Modern Millionaires Review: Introduction

Modern Millionaires another one of those making money online programs that is centered around selling a membership that supposedly shares all their secrets!

It’s supposed to show you how to become a “digital marketer” but most members don’t make money with the business itself.

Before writing this review, I’ve spent several hours reading through its customer complaints on various platforms such as BBB, Google, Youtube, and Trustpilot.

Now, I do want to be totally transparent in this review, so…

This Modern Millionaires review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Modern Millionaires Review: Overview

business model scam or legitModern Millionaires is an ad agency course. The basic premise is that you’ll learn how to build your own ad agency, land clients, and get them results.

Running an agency (even though they’re a bit of a commodity nowadays) isn’t a bad way to get your feet wet in the world of online business.

That said, there are a lot of moving parts with this business model:

  • Prospecting – you need to know how to find potential clients
  • Sales – you need to know how to convince those clients to give you money
  • Media Buying – you need to know how to run ads profitably
  • Copywriting – you need to know how to tailor your ad messaging for the right customers
  • Design – you need to know how to design ads/landing pages to maximize conversions
  • Email Marketing – you need to know how to follow up with prospects and customers
  • Automation – you need to know how to connect everything properly

Now, most course-sellers will try to make this easier on you by telling you they’ve managed to “automate everything”, offering “plug-and-play” campaigns, and “pre-built templates”.

Here’s the thing though:

Markets are always changing.

They get more savvy as time goes on.

If you buy a program with thousands of other students, where everything is built out for you, there’s an almost 100% chance those templates don’t work.

Because if thousands of other students are using those exact same “plug and play” campaigns, tens of millions of people have already seen them, reducing their effectiveness.

Not to mention, with most agency programs, the templates are actually built by some virtual assistant in the Philippines or India, and have never actually been tested in real life.

And if they have, there’s a good chance they’re extremely outdated, since most programs don’t bother updating their templates after launching. The course creator gets too busy just trying to sell to more and more students, instead of focusing on quality education.

Now, here’s the most sinister part of this whole thing:

Most course creators market their agency courses as something you can do anywhere in the world. You might hear them say things like “The world is my office” or “This is a simple passive income business”.

That’s just plain false.

modern millionaire business modelRunning an effective agency is in no way passive. Look at the list above, and remember that you can’t rely on pre-built templates. You’re responsible for every part of the process.

Does that really sound like a business you can do from a laptop on the beach?

See how this could be a problem?

Now, what if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?

An income stream that doesn’t require:

  • Mastering 100 different roles
  • Needing to be a technology wizard
  • Working around the clock just to keep things from blowing up

An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?

An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day chasing, selling, or managing anything?

passive residual income

TheMMSaaS Income App Update

Before we dive into the rest of Modern Millionaires and what you get in the program itself, it’s important for us to mention their SaaS update.

If you watched their webinar you’ll recall that they offered a D4U system in which you pay them $18,995 and they set up 10-30 weekly appointments where you can sell their SaaS called Leadific.

Leadific is a CRM that clients can use for their own business to track their own leads in an easy to see pipeline.

Leadific costs $299 per month and the gurus boast that you can keep 100% of that commission.

Now that all sounds great…

But as you’ll see from other consumer reviews down below, they are very disappointed in the quality of the leads and don’t make much sales.

Beyond that, try and remember why you were interested in something like modern millionaires in the first place…

You wanted financial independence.

A life with no bosss.

A life with no outward control over you.

Well, Chance and Abdul are basically your new boss.

Keeping you from going out and being as independent as you really wanna be…

What you really are is a fancy looking employee that’s really working for their white label agency.

That’s just the unfortunate truth of the matter. With them you won’t have that independence you seek.

So What Does Selling Leadific Look Like?

According to their webinar, if you’re a good fit for their partner program, they will give you Leadific to sell to small business owners.

It’s unclear what they mean by “if you’re good fit”…

We’d wager that really means “if you have enough money”.

But they’ll set up the appointments for you!

They claim 10-30 appointments and assume you’ll close at 20%.

What this doesn’t account for though is no shows or cancellations…

Let’s say best case scenario you get 30 appointments, if industry standards are anything to go off of, you’re looking at a 50% no show rate to these set appointments.

