TLDR – What’s The Verdict On eCommerce Ad Secrets?
I realize that some of you are the type who hates to sit through the opening act of a comedy show and would rather get straight to the headliner.
So, for you folks, let me just say that eCommerce Ads Secrets isn’t too bad for the price, but you should keep your wallet in your back pocket for now.
That isn’t to say that Brett Fallarino isn’t a good coach or that his program needs to be tweaked.
I just think that dropshipping has a lot of moving pieces and it’s too easy for beginners to get overwhelmed, especially when paying out so much money on ads.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about… eCommerce businesses spend roughly 7%-30% of the money they make on advertising.
Also, smaller eCommerce stores can pay up to $10,000 per month in Google Ads, and over $2.00 per Facebook lead with no guarantee that they’ll actually buy anything.
This is just the cost factor – let’s take a look at a few other reasons why most eCommerce startups fail in their first 120 days.
- Poor Market Research: Most people starting an eCommerce store won’t put enough time into market research or trying to get in the head of their ideal customer. As a result, they’ll offer products that their potential customers don’t want or need.
- No Online Presence: Getting good exposure on the internet is essential to your ecommerce store. So when starting out, you need to pay close attention to your website design, effectively manage your social media accounts, and make sure your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is on point.
- Ignoring Customer Feedback: The lifeblood to any business, whether it’s a startup or seasoned, is your customer base. If you fail to address any concerns that your customers have or don’t provide much support, don’t be surprised if they lose trust in you and move on to someone else.
Now, some of these reasons can be addressed pretty easily by the store owner, but what if you run into issues that you can’t control, like:
- Market Trends: It’s not unheard of for a store to be making money like crazy one minute and losing money the next because of changes in what your customer wants. This can often happen in a matter of a few days or even overnight.
- Supplier Reliability: Running your store is no walk in the park, but it gets even more difficult when your supplier runs into problems like shipping delays, inflation and increased costs, or even bankruptcy.
- Economic Downturns: Currently, online spending makes up about 19% of purchases, but when times are bad, people will usually curb their spending on non-essential online purchases and focus more on their essential needs like gas and groceries.
Area | Score | Description |
---|---|---|
Time Investment | 3/5 | Ecommerce and dropshipping takes quite a bit of time to set up and is not a set and forget type of business. You’ll need to do product research, audience research, ad creation and performance monitoring. |
Level of Control | 3.2/5 | You have a certain level of control with dropshipping in that you can decide which products to promote and how much to spend on advertising, but keep in mind that you can run into supply chain issues and your ad platforms can ban your account without warning. |
Ease of Implementation | 3/5 | It’s relatively easy to set up your eCommerce ads with Google and Facebook, create your Shopify store, and find a decent supplier – just keep in mind that managing all these will be a daily task. |
Profit Potential | 3.4/5 | While it’s possible to make a lot of money with dropshipping if you have the capital and right strategy and can reach a large enough audience for traffic and sales, ad optimization, budget management, and competition will be the biggest hurdles you will likely face. |
Take it from someone who’s actually run a dropshipping store, there are much better business models to choose from.
If you’re looking for something that can generate semi-passive income, you should check out Digital Leasing.
With this business model, you could be making anywhere from $2,000 – $10,000 per month without dealing with problems like:
- Supply chain issues.
- Customers going to another store or changing their mind at the last minute.
- Spending thousands of dollars just testing ads.
Now, if you’re still on the fence with Lord eCom, let’s look at who could benefit the most from his program.
Who Should Consider eCommerce Ad Secrets And Who Should Look Somewhere Else?
Before I get to my personal opinion about eCommerce Ad Secrets, I’d like to address one of the main questions I often get.
People will often ask me questions like, “Should I buy this course?” or “Is that course a good fit for me?”
To be totally honest, I have no idea.
The reason for that is you’re the best person to answer that question, and you’re likely to be 100% correct.
So, if you can see yourself in these scenarios, Lord eCom might be for you:
- You want to start a Shopify dropshipping store, but don’t know the best dropshipping niches.
- You have a product in mind but you don’t know what audience to target.
- You’ve considered running Google and Facebook ads but need some help on a budget.
Now if any of these scenarios make you nervous, then you may want to pass:
- You like the idea of suppliers shipping your products to your customer, but this Quora user said that most products come from China and are sometimes damaged or contain harmful chemicals.
- You heard you could make inroads into the market by doing free give-aways, but this Reddit user lost a lot of money that way trying to compete with more popular brands.
Moving on – Let’s get a good look at the process.
eCommerce Ad Secrets: A 1,000 Ft View
Kudos to you for sticking around this long, I promise it should only be a few more minutes.
At this point, I’d like to give a broad overview of Dropshipping and what it looks like.
The Dropshipping Business Model: How Does Lord eCom Work?
