Meek Mill Net Worth

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

Meek Mill is a rapper and songwriter from South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The beginning of his career was spent in rap battles until he was signed to T.I.’s Grand Hustle Records and Rick Ross’s Maybach Music Group; at that time, he used the pseudonym “Meek Millz.”

early Life

Meek Mill was born Robert Rihmeek Williams in South Philadelphia on May 6, 1987.

At five, Meek’s father was shot and killed during a robbery attempt, leaving his mother, Kathy Williams, to care for him and his elder sister Nasheema alone.

Meek would spend most of his boyhood in North Philadelphia when his mother relocated the family there. They had a tight budget and were crammed into a tiny three-bedroom apartment. Kathy was unable to provide for her family despite working many jobs.

With the help of his uncle and DJ Grandmaster Nell, Meek became a more confident and outspoken young man. Meek’s interest in rap was prompted by Nell’s involvement in the music business.

He used to participate in local rap fights and stay up all night creating lyrics and rhymes for them. He grew enamored with rap and enlisted the help of a few pals to form The Bloodhoundz, a rap group. This performance marked the beginning of his great rap career.

Meek Mill Career Highlights

In the mid-2000s, Meek began releasing mixtapes. “Flamerz,” a mixtape released in 2007, was his first break-out success. T.I.’s Grand Hustle Records and Warner Brothers Records were interested in “Flamerz 2 – Hottest in the City”. Before signing a contract with any label, he was arrested and imprisoned for seven months. The Maybach Music Group label of Rick Ross at Warner Brothers signed him after his release. On the U.S. Rap and Hip/Hop R&B charts and Billboard 200, “Dreams and Nightmares,” his debut studio album, reached number one in 2012. His second album, “Dreams Worth More Than Money,” was published in 2015 and topped all three lists. Rap and Hip Hop/R&B rankings ranked “Wins and Losses” as the runner-up album of 2017.

Meek Mill announced the formation of his record label, Dream Chasers Records, in October of 2012.

Legal Issues: Meek Mill served seven months in prison for drug selling and firearms possession in 2008.

A court canceled Meek’s travel privileges in late 2012 after he breached the terms of his probation. In the spring of 2013, he broke his probation again by failing to notify the court of his trip intentions and posting death threats to his probation officer on social media. He must now attend etiquette courses, as directed by the court.

He breached his parole again in December 2017. The court denied him a second opportunity. Before his sentence, he was ordered to cease working. Meek was sentenced to 90 days of home arrest in February 2016.

Meek Mill was arrested after attacking two people on March 11th in St. Louis. His parole had been violated, and he received a term ranging from two to four years in state prison. To make amends, he spent five months in Chester County Jail.

In August 2019, “Free Meek” was launched as a documentary series. The story revolves around his many run-ins with the criminal justice system. Meek served as the show’s executive producer.