Which slashes down your money making opportunity to 15 calls per week. Of those calls you have to close 3 to hit that 20% rate.

Now closing 3/15 might sound super easy…but honestly explaining techy CRM stuff to business owners is a lot harder than Chance and Abdul make it look.

Most business owners only care about one thing and that’s “how do I get more leads in the door”. That’s why digital real estate is such a great model. Business owners are looking for people with that skill.

Not necessarily for people trying to sell them an CRM that they won’t even know how to use…

Something else that is unclear in the webinar is whether or not that 20% close rate is a requirement or not.

This is where we start to feel MLM like vibes.

Most MLM companies require you to first buy a product demo kit and then you must use that demo kit to go out and make sales. If you don’t hit certain numbers you lose your spot as a rep.

Other MLM companies will allow you to sign up for free and they’ll send you a kit. However, if you also don’t hit certain sales numbers, the company will run your card and you’ll pay for the kit yourself.

We say all this to ask the question:

Will Chance and Abdul charge you for Leadific if you don’t hit certain sales numbers for them?

Remember, just like an MLM…you’re now employees of Chance and Abdul and businesses have to be profitable right?

If they’re sending you leads and you’re not closing them, do you think they’ll keep you around for long without somehow getting their moneys worth?

Another tough thing to grasp from their webinar is how they present selling Leadific so easy as a beginner…

You see, the modern millionaire gurus might be able to sell something like Leadific really easily because both of them use CRM’s on a daily basis and how to navigate it for a prospect.

You however, would be selling a product that you really haven’t used or know how to use proficiently.

And if it’s one thing business owners can sniff out, it’s nervous people, and they know the only reason why someone would be nervous is if they don’t have confidence in the product itself or the ability to use said product themselves.

Either way, you’ll lose the sale if you don’t have full confidence.

That’s something we would have liked to see addressed in their webinar.

But at the end of the day they are trying to SELL YOU into their networking business so we understand why they didn’t address certain points that may cause doubt.

No different than when a car company selling a fast car doesn’t tell you about the awful gas mileage…

So now that we’ve talked about their “money making app” a little bit, let’s jump into the actual modern millionaires training review.

So now that we’ve talked about their “money making app” a little bit, let’s jump into the actual modern millionaires training review.

What Is Modern Millionaires?

chance and abdul modern millionairesThe Modern Millionaires claim to show you exactly how to create an online business from nothing.

Mainly, it shows how you can make an agency. You’ll be producing business via Google advertisements.

While the course does discuss different niches you can go into, the primary focus for this course is lead generation as your own business.

How Much Does Modern Millionaires Cost?

modern millionaires reviews They don’t note the costs of the course anywhere online. It was hard for me to find, but on YouTube ads, they had been offering it for $9.95.

If perhaps you’re a beginner, well, then you could be imagining that this is really cheap, how it’s attainable.

Allow me to explain it to you….This is their upsell product. The price of the training course is $5000 to $7860.

Yes, $5000 to $7860!

This is most likely not going to be a training course for everyone.

The cost of it borders on $8,000.

This means you’re likely to have to fork over a very significant amount of money for the SAME QUALITY info you might be able to discover in other products out there for free!

It’s well worth noting that this price is just the upfront costs.

You will also need extra money to deal with paid advertising and any application that you simply have to subscribe to.

How You Can Purchase The Modern Millionaires Training Course?

modern millionaires lead generationThe only way you can purchase modern millionaires is by booking a call and having a conversation with a sales guy.

In this particular phone call, they will try to market their products based on your budget.

They try to sell you on the price of changing your life…not necessarily the product.

The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $50,000+ per month teaches some digital marketing skills, but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.

Who Are The Creators Of The Modern Millionaires Course?

modern millionaires scam review

The names behind the Modern Millionaires are Abdul Samed and Chance Welton

Both are unknown in this internet coaching business.

Abdul and Chance have produced several businesses from scratch. Chance is productive in marketing and advertising, whereas Abdul is more along the lines of digital businesses, lead generation, and producing income.

Abdul and Chance complement one another nicely on this particular training course, and each of their skillsets brings something different to the program.

