If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.
In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

Who Is Xavier Major?
Xavier Major is the man behind the Wholesale Connection. If you are a real estate investor and are interested in the automated wholesale business, this guy might be the right fit for you.
After working with several real estate coaches, Xavier came to believe that to get results, education should be matched with action. There should be an actual building of business and actual results as well.
Xavier claims to have already succeeded in helping other real estate investors to make thirty million in revenue, and his clients altogether apparently bring in in more than seven thousand leads per month.
If true, that is impressive. However, seeing Xavier’s program slowing down to a halt makes me doubt some of these claims.
What’s Inside Wholesale Connection?
In Wholesale Connection, Xavier says you don’t need more password-protected videos teaching you stuff about business.
What you need is a good team that can keep up with the four-step process called the BOSS Method. What is it? Well, BOSS is an acronym where:
B Stands For Building.
Start with building your business foundation first.
O Stands For Optimizing.
Work on optimizing your market.
S Stands With Systematize.
Step up and systematize your operations.
S Stands For Scale
Finally, scale up your real estate investing business.
That sounds like a good method, but I gotta admit – it sounds like a shallow mantra instead of detailed instruction.
Xavier seems to place a lot of emphasis on Facebook and Google ads, spending over $1000 per week on his own.
Apparently, if you fill in your personal information on Major’s plain website, he’ll show you a video that pitches his course.
Personally, I’d like to hear the pitch first before I hand over any information.
After the video, he’ll try to set up a call with you to see if you have the funds available to invest with him.
What Does The Internet Have To Say?
This is typically where we look for customer reviews, but frankly, we can’t find a single one anywhere on the internet.
I suppose this is a problem when you have a generic course name, and the guru’s name is Xavier Major – and people often search up the big college (Xavier) to see what they’d like to Major in.
You can see how this would be a problem, and likely made it difficult for any potential customers to find his old website in the first place, putting him out of business.
Instead, here’s a little snippet from a conversation he had with a podcaster:
“We’re all in marketing. We’re all in sales. We’re selling our wives on ideas. My biggest thing is selling my wife on where are we going to eat for dinner. That’s always a tough sell. I’m selling our kids on going to bed on time. Marketing is planting the seeds for those sales opportunities. That’s why I fell in love with marketing because it’s everywhere. It’s prevalent in everything that you do. For me, I always wanted to be an engineer. I grew up wanting to be a pilot so I got analytical in the way that I look at things. I’m the guy that has a notebook, I’m writing down ad angles that I see in commercials, different marketing pitches that I like.”
That’s an interesting way of looking at the world. Let’s read one more blurb.
“The hard part with advertising is it’s one of those things that’s always shifting and evolving. Whether it’s Facebook which has been volatile lately in terms of what options you can use for targeting or how you can run your ads, or it’s Google that you’ve got to pay to play. You’ve got to spend some money with them to get some results. If you don’t spend enough, you get a trickle of stuff in, and it’s never conclusive enough to make a decision.”
Is Wholesale Connection A Scam?
So, is Wholesale Connection a scam?
You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Xavier Major makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual profit margins on real estate investments are pretty small.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months – looking at deals, sending out offers, negotiating with the seller and lender to buy a rental property – and then your reward is like $100 a month in profits, it’s not really worth it.
What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month (with a 90-95% profit margin)?

For that pricing, it would be nice if we had more information to go off of, instead of old YouTube videos from a year ago.
