Alpine Industries' main product was air and water purifiers, and Converse said he would continue to concentrate on consumer-level environmental products, particularly air purifiers. Air Restore USA is the name of the new company. He described himself as president and co-owner.

Air Restore USA Compensation Plan

The AirRestore USA compensation plan pays affiliates for retail sales of Air Restore USA products. They are also rewarded for recruiting new Air Restore affiliates. Residual commissions are distributed via a unilevel compensation structure. However, commission percentages are not calculated traditionally.

MLM Commission Qualification

The only requirement for receiving a bonus check is to keep one Family Pack on Autoship each month. A dealer of any level who cancels their Autoship will be put on reserve status until they return to Autoship.

There are five ranks in the Air Restore USA compensation plan.

• Dealer
• Senior Dealer
• Distributor
• Sales Manager

A potential Air Restore USA affiliate may also buy Senior Dealer or higher ranks:

Retail Commissions

A variable retail commission is earned when Air Restore USA affiliates sell Air Restore USA items to retail customers.

The rank of an Air Restore USA affiliate determines how much of a retail commission % is given out:

• Dealer – $130
• Senior Dealer – $138.50
• Master Dealer – $147
• Distributor – $160.50
• Sales Manager – $188.50

Recruitment Commissions

A $130 commission is given to an Air Restore USA affiliate who recruits a new affiliate.

Senior Manager Overrides

A percentage override is given out at the Senior Manager position on sales volume earned by personally recruited affiliates, who are also at the Senior Manager rank.

• 1st Senior Manager in a unilevel leg = 8% override
• 2nd Senior Manager = 4% override
• 3rd Senior Manager = 2%
• 4th Senior Manager = 1%
• 5th Senior Manager = 0.5%
• 6th and 7th Senior Managers = 0.25%