After I’ve done the research I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re not lying about the effectiveness of the business model….but I do question their ability to coach

I question why Forbes actually showcased them, have they completed something extraordinary? No…

I suspect that Chance and Abdul purchased that section from Forbes and that’s why it’s no longer up.

What Is The Modern Millionaires Business Model?

This training course is based upon running Google ads for business owners.

Basically, you contract yourself out and help businesses grow via marketing. Not a bad idea at all…but does this specific course carry value? I have doubts.

What Is The Modern Millionaires’ Course Content Actually Like?

Module 1: The Foundation

modern millionaires legit scam reviewsWithin the 1st part, everything is kept simple and friendly. You are going to see precisely how to produce a business from nothing.

The primary focus because of this component is going to be on choosing your niche and also creating your agency site (including purchasing your domain name). This domain name is vital in getting clients.

Also, there’ll be a considerable amount of discussion on being in the proper state of mind for operating a business.

Essentially, this particular module is about providing you with the inspiration that you simply have to be successful in online local businesses.

Module 2: Prospecting And Sales

modern millionaires refund It’s module two, which begins to demonstrate just how in-depth these modules will be. It’s very in-depth. I can’t possibly tell you everything bundled in this specific module. I am going to give you an overview, however.

This module is kickstarted with a review of what prospecting truly is. When that’s out of the way, you will learn the right way to study the market you wish to work in and learn a little bit about the way an internet CRM works.

The second part is extremely significant since your entire business model is constructed around prospecting the client and generating leads; and how you can control them.

It’s next to speaking a little bit about precisely how cold emailing works. This is something that’s uncommon to find in other courses like it.

Many actually ignore the entire cold emailing thing.

Therefore, I significantly benefit from the simple fact that the Modern Millionaires Course is prepared to discuss much more special methods to produce leads.

You’ll likewise find out how to work with LinkedIn, exactly how to take payments, and also how you can finalize deals with clients that you’ve picked up.

The training skims over the offer finalization part, which happens to be a pity because this whole business model does fall back on getting top clients you can perhaps get and transform them into higher paying clients.

This may be hard in case your sales game isn’t on point.

Module 3A: Driving Traffic With Google Ads

modern millionairesThis’s possibly where the meat on the course is. In this particular component, because the title indicates, you’ll learn how you can work with Google Ads to produce traffic.

This’s most likely among the most in-depth modules I’ve previously witnessed on Google Ads, and the powerful duo leaves no stone unturned in coaching you precisely what you need to know to produce leads from it.

You’ll likewise find out about exactly how Google Analytics works into the puzzle.

Module 3B: Driving Traffic (Facebook)

This component is very much precisely the same as the last module, just this time; you’re likely to be utilizing Facebook Ads to produce leads instead.

Module 3C:

modern millionaires make money onlineThe last module brings the previous two modules together.

In this lesson, you will learn the right way to develop those leads and, ideally, switch them into paying clients.

Module 4: Auto-Pilot

The last component produces all automated options. This discusses getting employees, training them, and so on.

Unlike other classes exactly where you’ll most likely prefer to develop your business for some time before automating it, this particular module suggests you go into automation instantly so you can begin to make money.

Can You Really Make Money With Modern Millionaires?

Yes, you may really make money after purchasing the Millionaire Middleman, but it’s still lacking in information and support.

In fact, as of writing this article, we’ve seen several customer complaints about the Facebook group having no activity or any interaction with Chance or Abdul.

Of course, you can make money, but the cost of this course is just too much for the value received.

But before that, let me clarify why this particular business model could really allow you to make money.

The Good & The Bad

modern millionaires good or badThe Good:

  • The Modern Millionaires program was developed by Chance and Abdul, with each accomplished rather a remarkable quantity of success in their own individual labels. They’ve showcased in Forbes.
  • There’s no great knowledge requirement for launching the program – you do not have to have a background in online advertising or even get any unique marketing skills.
  • The business model of the Modern Millionaires (AKA Officeless Agency) is a viable and common-sense method to make money through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • The training is leading-edge, and you receive your money’s worth.

