TLDR – What’s The Verdict On The Real Estate Prescription?
Danielle Mapes is the team leader over at Real Estate Prescription, which appears to be your standard real estate course. She promises a more fun way to build leads by having more meaningful conversations.
Real estate as a business model is strong long-term, but full of volatility in the short-term…and that means you might be sitting on a property for years. Not exactly a quick trip to financial freedom.
And yet, the first thing you see on Danielle’s website is a promise of building a “$500k pipeline in 66 days“…not only does that seem unrealistic in the world of real estate, but 66 days is just a weirdly specific number to pick as well.
All in all, if you really wanna get into real estate, I’d recommend someone else. The Real Estate Prescription site is pretty janky, which is odd because Danielle has another company called The Hayden Group, which seems much cleaner and more professional.
But really, I’d rather just avoid the volatility and high up-front costs of real estate altogether.
I found out about something called Digital Leasing recently, a spin on local lead generation. This one helps small businesses around you, brings in monthly paychecks, and you do it all from your home. It’s a pretty sweet deal, with all the upside of physical real estate – but without all the risks!
The Digital Leasing students seem extremely passionate about what they’re doing – not just getting by, but creating their own future.
That said, if you’d like to hear some more about our Real Estate Prescription review, let’s keep on rolling.
Who Benefits From The Real Estate Prescription…And Who Is It Wrong For?
Area | Score | Description |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 2/5 | It can take a long time to see profits after all the upfront costs. |
Level of Control | 2/5 | Real estate is volatile. |
Ease of Implementation | 2/5 | Lots of legal paperwork and upfront costs. |
Profit Potential | 3/5 | If you can afford to wait long-term, you can usually get some use out of real estate |
Danielle Mapes seems to know how to make money from real estate niches, but can she teach you?
Her program might be for you if…
- You’ve always wanted to join real estate, but didn’t have the money
- You’re a woman who identifies with Danielle’s softer approach to deal-making
- You’ve killed it with other real estate courses (like Jerry Norton)
On the other hand, it probably doesn’t make sense to join up if…
- You doubt Danielle’s promise of $500k in 66 days
- You’re a little worried that Danielle doesn’t have any reviews out there
- No refunds make you a little nervous
The Real Estate Prescription At A 1,000 FT View
Danielle Mapes is a bit of a mystery. She seems to go by Danielle Hayden on some parts of her Hayden Group website, but then her YouTube videos from a few years ago have her listed as “Danielle Cassetta”….
She seems to have a family, I’m guessing one of those might be a marriage thing, but three separate names does seem a little odd to me, and I hope she’s not trying to hide from anything.
That said, her Real Estate Prescription program is also a little mysterious. She doesn’t really offer much in the way of substance on her website, although her YouTube page does advertise a mentality of “do less work for more efficiency” which is definitely an attractive concept.
Does it work in reality? That remains to be seen.
The one thing she does talk about that catches my interest is lead generation.
Lead generation is key for every business out there – it just means bringing in clients, after all. My thing is, it’s kinda hard to do real estate work online and spend as much time with your friends and family. Plus, with all the hassle of figuring out what’s wrong with properties and fixing them up…I gotta just recommend Digital Leasing again. It takes lead generation to a whole ‘nother level – all from home.
If it’s financial freedom you’re after, give it a shot!
Who Is Danielle Mapes?
Danielle Mapes (or Hayden, or Cassetta, whatever) has been doing real estate for a few years now out of her home region of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
She has worked her way up to serving on the Education Committee on the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, which is a long, fancy way to say she seems to be respected in her community.
Danielle seems to be married with kids, and her main pitch is to women who wanna get the most out of life. Her main pitches are to “not work as hard”, which doesn’t really fit the grinding mindset of a lot of young male entrepreneurs.
How Much Does The Real Estate Prescription Cost?
Unfortunately, Danielle is pretty vague when it comes to the Real Estate Prescription cost – but it’s important to understand that real estate often comes with a ton of upfront costs, as a general rule.
The more you’ll be working alongside her, the more you will be charged.
What Is The Real Estate Prescription’s Refund Policy?
Well, if you take a look at the screenshot above…this one is pretty obvious.
