Affiliate Marketing Superstars Review (Updated [year]): Is Leanne Scott The Best Affiliate Marketing Guru?

Introduction To My Affiliate Marketing Superstars Review

Leanne Scott has had a bit of a weird journey as an affiliate marketing guru. For one, she used to be a family doctor before deciding to jump all-in.

And if you're confused about her course's name, that's probably because "Passive Income Superstars" is the name of her overall website and program, but the name of her most famous course is "Affiliate Marketing Superstars". Whatever the name, her business model is pretty much the same thing:

Building the best affiliate marketing strategy possible.

If you're here reading this review, then I'm guessing you're a lady (or gentleman who really loves all the flowery pink advertising Leanne puts out there) who saw an ad for Leanne Scott's promises of affiliate marketing success and figure - "why not?"

It makes some sense. When people make big promises about all the money you can make in the affiliate marketing game, all that passive income and time to spend with your family sounds pretty darned good.

But there's another reason you're here.

You know that too many of these programs online are run by scammers who just wanna take your money and don't care about your success at all. They know the words you wanna hear, so they make big guarantees they can't possibly live up to...

...it can be a little scary.

You're smart for clicking around and search up Leanne Scott to see if she's legit or not. You might even be looking up other gurus like Misha Wilson to see if they can offer some more comprehensive affiliate marketing knowledge in comparison.

And you know what else is pretty cool?

You came exactly to the right place. See, I've been grinding away at these kinds of reviews for years, covering all kinds of gurus and programs from the best affiliate niches to how to become a real estate investor.

I've been around the block, and after a while you start to pick up green lights and red lights when it comes to these people and their motives.

So, what I'll do for you is figure out the pros and cons of Leanne's AMS program, see how much it all costs, then we can weigh it all out and see what really makes sense for your future!

Now, let's rock n' roll with our Affiliate Marketing Superstars review!

DISCLAIMER:

This Affiliate Marketing Superstars review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

PROS
  • Affiliate marketing websites have been around for a while now, which means you aren't jumping on some unproven trend.
  • If you do it right, you get money just for people clicking on links you post - which means it's a passive income.
  • Leanne Scott seems to put a very feminine touch on her affiliate article templates, which means she could be a great fit for women.
CONS
  • You can end up with low commission percentages, meaning you have to sell a high quantity to see any money.
  • You don't get paid for months at a time with affiliate marketing, which means you'll have to be very patient.
  • As much as this course may be nice for women, Leanne's style likely means that men aren't going to connect to it as well.

Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

TLDR - What's The Verdict On Affiliate Marketing Superstars?

what is affiliate marketing superstars

Affiliate Marketing Superstars is, as you probably guessed from the name, an affiliate marketing course ran by British guru, Leanne Scott.

Finding a comprehensive affiliate marketing course can be tricky these days, since the business model has two very different attributes: on one hand, it's been around awhile, so it's built up some trust...but because so many people have jumped on board over the years, it's also super oversaturated.

That means you will likely face a ton of competition when it comes to your affiliate revenue, and it also means you have to look out for more shady programs, since there are so many of them these days.

I do like what Leanne Scott says about "ethical" affiliate marketing techniques:

"Instead, I want you to develop a strategy that feels good. One which is honest, authentic, helpful and fosters loyalty amongst your followers."

Alright, on second thought that that's super fluffy and doesn't really mean anything. But if she really means that she wants to do things the right way, that's at least one positive going for you if you decide to take your own affiliate marketing journey with Leanne.

Something she does that I really don't like is focus a lot on email marketing, which offers basically the lowest form of marketing conversions.

Think about it - the only people opening up those kind of emails these days are mentally vulnerable or elderly people.

And at the end of the day, it's just an oversaturated industry that already has a ton of competition.

Every student that Leanne takes on will become your direct competition.

Personally, I recommend you check out something called Digital Leasing, a spin on local lead generation.

It takes some of the SEO elements of an affiliate strategy, then uses it to drive traffic into local businesses near you.

That means that you won't be going up against THE ENTIRE INTERNET like so many other business models!

Your competition is reduced, and you actually get to make a difference in your community instead of pushing low-quality products for your affiliate sales.

The students seem extremely passionate about what they're doing - not just getting by, but creating their own future.

Who Benefits From Affiliate Marketing Superstars...And Who Doesn't?

AreaScoreDescription
Time Investment2/5Doesn't take too long to get started, but can be a long time before you make any money!
Level of Control1/5Very limited to what the guru allows you to sell.
Ease of Implementation3/5Overall, not the hardest to start - at least technically speaking.
Profit Potential1/5Really hard to make money with affiliate marketing (oversaturated, low profit margins, etc.)

A lot of people are looking for gurus to teach them their ways when it comes to making money online these days, but they all keep running into the same kinda problems.