The Bad:

  • There is no consistency around the rates – it’s quoted at $5000, but frankly, it seems like they charge people depending on the max dollar they can get out of them. Don’t quote me on that, but it seems to be the case!
  • The expenses do not stop with the training – additional costs incorporate digital advertising on your own. You will have to pay until you have a client offsetting your costs.
  • There’s no promise of success – you may never see your money again.
  • You will find hidden costs not disclosed during your assessment phone call, and it may be an extra cost of $300 to $400 monthly.

Understanding The Modern Millionaires Business Opportunity

modern millionaires costThe majority of the business owners don’t understand how to run ads.

They don’t understand the way to create a website and draw in visitors to it.

They’re way too occupied for all this.

I like the business idea – I just don’t believe in the coaching.

Is Modern Millionaires Legit?

Yes, Modern Millionaires is legit.

At least the business model aspect.

In fact, social media marketing has been gaining a lot of ground over the last several years, but executing efficient Facebook and Google ads can be tricky, so be sure to find the right mentors for the job.

Yes, you can make a lot of money by running ads for business owners.

But, when it comes to building an online business, you have plenty of options.

And even if you’re dead-set on becoming an online advertiser, you’ve got way better options than Modern Millionaires.

Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think Advertising Agency is a lackluster business model, where you end up leaving way too much money on the table.

Is Modern Millionaires A Scam?

is it a scamSo, is Modern Millionaires a scam?

Not technically.

You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Chance And Abdul makes it sound.

There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – running an agency is extremely active income (NOT passive).

Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.

But if you’re getting into this game to live life on your terms, travel the world, and generate passive or semi-passive income from anywhere, then this isn’t for you.

What if, instead, you could put in a couple hours a day (in your spare time) to build a single digital asset, and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?

And what if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?

And what if you could double it next week?

Well, that’s the power of Digital Real Estate

And, unlike a traditional ad agency, you can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.

Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.

Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:

  • A camper in the middle of the woods
  • A beach chair on the water in Mexico
  • A small villa in Greece

quit your job

They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.

Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.

So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.

And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

If this sounds more like the type of life you want to lead, just click here to find out more about Digital Real Estate.

Is Millionaire Middleman Legit?

Yes, Millionaire Middleman is legit, it’s the former name of Modern Millionaires. I would not say this is a scam.

But why rebrand like that so fast? Hmmmm.

This model they teach is legitimate. Companies will always want leads- the smart people anyways – and Google is a terrific approach to get a client.

I don’t know if they have a money-back guarantee and considering they aren’t around much after you buy in, it makes me lean more towards them not actually having a refund.

That’s my safe bet at least.

Does The Modern Millionaires Have Support?

modern millionairesAlongside the online training course, you can find many support systems. At least systems they’re supposed to have anyway…

The main support piece you’ll be a part of is their sales call with you. However after they have your money, that’s where support seems to stop.

They promise a private Facebook group and some good coaches as well, but honestly, from everything I’ve seen so far online… it doesn’t look like that kind of support is available anymore.

Pros Of Modern Millionaire Online Courses

pros modern millionaires

This course was assembled by a few people who have established they understand how to operate an agency. This’s much more than you can state with lots of comparable courses nowadays.

Many of them are assembled by people who state they know but have not actually done one.

This is most likely among the most in-depth courses I’ve observed on running ads and lead generation as well. Theoretically, this specific course indeed consists of all that you need to know about developing a local business around lead generation.

It is not genuinely deficient on that front, though it does miss a couple of additional components on operating a booming business.

I also discover it builds up the knowledge you have in a lot of ways. The program is well structured also exceptionally well presented. Additionally, it contains a heap of suggestions you will find it difficult to find elsewhere.

To add, I love classes that bring something distinctive to the table, plus you genuinely feel as in case you’re learning something when you advance through the modules.

Cons Of Modern Millionaire Online Courses

cons modern millionaires

The trouble is the fact that this course training is simply way too costly, without truly offering anything additional value for that price.

You will find a few extras in place, though almost nothing that screams that the course is actually worth roughly $8,000 before you invest some bucks in marketing and advertising.

This course is not truly about managing a company also. It’s about lead generation. What this means is you’re not going to discover how you can build a business from nothing. You’re planning to figure out how to do everything yourself.

