We’re going to review iBuumerang to see if it really is the best Network Marketing programs out there.
We’ll talk about whether Network Marketing (MLM) is the right online business for you.
Now in all honesty…
IBuumerang does come with some very helpful information to make money online and land some massive commission checks…
But they really need to update their tactics…
At the end, we’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding IBuumerang and MLMs in general.
And most importantly, we’ll show you the exact system we used to build our own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.
This system made us swear off MLMs for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!
But more on that later.
For now let’s hop into all things IBuumerang!
Ibuumerang is a network marketing business (MLM) using a travel booking platform to offer members travel savings and even a way to make money with Ibuumerang. Holton Buggs, company CEO, founded it in March 2019 with David Manning, President of XStream Travel, and Terrance Gray, VP of Business Development.
There is another travel organization in Houston that they have things in common with… usually having to do with problems of various sizes.
Now even though iBuumerang has its own problems, granted on a lesser scale than NASA, they do provide a valuable service of helping people save money on their vacations and get paid to do so.
(Space trips unavailable)
It’s pretty simple actually…
When you’re an iBuumerang member, you can send people an invitation to a website that has travel deals going up into the 70% off range! This invitation is known as your “boomerang”.
And as you can imagine, you are given a commission when they book the travel reservation through your site.
Sounds good, right?
You might be thinking “All right… sign me up!”
Hold your horses there chief…
The reason why iBuumerang can offer these crazy high discounts is that they’re partnered up with Xstream… another travel provider that isn’t a stranger to the MLM world and how it works.
Xstream’s CEO is David Manning and he has been involved with several different travel based MLM’s. Paycation, Traverus Global, and The Vacation Network…just to list a few.
The BIG issue?
Companies like this have either fizzled or gone out of business altogether.
It’s almost like it’s the kiss of death or something…
However, they do have some good signs. They are known to work with Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Delta, and Funjet
They offer anything from hotel blocks to group cruises all over the world!
It’s seems like people want in on the opportunity as well…
On just it’s first day, thousands of people joined iBuumerang…
And within 6 months had made over $20 million just from sales!
So it’s safe to say that people want to help others get to Cancun Mexico so they can get paid!
But is it too late to become a member of this business opportunity?
We’ll get to that a bit later…
But first, let’s get to know Holton Buggs just a bit more…
Holton Buggs is iBuumerang’s President and CEO. He is veteran in the MLM industry and is widely known for his with the Organo Gold coffee MLM.
We’re sorry to disappoint… but there’s not much company history.
Afterall, they just came to being in March of 2019…
But here’s a list of who’s on their corporate team:
But we’ve been around the block a few times now, and we know that you can learn a lot about the company just by looking at the CEO and their history…
Here’s the skinny:
Holton Buggs was born September 26th, 1972 In Tampa Florida.
He was raised by his mother in the projects and it’s pretty safe to say that he didn’t like that life style too much. From early on he developed a spirit of entrepreneurship so that one day he could change his, and his mothers lives for the better.
He got his start in making cash when he was 14 and then began selling candy to kids in his neighborhood.
It was at the moment Buggs knew…
He discovered leverage.
He learned that if he bought candy in bulk, he could recruit some of his buddies to sell for him. Allowing him to still make a profit without doing all the work himself.
Not bad kid!
He even offered to give out free hair cuts if they agreed to sell for him without getting paid.
Of the 12 friends he recruited, one of them was his wife, Earlene Buggs, oddly enough.
All this to say:
Holton Buggs MLM career was seeded from a very early age… however, it would take about a decade to see it bare fruit financially.
Just like any teenager, he worked hard at sports in high school and eventually landed a football scholarship at Texas Southern University. From there he had aspirations to make it in the NFL!
Until the unthinkable happened…
Buggs had received a leg injury that had crushed any dreams he ever had about making it into the NFL.
He didn’t let it get to him though, he was determined to become successful one way or another and continued to focus on his engineering degree.
