He slowly built his real estate business by investing in income-producing assets even while he was still a Chicago police officer.

His Life Story In A Nutshell

It all started when Jemal King was still a child. At the age of 8, he already wanted to be a millionaire. That’s how powerful having the right mindset and believe it even at an early age.

He wanted to be an NFL football player, as that is the closest to being a millionaire for him.

He became one in high school and college and even became one of the best football players in Illinois. Later he realized that he would end up in his family business.

How Jemal King Started In Real Estate Investing

It was during his stint as a Chicago police officer that he got introduced to real estate.

He attended various real estate conferences of Eric Thomas.

It is in one of the conferences of Eric Thomas that he met other biggies in real estates, like Carlas Quinney, the CEO of Eric Thomas’ company.

Jemal would later join the group of Eric Thomas in spreading the good news in real estate.

Already exposed to the real estate world, Jemal realized that the real estate world is his route to becoming a millionaire.

He decided then to invest money in real estate and start buying his first property.

Being in the family business would just not cut it. And after looking at more than 70 real estate properties, he finally found the on…a 4-unit brick building.