If it were much more of a full training course on operating a business, in that case, I’d possibly be dishing out a little more praise. Nevertheless, it’s a small program that concentrates on a single aspect.

Remember, this is a course that merely depends on paid ads as well.

Of course, I realize that this’s possibly the fastest way to generate leads, though it will be good if it might have checked out several other complementary techniques of generating leads.

It’s to take action to justify the price it’s asking, right?

Review Conclusion

modern millionaires pyramid schemeBecause of the higher price tag, it’s extremely hard to suggest the Modern Millionaires Course; this is because some other classes are available you may follow if you would like to build a profitable business online. This is not knocking the course or anything.

It’s still a good course, though the price tag is most likely going to be a little too high and can place the vast majority of people off course. It’s a pity because if this was a couple of thousand dollars cheaper, it might generate a good purchase.

You can find numerous online businesses you can do, however it is imperative you begin something you are going to enjoy and fits your personality.

For instance, if you’re introverted & shy, you would be more well off doing either affiliate marketing or dropshipping. This means, your website does the marketing so that you stay away from some cold calling or even working with people in person.

Trust me on this particular – if you are not great with product sales and working with people, stay away from a business in which you’ve to contend with scrutinizing business owners!

Can You Still Make Money With Lead Generation In 2023?

money from home

Yes you can still make money with lead generation in 2023.

People are building and ranking new sites in new markets every single day!

SEO as a whole has not really changed over time. The process of ranking a site has stayed virtually unchanged. As long as you write good content, apply good backlinks, and good citations…your site will never be effected. Only strengthened.

Now more than ever businesses are looking for leads as well, especially considering the disaster that was covid-19.

With people googling more, and looking at bill boards less, now is as good a time as any to get started with organic lead generation!

Modern Millionaires Review Reddit: What The People Have To Say

reddit modern millionaires

Online, it seems as though Chance and Abdul don’t have the best reputation. They have some 5 star reviews online, but I’m personally always skeptical of 5 star reviews that are short and simply say something along the lines of “best course ever”.

Personally, I like to head over to reddit and see what the people have to say. In my opinion, the odds of fake comments/reviews are much lower.

Here’s what I found:

Of the multiple users on the thread, one says: “This is definitely what we call a “bait” tactic. These guys are just trying to make more money off of other peoples naivete. If I were you, I would try to reinvent the focus of your husband on something more productive. Typically, things like these are simply just scams because in reality, people succeed due to a lot of variables that they can not control that end up going their way; therefore, can not be replicated again in the exact same way at the same time and at the same place.”

Not off to a great start…another user chimes in and says:

“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This course isn’t a magic pill. And despite the shiny ads, becoming a millionaire isn’t simple or fast. If you are on hard times and don’t have a few thousand on hand to burn without it torching your household finances or wrecking your relationship, DONT DO IT. The “value” they offer isn’t worth the price tag. I’ve taken a course from these guys. They’ve changed the name now but the ad strategy looks similar. Being completely honest, I dearly wish I hadn’t given them my money. For all the millionaire talk, the course was not professionally filmed or produced – it looked like it had been shot on a desktop camera or iPhone. Except for a couple of ads – I mean, those have to look super shiny – gotta look like millionaires after all…Not that that’s a deal breaker by any means. Their support wasn’t super supportive. When I needed help, one of them was almost always on some epic hike or mountain climb (no cell service), and the other was frequently on vacation. Again, that’s not a deal breaker. But the content was meandering and repetitive and not edited well. Basic takeaways: little bit on FB ads, website SEO, Insta ads. The major gist, and one I had a huge problem with, was this: whatever you don’t want to learn or feel like learning bc you’re not good at it, go hire yourself a team on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr. And if you’re a complete putz like I was, you’ll put it on your charge card hoping somehow you’d hire right the first time and not have people literally eat through all your credit with little to nothing to show for it. If I had known that this was the advice I was paying for, I’d be a good $8k richer right now. Again, I wish I hadn’t spent my money. There are MUCH better courses out there. Hell, I’ve take MUCH better courses out there. I’m just mad at myself for taking this course in the first place and wasting the money I couldn’t really afford to spend.