Then the stars aligned:
He found himself being invited to a network marketing event which introduced this concept of a multi level marketing business model.
He found himself extremely inspired by the speakers at the event. He was hooked! But he’d have to wait for a little while longer before reaping the benefits of passive income.
It wasn’t long after graduating that he found out an engineering degree would never pay him enough to live the life he wanted for him and his family.
So he did what any sane person would do… he started his own business in the furniture industry in 1996.
Unfortunately, the economy went down fast and he had to close up shop.
Then perhaps, were the darkest days of his life.
He was 27 years old, had $250,000 of debt, 45 days til a house foreclosure, and to top it all off… his Lexus just got repossessed!
But then he got a life changing call from a friend that talked to him about this new MLM.
He had his reservations… but he also didn’t have many options.
Buggs went all in with network marketing and thanks to his well established work ethic, he went on to make 6-figures in just 90 days!
But just as he was growing… things got worse again.
The company he was working for was CyberWize… a nutritional MLM that pretty much lived off of internet marketing and recruiting new members.
He eventually made his way out and into another MLM company called YTB (Your Travel Biz)… sound familiar?
Edwin Haynes and Holton Buggs had successfully built up their team of distributors for “Your Travel Biz” in 2008.
(Fast forward 11 years later and you’ll see that Edwin is the Global Master Ambassador for iBuumerang.)
Holton Buggs had eventually made his way out of Your Travel Biz and it fizzled out altogether. He was sick of having to deal what seemed like lawsuits and investigations every other week pertaining to it being an illegal pyramid scheme.
For entrepreneurs though, you always find ways to rebound and that’s exactly what Holton Buggs did!
He was able to get back in the game by 2010 with a coffee based MLM called Organo Gold, and it was with this company where he really left his mark.
By 2013 he had worked his way up to earning 1.3 million dollars per month claiming he had over 3 million distributors under him! That made him a top earner across the whole entire MLM industry.
Wait a minute…
Why the hell are you still reading this?
But seriously though…Holton Buggs story just seems too much of the rags to rich’s story you hear from everyone else…
SO WHAT GIVES??
Well here’s the sketchy stuff you’ve been waiting for
In 2018 Organo Gold decided to partner up with Digital Skynet to improve their global operations platform, the thing is, these guys were a blockchain company.
In fact they were actually the parent company of a scammy cryptocurrency MLM call IQ Chain (IQ Legacy now).
Now pay attention here:
Holton Buggs was announced as the new Executive Advisor for IQ Chain… but he had no crypto market knowledge!
What did all this mean since he wasn’t a crypto genius?
It meant that he could provide “consulting services” which was just fancy for recruiting new members.
This wasn’t gonna end well.
Long story short:
IQ Legacy was accused of being a Ponzi Scheme and Holton Buggs made his way out of the company with noise at all. But the personal damage was unavoidable and complete… Organo Gold would also part ways with him.
You know what they say… it’s not easy to move on from losing 1.3 million a month! We bet he’s still having nightmares about cryptocurrency.
To be fair though, Organo Gold didn’t just drop him because of that, it was because of Buggs previously being charged with stealing trade secrets and distributors from another MLM company.
In 2019 the company was found guilty and they were ordered to pay $3 million in damages!
Talk about a heart sinker.
But you just couldn’t keep this man down!!!
He worked really hard and did a prelaunch for his “Countdown4freedom” travel MLM which would later become known as iBuumerang in March of 2019.
So what has all this research about him given us the conclusion of?
The dude is flat out resilient!
No matter what kind of setbacks he was dealt, he rolled with the punches.
That’s not us saying trust him with your life though…
Holton Buggs has many, many, different red flags that show themselves obvious all starting with his MLM involvements.
On top of that…what’s so different about iBuumerang compared to YTB (which failed terribly by the way).
Let’s dive a little deeper in to iBuumerang shall we?