Sometimes they find a really cool guru, but then they realize the business model makes no sense at all. Other times, they fall in love with a business model, but so many of the coaches just don't fit their vibe.

So, let's figure out how to judge which program could work best for you.

Affiliate Marketing Superstars might be for you if...

  • You're a woman who likes a feminine touch in their courses
  • You have the patience to wait a long time to get paid
  • You've done other courses (like Affiliate Marketing Mastery) and liked it

But Leanne Scott probably isn't for you if...

  • You want something that offers higher upside
  • You're not able to wait months to get paid
  • You're a man or someone who doesn't want a "girly" course

An Affiliate Marketing Campaign At A 1,000 FT View

affiliate marketing superstars

Affiliate marketing is a notoriously tedious industry, mostly involving your "online business" being made up of spamming links around the internet, hoping someone will click one.

It's definitely possible to make some money with it, but the slow-pace of it as well as the oversaturation factor has me looking for alternatives whenever I'm asked about it as a career opportunity.

Even worse is email marketing, a form of affiliate marketing. Even email marketing specialists will admit the marketing click rate is only 2% on average.

It's just not the move for me, and I'm not sure it'll work too well for you either.

Now, if you're British, female, or just wanna try some unique forms of this industry like Pinterest affiliate marketing, then Leanne Scott might not be the worst option for ya.

But if you're someone looking to make some real passive income online, then you don't wanna be spending all day posting links around the internet, praying for a click or two to put a few bucks in your bank account.

You want something with BIG upside, something that'll keep on piling up month after month...and it won't take you months to get paid in the first place!

With Digital Leasing, you get to pick who you're bringing customers to - you're in control. Local businesses will be bending over backwards trying to get more of what you give them. Way less cringey desperation than you'd see in an email marketing campaign or anything like that.

Almost sounds foolproof, if you ask me!

Who Is Leanne Scott?

who is leanne scott

Leanne Scott is a British affiliate marketing guru who runs the Passive Income Superstars program.

She has a very strange path to the world of affiliate marketing courses, because she actually used to be a family doctor!

That's right, Leanne was tending to the sick and wounded, helping people in need...when she decided she was working too hard, and wanted more "me time".

I gotta say it: I'm not a fan of this decision.

Family doctors are always in need, more and more...she was given an opportunity to make a difference in the world, and instead decided to travel to Australia and send out spammy emails for a living.

Obviously, this is her choice. It's her life.

But I really hope that Leanne Scott returns to helping other people, because there's still plenty of time for her to change her mind.

In the meantime, Leanne Scott will continue to try to recruit women to help her earn commissions from posting affiliate links everywhere.

How Much Does Affiliate Marketing Superstars Cost?

how much does affiliate marketing superstars cost

The Affiliate Marketing Superstars cost is $397, which is on the cheap side as far as affiliate marketing courses go.

I'd guess that you probably don't really get too much considering the low price tag, but maybe the private Facebook group is worth it.

AMS Refund Policy

Leanne Scott offers a 7-day refund policy, which isn't really that good since it'll take months to figure out whether or not you can actually make money with this thing.

At least it's cheap!

Is There An Affiliate Marketing Superstars Scam Going On Here?

Social PagesLink

YouTubeSource

"Affiliate Marketing Superstars scam" is one of the top results if you Google this company, and it's probably because people are sick of running into bad eggs out there when they just wanna earn a few extra bucks online.

So, is Leanne Scott running a scam?

If she is, it's not a very good one.

Funny enough, most scammers are gonna charge you thousands of dollars for high-ticket promises that never deliver. For the most part, they don't run a program that goes for a price as cheap as AMS.

That said, it's not unheard of either.

But I still think Leanne is running a decent operation, even if I think it would help the world a lot more if she would have continued tending the sick and needy instead of spamming affiliate links on emails.

As far as affiliate marketing goes, this one isn't the worst deal out of them - especially for women. I do think, however, that if you surround yourself with women all day, then you might forget how to sell a marketing pitch to a man.

So it really depends - if your links are all on makeup/fashion pages, then that doesn't matter.

But if you wanna run a travel blog like Leanne does, then you might run into men and women who both end up on your page, and you might realize that both sexes don't always respond to the same language.

With Leanne Scott's AMS, you'll at least get some information, you might get a fun little community, and you'll probably learn a thing or two about making money with affiliate marketing. So at the very least, it's not technically a scam.

But just because something isn't a scam...does that really mean it's the best move for you?

I think you can do better.

Waiting for months to get paid sounds like hell, and if you've got kids to feed, bills to pay, then waiting that long just sounds straight-up dangerous.

And then on top of that, if you're selling low-level commissions (which you probably are for such a low course rate) then you'll have to sell a TON of them for it to make you any real money.

