Uploading designs is quite easy with Zazzle, as well as selling products. It is pretty simple to use for both buyers and sellers.

If you decide to use a template, you can modify the text, and if you want to resize and move elements you can do so by pressing the Click button to further customize.
If you select Create Your Own, you’ll be given a blank palette and the freedom to add photographs, backgrounds, clip art, patterns, and, of course, text as you see fit.
The interface is pretty good, with guidelines to help you align new elements with existing objects and also with the card borders. Gridlines may be optionally overlaid for alignment purposes.
Zazzle offers a wide selection of products. On Zazzle, you can conveniently customize almost everything in their catalog – from clothes to phone cases.
Each segment has a wide range of products and variations to choose from. You can pick as many items as you want and sell them with your designs.
Zazzle has a plethora of pre-designed templates tailored to a lot of different business types, as well as a customizable card designer with several unconventional clip arts and font styles.
The card stock options are also commendable with excellent print quality. One drawback, though, is that it’s costlier than the majority of the card-printing services we’ve tried.

This platform has so many different facets, I’ve chosen to answer this question in in three ways.
1. Zazzle is a legitimate company to get high-quality products designed by individual artists and designers.
T-shirts, mugs, greeting cards, wedding invites, mobile phone covers, and several more high-quality things are sold on Zazzle. These products are created by independent designers who upload their artistic works to suit the items you order individually. Zazzle, in particular, gives these sketches to suppliers, who then manufacture these products to order for you.
I personally order my favorite pieces from their store, such as books, binders, and one-of-a-kind presents, and have never been dissatisfied with the content or customer service provided by the Zazzle team.
2. Zazzle is a legitimate place to make a passive income as a designer, artist, and photographer.
Zazzle allows a designer, photographer, or an artist to upload their artistic works and match them with the individual pieces for sale or for your personal purchase.
For the creator, it’s absolutely free. Zazzle makes money by charging a base price and allowing you to pick how much (in percentage) you want to charge as commission.
As an example, consider the following: A mug could be 9.99 US Dollars – you choose a 15% commission per sale – which is 1.49 USD – and the buyer will pay 11.48 USD for each mug.
Zazzle would then keep the 1.49 US Dollars until the transaction has cleared and you have met the commission payment cap of $50. Payments for commissions are made via PayPal.

You will be given a unique affiliate link to advertise each product in the store, including your own designs!
The best thing about the Zazzle affiliate program is that you can gain both an affiliate commission as well as design commission for each deal!
This literally means that instead of earning $1.49 from your mug, whether it is bought from your referral or affiliate link, you can earn an extra 15%, for a total of $2.98 per transaction!

Zazzle makes it sure that all vendors get their checks as quickly as possible. The billing schedule is a little sluggish, since it takes about 30 days after your contributions pass the mark to be withheld, but the whole procedure is straightforward.

As a result, you as a vendor, would need to deal with this rather complicated back-end user experience and digest the process before you become comfortable using it.

I have stated early on how Zazzle is NOT a scam. It’s 100% legit. In fact, I personally rate Zazzle 4 stars out of 5!

Most affiliate products you would sell are likely $50-$100 and on top of that you’re lucky if you’re making a 5% commission from Amazon because of it.
That means you’ll have to sell 1,000-2,000 of products just to reach a decent income of 5k per month. You definitely have your work cut out for you on that end…
Now let’s take a look back at that tree service example again…
The average tree service job is worth anywhere from $500-$2,000 and most contractors are generous with their referral fees, being known to pay out roughly 10-20% of the final ticket.
So now it’s time for some math…
Let’s say you build and rank one of these sites in a local area with very little competition and after 3 months, your site is at the top of page one locally.
And let’s say that worst cases scenario you only end of with just 10 calls.
On top of that, let’s say Covid hit the tree service guy and his family extra hard this year and he can only pay you 10%.
Going off the lowest numbers possible here…that means that just one of these sites could bring you in $500 a month.