Let’s be honest here:
All these travel type MLM’s have been around for years… so it’s really nothing new when you think about it.
All iBuumerang really is, is just a program that allows others to visit the iGo booking engine, which gives those heavy discounts on vacations.
Xstream travel, you know, the company we mentioned earlier? Yeah they’re the ones that actually run iGo…and it can only be reached by those who have the iBuumerang memberships
When you are an iBummerang distributor, you can help your friends interested in saving money on their travel plans by giving them your iGo login access (boomerangs)
The cool thing about iGo boomerang, is that when your friends / customers use it…they can use it just as they would Kayak, TripAdvisor, or Expedia!
And if you can believe it… iGo actually deals that save hundreds of dollars even beating out the most popular of travel sites!
The types of deals they offer range from anything to cheap flights, hotels, and rental cars, all the way to luxury houses, cruises, and theme parks!
And if that wasn’t enough…
They offer a low price guarantee refunding it by 110%! Unfortunately it doesn’t apply to flights…but hey a cheap hotel room ain’t that bad right?
However, the only way to get these great deals and savings is by getting a boomerang from a TSA…no not that that kinda of TSA, a Travel Savings Ambassador that is an independent iBuumerang distributor.
The best part is that if someone uses your boomerang to book a trip on that iGo website…you get a commission!
It’s a win-win they save money on the trip, you get a sliver to deliver.
But here’s where they get you:
You can only send out a limited number of boomerangs each month… and that all depends on you membership level.
AHA there it is!
The higher the membership you have and the more you pay… the more boomerangs you get.
So let’s say you have 5 a month… that means you can have 5 customers a month and so on.
And how do you get more boomerangs you ask?
There are 3 main ways people go about it.
Ok, come on…
You had to know that last one was coming sooner or later…
It is an MLM after all.
But there is a silver lining:
The recruiting aspect has been made a little bit easier now that iBuumerang has the iDecide Presentation.
So what is it?
It’s a little video that was made by iBuumerang corporate. If you ask us…it’s a little cult-like for our taste.
But hey, different strokes for different folks.
To be fair though…it is pretty efficient and it takes a lot of the awkward recruitment stuff away.
Let’s be real:
The one part that absolutely everyone hates about being a part of an MLM is having to go around, knock on doors, go to house parties, and be looked at like some kind of snake oil salesmen.
The thought of it just makes us cringe.
Think about it:
You could could forget the script, have a voice crack, or just absolutely lose it like Harry from Dumb and Dumber!
But thanks to this little presentation they came up with… all you have to do is send a little text or email with it attached.
A whole heck of a lot easier if you ask us!
Now some people may be skeptic and see through it for what it is (ourselves included)
But it’s clearly working wonders for them right now! iBuumerang is seeing crazy amounts of growth!
It cost’s $250-$1,000 as a one time fee…or it can be broken down into monthly payments ranging from $49.95-$99.95 per month.
Honestly, that’s relatively affordable…only 1-2 tanks of gas if you think about it…but is it worth it in the end?
The starter “stand by” kit comes with 5 boomerangs a month and the iDecide Tool. After that trial run, there are 3 different levels to membership and they are all named after travel related terms
These higher level memberships come with higher travel savings bonuses which lead to higher commissions.
But is it all really worth it?
We don’t really think so, but we’ll get to that later…
Currently Holton Buggs and iBuumerang operate in 180 different countries! Their marketplace is virtually limitless and anyone become ambassadors / distributors.
There are 6 main ways of making money with iBuumerang:
First : Referred Travel Boney – When you directly refer someone to Xstream Travel…you’ll get a 25% commission as your referral bonus.
Second: Travel Savings Bonus (TSB) – You get a 50-100% cash bonus depending on your membership level if they book a trip on your iGo travel portal from the boomerang you sent.
let’s break this one down a little bit more…
Let’s say the trip normally costs $2,000 at other travel sites, but iGo can offer it for $1,400. So in this case, it’s a savings of $600.