Danielle does not offer any refunds, so be extra sure you know what you’re doing before joining up with her!
Personal Opinion On The Real Estate Prescription
It’s a wild world out there…so, how do you make sure you pick the right program?
- Think about if you can see yourself doing this ten years from now
- Get to know the guru’s energy from any free content, think about if they could work with you
- Take a look to see if there are any refunds that could help your peace of mind
It’s hard for more to really get a read on Danielle, to be honest.
All the same, here’s a quick 3 things I like about her:
- Danielle seems to live life to the fullest
- Real estate usually bounces back long-term
- Danielle seems to have earned the respect of her neighborhood
…and, to be fair, 3 things I don’t really like:
- Danielle’s promises of vast success within 66 days is unrealistic in real estate
- Real estate will always be volatile from year to year, so you need to be very patient
- As successful as Danielle has been locally, she’s only been trying real estate for a few years

“Real Estate Prescription scam” is a search phrase that pops up when you check out Danielle Mapes on Google.
…so, is her company a scam?
Probably not.
Even though she seems to keep changing her name, I don’t think Danielle would wanna wreck her reputation in Ann Arbor by running a total scam.
Typically, a scam means you don’t get anything at all, and the guru takes all your money…and while Danielle will take your money, and the value is questionable, it would be a reach to call her a scam. She’s gonna teach you about real estate, but the only question is if it’ll work for you.
Digital Leasing and their local lead generation model are way more clear and certain – you just take the lead generation aspect that Danielle Mapes talks about, and then apply it to any local business.
This way you can actually set everything up online, without all the in-person stuff (not to mention legal paperwork) that comes along with real estate…
…on the other hand, Digital Leasing provides that financial freedom you’re really looking for, where you can stack some cash and watch it roll in every month!
What’s Inside Real Estate Prescription?
Here’s a quick summary of what Danielle will teach you:
- Shift 1: work always comes last
- Shift 2: stop focusing on hot prospects
- Shift 3: use the secret weapon
- Shift 4: systematize everything
- Shift 5: invest in coaching
All in all, some weird advice. Work comes last? Don’t focus on hot leads? “Secret weapon?”
Red flags, in my opinion.
Conclusion Of My Real Estate Prescription Review
So, should you fork over your cash to Danielle Mapes?
I wouldn’t.
I’m just sensing a lot of gimmick, and not a lot of substance. I think you’d be better off checking out some free YouTube videos if you really wanna try out real estate…
…but realistically, you should probably just avoid all those costs and volatility altogether. Go ahead, give Digital Leasing a shot. I recommend it to my readers because it’s recession-proof – meaning that it’s gonna stack cash in your hand no matter what. Basically the opposite of real estate!
Who knows, maybe you’ll even work from the beach one day…
What’s My #1 Way To Make Money In 2025?
After exploring various business models, I recommend Digital Leasing for beginners entering the online business world.
- Flexibility: Whether you have just an hour to spare or want to go full-time, Digital Leasing is tailored for “passive income” – more gains with less effort.
- Ownership and Control: Digital Leasing grants you outright ownership of assets, ensuring control and impressive profit margins ranging from 90-95%. With Danielle’s program, you’re at the mercy of markets and whatever else influences your real estate investment.
- Low Startup Costs: You can begin with minimal upfront expenses with Digital Leasing. You might even start earning before spending a dime, and your initial property can go live for less than $100. But with anything to do with real estate, you’re gonna be paying huge sums (tens of thousands, at least) for buying up any kind of property. It’s a “long game”.
- Minimal Ongoing Expenses: Digital Leasing keeps it straightforward with minimal maintenance and expenses. On the other hand, if you have any fix-ups to do, you’ll be on the hook for constant expenses with real estate.
- Easy to Duplicate: Once your first digital property is up and running, doubling your income becomes a breeze – just a few clicks, keystrokes, and maybe a call away. Way better than having to double your properties with Danielle’s mysterious “secret weapon”
- Helping Real People: Digital Leasing extends beyond numbers, allowing you to support local businesses and make money while genuinely impacting people’s lives.
The choice is yours. Keep exploring options like Real Estate Prescription, keep researching, or join a community of over 2,000 successful students living life on their terms with Digital Leasing.
