If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

Kevin Paffrath is an American YouTuber, investor, landlord, and broker. Curbed called him a “landlord influencer” in 2019. Paffrath ran as a Democrat to replace Gavin Newsom in the failed 2021 California recall election.

Paffrath was born in 1992 in Germany. His parents separated when he was six years old, and he relocated from Wuppertal to America when he was 18 months old.

Paffrath attended Ventura College and subsequently UC Los Angeles. He studied economics, accounting, and politics at UCLA.

Is Meet Kevin A Scam?

For me Meet Kevin is legit for he is knowledgeable in Real Estate business industry.

So, is Meet Kevin a scam? Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Meet Kevin makes it sound.

There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – the actual profit margins on real estate investments are pretty small.

Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