As a retail customer, your friend can get a 50% discount of the savings (e.g. 50% of $600 = $300) which brings their retail price up to $1,700.
So your friend is still saving $150 off the regular price of the trip, but as an iBuumerang distributor, you can get the same trip for iGo’s lowest price of $1,400.
Ultimately…that extra $300 they are paying…is going to you in iBuumerang commissions.
Well yes and no…
How much of that commission you get depends on your membership level, if you are “coach”, it’d only be $150.
You would have to be “Business class” or “First class” to get the full $300 in commissions.
Third: Fast Start Bonus – This is basically the MLM part of it. If you recruit somebody to join, you get a cash bonus. $20 if they join coach, $40 if business, $80 if first class.
Fourth: Dual Team Bonus – This is where you get a 10-20% recurring commission based on your smallest downline.
iBuumerang uses one of those complicated binary compensation plans. Basically, you’ll have one on team on the left and one on the right
The idea is to recruit people who will then recruit team members under them…and then you get paid based off all the teams efforts.
The commission volume you receive will be based on your team’s travel bookings and distribute fees.
The weekly residual commission you receive will be capped at whatever your iBuumerang rank is.
So what’s the main point here?
If you can make it to the top of the MLM pyramid…you’ll be capped at $1,000,000 a month.
But unlike them, we want to upfront and address this:
The main problem here is that this chart makes it look like easy stepping stones to being rich. The truth is it is extremely hard for people brand new to running businesses like this grow beyond a certain point. This kind of chart assumes that you’ll never run out of people to join…but you really will.
Fifth: Unveiled Commissions – This is a commission based off your amount of personally enrolled recruits at up to 7 levels below you.
It can range from 5-10% based on your rank and how many monthly subscriptions and travel savings that are coming from your boomerang customers.
The goal of this is to keep iBuumerang distributors motivated to keep recruiting members, but also not let them rely on just their downline to recruit.
Sixth: Leadership Development Bonus – This is the bonus that is provided to a distributor when they help one of their own recruits reach the level of sapphire or higher.
You would be earning 2-5% through up to 4 generations of sapphire in your organization!!
So what’s the bottom line?
iBuumerang and their compensation plan is set up in a way that rewards those who make the largest downlines.
No surprise since it’s an MLM, and from the looks of it, it’s working out great that way!
In just 6 months here’s what they were able to accomplish:
But as we know… looks can often be deceiving.
Let’s take that 12 million number and divide it by the 30 thousand distributors.
A quick look in the calculator and we’ll find that it’s only $400 per distributor…
Not exactly ballin’ huh?
It get’s worse.
Let’s take a look at that 120,000 active customer number…
If we assume they spend $200 in travel…then that would actually equal to be 24 million which is 4 more than reported.
So instead we can only be left to assume that iBuumerang was counting all the boomerangs it gave out as active customers…
Which means that most of the boomerangs aren’t being used by retail customers…but by distributors and travel ambassadors instead.
So, there it is…
Nothing to see here folks, just another MLM company making more money off its distributors than customers.
Yeah, that might not sound all that bad, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become an MLM IBO (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money.
The program that helped skyrocket our online business to $40,000+ per month teaches some of the MLM skills, but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.
People love it when they can get great vacation deals…
Not too mention how easy is it is to approach friends or family when the vacation package literally saves them large chunks of money.
On top of that, it’s easier to make more money with few sales and orders.
A nutritional MLM you might make $20 a sale…with iBuumerang it’s like $100’s.
Holton Buggs has been in the MLM industry for over 30 years and has been at the top of each company with his involvement.
He’s like the Jordan Belfort of the MLM world.
He does have a very attractive personality to most people, and frankly, that’s why iBuumerang has seen such massive growth in a short amount of time.
If you’re wanting to grow a large network of people…Holton Buggs is your man!