Picture yourself as the owner of a physical store that sells sporting goods. You also have a website where customers can browse and place their orders.
Traditionally, customers would come into your store, pick something they like off the shelf and bring it to the checkout counter with their credit card.
With online purchases, you would get the order then pack and ship the item through FedEx or UPS, unless the customer decides to pick it up in store.
With Dropshipping there are some subtle differences.
So, let’s start from scratch:
- Setting up your store: You create a website or online store, but instead of filling your garage or basement with products, you simply list the items you want to sell from a supplier (ie AliExpress).
- Customer orders: When your customer (Jackie) picks a pair of shoes she likes and enters her credit card number at checkout, you forward her order to the supplier.
- Product shipment: When AliExpress gets Jackie’s order, they send it directly to her.
- You make money: The beauty of this process is that you just list the shoes Jackie ordered on your site higher than what you get from AliExpress. All you have to do is pay AliExpress their fee and you keep the rest.
- No Inventory: Another benefit is that you don’t have to worry about inventory or shipping. AliExpress takes care of all that for you.
Who Is Brett Fallarino (Lord eCom)?
Lord eCom (aka, Brett Fallarino) got his start in 2017 and rose to fame when he said he made $43,000 in 49 days of opening a new Shopify Store.
He says his mission is to show 100 students how to do the same and go from $0 to Millionaires in the process.

How Much Does eCommerce Ad Secrets Cost?
You can get involved with eCommerce Ad Secrets for $27 per month or $127 per year… which is a savings of almost $200.
Does Lord eCom Offer Refunds?
He does offer a 100% action-based money-back guarantee for 90 days.
What you’ll need to do is watch his full course and test at least five products by running Facebook ads with at least a $300 budget for each product.
You also need to send them a link to your Shopify store with your products listed.
After doing all this, if you don’t see the results you’re expecting, you have to send them a 350 word email specifying everything you did and they will issue you a refund for $27.
I don’t know about you, but after spending $1500 on Facebook ads, a $27 refund kinda feels like a kick in the gut.
How Is eCommerce Ad Secrets Different From Other Similar Programs?
Like I mentioned earlier, there are other courses similar to eCommerce Ad Secrets that I’ve reviewed.
Let’s take a look at how it measures up to those.
Dropship Lifestyle
This Dropship Lifestyle review I go over how Anton Kraly, the course creator, covers dropshipping in more detail. His course will cost you anywhere from $4,000 to $10,500 for more advanced training.
eCom Good Life
In this Mikey Kass review, like Lord eCom, his initial course is somewhat basic, but he does offer advanced training that could cost as much as $10,000.
Low Hanging System
Low Hanging System by Rachel Rofe is a little different from the previous two in which she shows you how to dropship print-on-demand products. Her course will run you $1,491 for the basics, or an additional $1,997 for the jumpstart package.
My Personal Opinion About eCommerce Ad Secrets
Now that we’re getting to the end of this Lord eCom review, I’d like to start giving you some clues as to what I think of his program.
In the “Verdict” section, I threw out some unflattering stats about the dropshipping industry, and in the “Who’s It For” section, we saw some horror stories, but I don’t mean to scare you off with those.
Frankly, the stats are what they are, but the stories are more subjective.
So, here’s a five-point checklist that I use to help me clear the courses I review:
- Experience: Does Brett have actual experience dropshipping and running Facebook Ads.
- Mentorship: Does he offer any mentoring to his prospective students?
- Value: Does the training Brett offers match or exceed the price tag?
- Hidden Fees: Is there any additional charges for his training once you get to the members area?
- Testimonials: He does show screenshots of student successes, so hopefully those are genuine.
Is eCommerce Ad Secrets A Scam?
I wouldn’t say that eCommerce Ad Secrets is a scam, or that Brett Fallarino is trying to rip anyone off. I would say that if you could swing the $127 for the full year, it might be worth it for a beginner to at least learn his method.
However, I wouldn’t worry about getting a refund, because that will cost you an extra $1,500, which is sketchy.
My biggest concern is for you getting into Dropshipping.
Why?
Because I just don’t think it’s the best way to make money online in 2024, and I certainly don’t think it’s as easy as making $47,000 in 49 days.
Now, don’t me wrong, I believe that if you’re determined to make it work and have a good supply of funds to run Facebook ads, then you have a good chance at making some money with Dropshipping so long as you can roll with the punches.
I just think that if you’re going to put your heart and soul into something for 90 days, wouldn’t it be better to do something where you could make $500-$2,000 in passive income every month.
Better yet, what if you could be making money in less than 30 days and even make double or triple as much the following months?
Imagine creating a small five-page website that makes you recurring semi-passive income month after month.
This is why I’ve been doing Digital Leasing.
All I need is a laptop and a connection to the internet.