Listen – if you’re in a financially desperate situation, don’t be stupid – don’t buy this course! Don’t be me. Get a steady job somewhere, doesn’t matter where. Wait tables, pour coffee, bartend. Get your money situation STABLE. BE SMART. Slow and steady wins the race. Then, if you’re able to squirrel a little money away every month to pursue your dreams, do it that way! Don’t wreck your family, don’t ruin your relationships. Don’t buy this course and sacrifice all that. It’s not a magic pill. You’re only making a couple of strangers on the internet richer with YOUR money.”

That one was pretty rough, but informative. It also confirms the nearly $8,000 price tag I listed earlier.

There is one positive comment though…

“I am part of the program and I can tell you its legit! I was sure it was a scam too until I decided to go for it and there’s all sorts of training involved, it takes a lot of work and time but they aren’t giving anyone money. They’re selling a business model that they teach and then you implement. I havent made my first client yet but I can say for sure its real”

While it’s nice to see a positive review, I can’t help but notice that they said they haven’t landed a client yet. Usually when people join something new, they are pretty excited. Right now I wonder if the user holds the same excitement despite no clients…

Are There Alternatives To Modern Millionaires?

alternative path financial independence

Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online.  Here are just a few:

What Is Our #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2023?

Take the Pen

The ScamRisk team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Real Estate is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

testimonial BAM jump all in

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With an ad agency, you don’t really own anything. You’re a hired gun for clients, and entirely at their mercy.

Sure, you own your agency, but if your business grinds to a halt once you stop working, all you really have is a self-created job.

With Digital Real Estate (a passive income stream), you own all the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

free time family online business

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

Testimonial leadgen marketing

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with an ad agency, you’d have to double your clients OR double the monthly payment of your existing customers. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

winning big

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent. Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

done deal digital real estate

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Modern Millionaires which could one day make you money.

  1. I just stumbled upon these guys yesterday and began the introduction into their course. I did think the initial introduction was too lengthy and exactly like all the other programs out there that bog you down w/ long video-introductions and why you should choose them with much of the information being redundant. They’re typically 30minutes in length and by the end you’re so tired of their ranting you just sign-up out of sheer exhaustion like I did.

I did get the sales call from a male rep at MM and of course I expected the sales pitch and he actually asked about my credit score -WTF???? I got to thinking after the call that if they’re selling the same package to everyone then people have likely seen the same ad – and you stated there here above – bingo! Also, I thought if they’re so rich making several million dollars between the two of them then why is the program so expensive.

It felt like the pics of Abdul and his wife and kid was a distraction and unnecessary. I’m so glad I followed that little voice inside that said -” it’s too good to be true and what’s in it for them? Answer – YOU BUYING THIS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE PROGRAM FOR $5K TO $8K WITH NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS!!! As soon as I’m done with this blurb, I’m blocking them via email and on my phone. Millionaires don’t need $5,000 from you if they’re already rich. I feel like these guys are simply selling an over-priced program that’s not guaranteed to produce the results they state it can. I’m bailing out right now. So glad I Googled them and read this. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

    • I’m glad you were able to see this review! It’s a shame…Abdul and Chance used to be good once…at least I like to think they were. In my opinion, they’ve lost their way. I hope you find what you’re looking for!

  2. Im glad i read this before i dipped any further. Most simply dont have the funds for something like that and its a shame that most ads u catch on youtube are jist overrated. I pray that one day this will all change but i highly doubt it.

    • 1). $5,000.00 buy the program and build your own business yourself with what I would imagine is very little support.
2). $10,000.00 buy the program and they work with you to build your business.
3). $25,000.00 they do everything for you, you simply take the calls they schedule for you and make the sale.

I know this because I just finished watching all the long drawn out sales pitch of the second phase of the application process. Already I have their sales guy texting me asking, “finances aside, can you see yourself operating this business model?”. This comes after I’ve already told him I’m no longer interested at this time because of the hefty price tag.

