace and Brandon have real-world experience with dropshipping? 
2. Mentorship: Do they offer mentorship with their training? 
3. Value: Does the value of the training match or exceed the price tag? 
4. Honesty: Are there hidden fees that Jace and Brandon failed to mention? 
5. Community: Do they offer a community for their students to network?

Now, on to my recommendation… 

Would I Recommend WondrAi?

Based on my checklist, let’s see if WondrAi passes the test or not… 

First, the positives: 

It looks Jace and Brandon do have some decent experience with POD so the training they offer should be fairly comprehensive. 

Although I would like to see more on the mentorship side with weekly live Q&A calls that are offered with other courses. 

There is a huge jump in price from their Premium plan to their Done-For-You plan, but at least they’re up front about it. 

Now, the negatives: 

I wish they would also offer a Community setting where students wouldn’t need to rely on staff to answer their questions via email or video support.

My Conclusion: Should You Join WondrAi?

I have to admit that I'm a little intrigued with the merging of Print-On-Demand and Ai. I'm half-way tempted to sign up for the Basic plan just to get an idea of how it all works.

Of course, this doesn't mean that gonna go back to my old days of:

• Dealing with late deliveries
• Handling customer support calls or playing email tag
• Finding that my Ad accounts were banned for no reason

Nope, dropshipping is just not my cup of tea for 2024...

My #1 Pick For Making Money Online In 2024

I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:

• I’ve drop-shipped a toilet-bowl putting green on Shopify
• I’ve drop-shipped jade rollers via Clickfunnels
• I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA

And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.

That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is Digital Leasing.

Why?

1) Time: If you’ve got a spare hour-or-two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.

And because of that flexibility, you don’t need to trade your time for money. Once the income starts, it’s recurring.

That means you can take a month off, travel the country, pursue a passion project, chill on the beach, or charter a boat across the world.

But you can only do that once you’ve created an income stream that doesn’t require YOU to be there all day, every day.

Now, the best case scenario is your customer could wait weeks for their order, and worst is that they request a refund and you get a chargeback. 

You don’t have to worry about any of that when you’re renting out digital properties.

4) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…

If you wanted to double your income with dropshipping, you would need to sell twice as much inventory, or double your profit margins. And I can guarantee you (from my shopify dropshipping days), that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.

5) Big Margins: With dropshipping, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money. This usually entails spending A LOT of money on ads and other methods for growing traffic to your product.

Remember, each asset is worth at least $500-$2,000 per month in steady passive income, with nothing standing in your way of creating more. 

6) You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with dropshipping is that you’re usually finding some product that’s complete garbage, and tricking people into buying it. It provides no real value to them, or to the world in general.
It’s cool in the short term to make a quick buck, but in the long-term, it gets really old, really fast. 

But when you’re talking about Digital Leasing, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with.

Small local businesses around the world need one thing: customers. Without them, their business would fall apart. If we can provide those customers, they’re going to be really happy - and they’re going to pay you for it.

You’re helping a struggling mother or father put FOOD on the table for their families, put their kids through college, or simply live life a little bit more comfortably.

Having this type of impact on the world is what will help you sleep soundly at night.

So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other dropshipping programs like WondrAi, which might make you money 12 months from now.

You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.