I and over 2,000 other individuals are doing this from locations like:
- A cottage in the Smoky Mountains
- A beach house in Cancun
- A vacation rental in Spain
With money rolling in like clockwork, we focus on our lifestyle first and our income second.
So, if this is something you would at least like to take a look at, check out Digital Leasing now.

My Conclusion: Should You Join eCommerce Ad Secrets?
I know this has been a long time coming, so here’s my recommendation…
The Positives
Since his program is only $147 for a year, and from what I can see there aren’t hidden fees of upsells to watch out for, I would say it couldn’t hurt to buy the course so you can get a good overview of his thoughts and experiences with Dropshipping and running Facebook Ads.
Brett seems like a decent guy, albeit a little on the arrogant side (Lord?), but some may find that endearing.
The Negatives
I won’t lie, Dropshipping is tough, and it’s not something that I ever want to do again.
Also, $300 for testing ad campaigns is a little on the cheap side, especially for products that have a wide audience appeal, so if you do decide to get his course, be prepared to spend WAY more.
If you’re anything like me, I would probably pass on this, simply because you can make a lot more money with other business models.
My #1 Pick For Making Money Online In 2024
I’ve personally tried all of the major online business models:
- I’ve drop-shipped jade rollers via Clickfunnels
- I’ve sold fidget spinners through Amazon FBA
- I’ve sold women’s health supplements via Clickbank affiliate marketing
And I made money with all of them, so trust me when I say: there is no “perfect” business model.
That being said, my #1 recommendation for making real money online is, hands-down: being Digital Leasing.Whether you’re a complete newbie, or you’ve been around the block before but have never had that “big win” to propel you forward, Digital Leasing is for you.
Why?
1)Time: If you’ve got a spare hour-or-two each day, you can do this. If you want to drop everything and go all-in, you can do this. More time obviously means faster results, but even putting in a few hours per day is enough to see real success.
What’s so great about this business is that you don’t have to punch a time clock, and when your money starts rolling in, it doesn’t stop. This means you do the things you want to do on your own terms instead of someone else’s.
2) Ownership & Control: With eCommerce Ad Secrets, you don’t actually own anything. You can’t control your product quality, or even what the package looks like when it shows up.
Lord eCom may or may not mention this when pitching his course, and I don’t blame him. I would probably want to paint as rosy a picture of Dropshipping as I could even though I’ve been to the Dark Side and back.
Technically you own your Shopify site… but ad platforms could shut you down on a moment’s notice… so you don’t really have much control there.
With Digital Leasing, you own all of the assets, which means you have ultimate control.
3) Fulfillment: Alright, so you don’t have any inventory… but that worry has been replaced with the pains of overseas fulfillment.
The last thing you want is for your customer to hit you with a refund request because they had to wait for weeks or months because AliExpress has Jackie’s shoes on backorder, or because cargo ships are stalled due to some overseas snafu.
You don’t have to worry about any of that when you’re renting out digital properties.
4) It’s Effectively Copy-Paste: Here’s my favorite part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up, you can literally copy-paste another version of it and find another willing “renter” in a few days. DOUBLING your income doesn’t get much easier than that…
If you wanted to double your income with dropshipping, you would need to sell twice as much inventory, or double your profit margins. And I can guarantee you (from my shopify dropshipping days), that’s a lot harder than a few clicks & a phone call.
5) Big Margins: With dropshipping, you’re often going to have really slim margins. That means you need to hit a serious scale to make serious money. This usually entails spending A LOT of money on ads and other methods for growing traffic to your product.
In Digital Leasing, your profit margin is nearly 100%. Watch here to learn how.
The best part is that these digital assets are worth anywhere from $500 to as much as $3,000 per month, and once you get them set up you rarely ever have to check on them.
6) You’re Helping REAL People: My biggest gripe with dropshipping is that you’re usually finding some product that’s complete garbage, and are tricking people into buying it. It provides no real value to them, or to the world in general.
It’s cool in the short term to make a quick buck, but in the long-term, it can be hard to sleep at night.
But when you’re talking about Digital Leasing, you’re helping solve REAL problems that people are ASKING for help with.
All local businesses have one thing in common – they need customers, and they are more than happy to pay you for them.
I’m talking about the Mom & Pop store struggling to:
- Balance their bottom line
- Feed their families
- Pay for their kid’s college
Having this type of impact in your local community will have you sleeping like a baby.
So, the rest is up to you. You could keep looking at other dropshipping programs like eCommerce Ad Secrets, which might make you money 12 months from now.
You could keep researching and researching for the next few months (or few years), never making a concrete decision.
OR, you can look deep inside, think about those dreams, hopes, & desires, and make the decision to ACTUALLY make it happen, just like it has for thousands of other students before you.
Making a fortune while actually helping real people that need it.