      • I signed up for MM, you named it when you said they seek based on how bad you want ty better your life. It’s an emotional sale who doesn’t want financial freedom? One thing you missed is they offer 3 tiers… a “DO IT FOR YOU,” a “DO IT WITH YOU,” & a DO IT YOURSELF” prices range from $15,000 to almost $25,000, to be paid up front or monthly. What they didn’t tell me is that there is also a subscription fee to use thier software. That’s just the beginning… I have encountered so many issues with thier training Prejean and feel like a was muslead and bamboozelled. In in the process of looking into how I can cancel my contact with them.

  3. I listened to a brief spill on YouTube after a video. I followed the link (at the bottom) to a page requesting my email for “training”. I read all of the page and the following paragraph (starting with “copyright”) was at the bottom of that page which states that their spill was a scam by stating outright that their “examples” are rare exceptions, not the rule, that most fail, and that certain traits are required to make any go at it. They call themselves liars – their “disclaimer”. Omg. ALWAYS read the fine print.
    I just despise liars.

I googled them to confirm their hyposcisy, and it’s all over the net. How stupid do they think people are?

Thanks for your detailed and informative article.

  4. I too signed up for their training before realizing their business were to generate ads. Now, generating ads are a great way to make money if you are an avid and driven sales person. The way they outline their business or should say the perspectives shown were to let people think this must be a great program or else they wouldn’t be so boldly offering it for 5 to 25k. However, they did say at 25k you wouldn’t have to do anything, it would be “Done for you”. Also you could get funded by their chosen companies if your credit is great so that means you’ll be using someone else’s money to make money which would be a no-brainer.

    • Yes, at 25k and having to do nothing…that does sound like a no brainer. However, this consumer review can be found their trustpilot page:

“These guys are great marketers… that’s about it though.I bought in at the highest level $30K with a Done For You Agency program and it was a complete joke. They sold way more spots than they promised (fake scarcity) and couldn’t handle the fulfillment. The program is filled with broke desperate people at all levels who bought into a business model that they don’t actually deliver on as promised.”

Looks like they’re having trouble fulfilling with their higher level packages.

To your last point, yes, you could use credit…but you might end up having to dig yourself out of a hole seeing as they are having a hard time fulfilling and you’re on the line for paying it back…not them.

Still all a little too risky in my opinion.

  5. Anyone familiar with another system called “”. If they are like MM or like Digital Real estate? Cuz I already gave them a $500.00 deposit and Im wondering if I shud cut my losses ?

    • 9-9-2022
Just watched their video. They are asking for 25k and that’s after a scholarship they offer. But wait… because you can make payments on that $25,000.000!!!
I’m glad my gut told me no. I mean. My bank account would had said no also. But still…

    • Job Killing is a great program! It is one of our top trusted programs in the lead generation category. We are not affiliated with them, but they have a great reputation and get great results for their students. We can’t exactly say the same about Modern Millionaires. Digital Real Estate is a great option too. If you decide to join Job Killing you are in great hands!

      • I’m looking into passive income advertisements and plan to go all in on one. In your opinion and research which is better? Job Killing or Digital Real Estate. Is one more stable income than the other? Is one easier to pickup? Or does one require more time and does that equate to better income?

        • They are both great programs. In our opinion, you’ll likely get better one on one chances with the digital real estate group. This is because job killing has more than 7,000 members now and although they have great support systems in place…it’s still tough to get the one on one time you’d like as a beginner.

  6. Dude they are not real. All they want to do is lock you into a $500/month contract for the next 24 months. Once you sign there’s no way out and good luck getting in contact or any help. They are clones of Tai Lopez teaching basics and making millions off of flipping High Level software. They “care” in a sense but it’s all about them, they are too big to take care of any personal. It’s all business. That’s how all these coaches are. Optimize! Money! Go!

  7. Scam artists from what I can tell.

  8. i like the idea tbh but thse dudes got way too many sketchy reviews out there,, thanks for the other recommendations

  9. PLZ LISTEN do not join MODERN MILLIONAIRES I did and it was NOT what I expected it to be. I want COACHING when I pay for COACHING!!!

  10. Total fucking scam artists. They told me I was buying into software than as soon as I was given access it was a bunch of how to make cold calls and pay to use the software. I asked for a refund immediately as it was not software. It has been 2 months and still no response. These bastards can go to hell.