Nowhere To Go But Up
This MLM is basically brand spankin new!
That means there is a chance that you could break through, become established, and grow a huge downline that can handle things for you while you’re down in Cancun Mexico!
On top of that, there are many scam reports or lawsuits that potential prospects or customers can find on Google yet.
Emphasis on the yet…
Guaranteed Low Price
They will refund you up to 110% of the cost if you find a lower price somewhere else on the web.
That’s pretty nice, we’ve gotta admit. Definitely a bold move!
High Ticket Product
Since they’re high ticket… you can make a lot more money then selling a protein shake.
But even though everyone usually takes vactations, they still cost a lot of money and are more rare.
Which means its going to be difficult to get in front of audiences that buy every day.
Holton Buggs despite how resilient the man is… it’s hard to fully trust him given what has happened with his involvement elsewhere.
He has a shady history of MLM companies that has just crumbled, not to mention the lawsuits.
We know this looks like we’re just going back and forth with pros and cons…but come on…
Holton Buggs raises some serious red flags that everyone needs to be aware of!
On top of that, they already do have some negative reviews rolling in.
Still An MLM Company
At the end of the day, this company is no different than any other MLM company out there.
To actually make the most money, you have to sell the most vacation packages. Which means at some point or another you’re going to have to beg for people to help you earn more.
Because ultimately, Holton Buggs and the 1% of iBuumerang are the ones that make the lions share of the money.
Of the reviews on iBuumerang so far… they are not overwhelmingly positive.
In fact, most of the reviews are negaitve.
A quick look over to the BBB will show you that they are not accredited and have an “F” rating riddled with several different bad reviews.
To summarize what many of these customers are complaining about would be that most of them feel misled and lied to about how much money they were going to make.
Shocker… that’s what MLMs do best.
NO IBUUMERANG IS NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME!
At least not yet legally speaking.
Holton Buggs has been involved with these kind of things in the past so we would not be surprised if there is an investigation into the company some day as history suggests.
Many different people seem to believe it is a pyramid scheme, but because they actually sell the vacations…it cannot be classified as such since it doesn’t make all its money from people joining.
We would not recommend joining it however.
Does that answer your question?
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful online business.
Besides just iBuumerang, we are sure that you have many questions regarding the MLM business model in general. We have compiled a short list of questions and answers the we hope you find helpful!
Igor Alberts has made an estimated $135 Million with Network Marketing.
Yes, you can get rich in Network Marketing but it is extremely difficult to do so.
The biggest struggle you will find is recruiting people for your downline so that you can start making money off of residual and/or leverage.
At a certain point…there is only so much you can sell as one person.
Long story short: there are easier ways to get rich if that’s your main goal.
There are many different MLM companies that “pay” good. The issue though is that they have higher ticket products and higher join fees / subscriptions
You could join any MLM and get paid a lot, but it depends on your downline the most.
Upon further investigation into these payment plans, you’ll find that most MLM companies have the same pay structure varying if ever so slightly from each other.
Do you like constantly having to talk to your friends and family about your business opportunity?
Do you love calling up strangers on the phone and asking them to spend money with you without even knowing you?
Do you like the idea of climbing up a saturated pyramid to earn just decent money?
If you answered yes to all of these questions, then yes! MLM is just the path for you!
The biggest issue with MLM companies is that they preach that you can get rich quick or that it’s really easy to get people in your downline.
That just isn’t the case.
Worse yet, a lot of them are basically just legal pyramid schemes because if you crunch the numbers…you’ll find that most of the profits earned by the company are from distributors buying their products…not a retail customer.
Finally when you do the math…you’ll find that most people inside an MLM are making maybe a couple hundred bucks a month…definitely not worth it and no where near the passive income they promise!
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Multi Level Marketing falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this! Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How do you get paid and how much?
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
But as it is with IBuumerang… You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the IBuumerang group in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike MLMs, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike IBuumerang, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