It's probably for the best that you just accept that the time to get into affiliate marketing was 10 years ago, and it's better if you just find the NEXT big thing.

Imagine jumping into Bitcoin when it started, right?

Some people are saying that Digital Leasing is exactly that.

Instead of cramming into an elevator that's already at the top of the building, step on into the ground floor of a wide-open opportunity.

Keep things local, helping the community around you, while you just watch your bank account get bigger and bigger every day.

Personal Opinion On Affiliate Marketing Superstars

affiliate marketing superstars scam or legit leanne scott

While it seems that Leanne Scott knows how to market herself and make some money doing it, it's important to remember that not every pop star can actually write their own songs...

...which is to say, there is a big difference between Doing and Teaching.

So, what should you look out for when looking for a program?

  • Can you really see yourself doing this for the next ten years?
  • Think about the guru you'd be working with, and if their vibe fits
  • Check out student reviews to see if you can get any idea of what the course might really be like

I'm not a big affiliate marketing guy, but I think Leanne Scott is far from the worst guru.

In fact, here are 3 things I like about her style:

  1. She is transparent about costs, and they're pretty cheap
  2. Leanne seems like a good fit for someone wanting a gentle, feminine coach
  3. If you're British, you might feel an extra connection with her

...and, on the other hand, 3 things I don't really like:

  1. Affiliate marketing is oversaturated and difficult to profit from
  2. You have to wait months before you see any money
  3. Posting links on the internet all day isn't very fulfilling

What's Inside Affiliate Marketing Superstars?

whats inside AMS

Here's a list of some of what AMS offers you with their course:

  • Module One: The Basics
  • Module Two: Joining Programs
  • Module Three: Evaluating Programs
  • Module Four: The Technical Aspects
  • Module Five: Affiliate Strategy
  • Module Six: Crafting Blog Articles
  • Module Seven: Pinterest AF Marketing
  • Module Eight: Using Social Media
  • Module Nine: Flash Sale Strategies
  • Module Ten: Email AF Marketing
  • Module Eleven: Retargeting Strategy
  • Module Twelve: Making Tweaks

As you can see here, there's a good amount of content without a ton of redundant filler. In fact, you don't usually see a lot of Pinterest affiliate marketing tips in most courses, so that is another nice differentiator for this feminine course.

On top of all that, you'll get some other stuff like:

  • a workbook
  • a master list
  • email templates to copy/paste
  • templates for social media
  • affiliate campaign planner
  • checklists
  • case studies
  • private Facebook group

Affiliate Escape Plan Review: Conclusion

So, should you buy into the Affiliate Marketing Superstars?

It depends.

I think you'd really have to be obsessed with the idea of affiliate marketing, and you'd probably get the most out of this course in particular if you're a woman or a more effeminate man, to be honest.

But do you really wanna limit your options to a business model that forces you to wait months for a paycheck?

If you even get a paycheck, of course.

I just think that affiliate marketing kinda sucks, to put it bluntly.

If you're looking for a new path to online income, then you gotta understand that you're in a fun position - but an important one as well. Whatever you choose will probably shape the next few years of your life, for better or for worse.

Do you really wanna be one of those affiliate marketers who wastes all that time and money with nothing to show for it?

You need to get down to something that is proven, recession-proof, and without all the extra problems that come along with trying to sell cruddy affiliate marketing products.

Digital Leasing is the right move right now. It's still got plenty of room before it gets too saturated, and it should stay that way for a while since it's all local lead generation - and that means your competition is immediately smashed down to a reasonable size.

There's tons of opportunity here for you to go out and snag that financial freedom you're after, where you can actually spend more time with friends and family, and less time worrying about your future - because you'll be in control of it.

What's My #1 Way To Make Money In 2024?

Digital Leasing

I’ve spent years researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business,” the research IS conclusive:

Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online or been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.

Why?

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full-time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Leasing business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With Leanne Scott, you don’t really own anything.

You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own customers.

Look at the fine print for affiliate marketing terms and conditions. At any point, the company you're working with can change your commission structure, reduce your profit margins, or kick you out entirely.

And then all your money goes down the drain, because these guys are usually heavily legally protected by their terms and conditions.

With Digital Leasing, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket...even before you do any work.

Affiliate Marketing Superstars swings way in the opposite direction - you'll have to invest a ton of time and energy before seeing a dime...if you ever make a profit, of course.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple of keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

This is basically the opposite of AMS.

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 monthly in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with affiliate marketing, you’d have to double your traffic, double the average order size of each customer, OR double your commission rate.

In other words, doubling your expenses, time, and money spent on this thing.

And, guaranteed, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Affiliate Marketing Superstars, you’re selling the product with the best commission rate, NOT the one that will improve most people’s lives.

And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.

But with Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either...a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Leanne Scott's affiliate marketing, which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms, thanks to Digital Leasing.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.
