Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

Real estate as a business model is strong long-term, but full of volatility in the short-term...and that means you might be sitting on a property for years. Not exactly a quick trip to financial freedom.

And yet, the first thing you see on Danielle's website is a promise of building a "$500k pipeline in 66 days"...not only does that seem unrealistic in the world of real estate, but 66 days is just a weirdly specific number to pick as well.

All in all, if you really wanna get into real estate, I'd recommend someone else. The Real Estate Prescription site is pretty janky, which is odd because Danielle has another company called The Hayden Group, which seems much cleaner and more professional.

But really, I'd rather just avoid the volatility and high up-front costs of real estate altogether.

I found out about something called Digital Leasing recently, a spin on local lead generation. This one helps small businesses around you, brings in monthly paychecks, and you do it all from your home. Danielle Mapes is a bit of a mystery. She seems to go by Danielle Hayden on some parts of her Hayden Group website, but then her YouTube videos from a few years ago have her listed as "Danielle Cassetta"....

She seems to have a family, I'm guessing one of those might be a marriage thing, but three separate names does seem a little odd to me, and I hope she's not trying to hide from anything.

That said, her Real Estate Prescription program is also a little mysterious. She doesn't really offer much in the way of substance on her website, although her YouTube page does advertise a mentality of "do less work for more efficiency" which is definitely an attractive concept.

Does it work in reality? That remains to be seen.

The one thing she does talk about that catches my interest is lead generation.

Lead generation is key for every business out there - it just means bringing in clients, after all. My thing is, it's kinda hard to do real estate work online and spend as much time with your friends and family. Plus, with all the hassle of figuring out what's wrong with properties and fixing them up...I gotta just recommend Digital Leasing again. It takes lead generation to a whole 'nother level - all from home.

Danielle seems to be married with kids, and her main pitch is to women who wanna get the most out of life. Her main pitches are to "not work as hard", which doesn't really fit the grinding mindset of a lot of young male entrepreneurs.
