A former student called the Automated Investor System for house flipping a total money sink, pointing out you can pretty much Google everything you need to know about wholesaling for free.

Turns out, the so-called free crash course is just a teaser to get you to shell out $8,977 for a six-month mentorship program. And if you wanna use their fancy automated investor app, you're coughing up an extra $0.10 for every lead.

Then, there's this guy who chimed in saying he got picked for a Dolmar Cross promo and ended up in a chat about forking over more cash for the class and facing even more fees.

So, the whole "get started without investing a dime" spiel doesn't really hold up since you're actually expected to drop some serious coin on their programs from the get-go.
