Who is Graham Stephan?

Graham hails from Los Angeles, California who runs a successful YouTube channel which helps his followers pursue their dream of financial independence through investing in real estate and other related topics.

He is the creator of The Real Estate Agent Academy and The YouTube Creator Academy. As an agent, Graham shares his experiences as well as the strategies that catapulted him to success.

He got introduced to real estate at a very young age and became a real estate agent eventually. Just a few months after his 18th birthday, he got his real estate license. From that point on, he had hosted countless open house events and successfully closed deals.

When he isn’t working as an agent, you’d find him on various car meets, being a car fanatic himself.

Graham decided to go full time as a real estate agent in 2008. From that point on, he has sold residential real estate worth more than $125,000,000.

He has big celebrity clients under his belt, including Orlando Bloom, Suki Waterhouse, Chloe Moretz, Wale, Casper Inc., and LaVar Arrington.

He is the proud owner of five rental estates located in San Bernardino County and Los Angeles. Currently, he is living in his Los Angeles duplex.

Stephan runs two successful and fully monetized YouTube channels. The “Graham Stephan” channel currently has 1.16 million subscribers, while his other channel called “The Graham Stephan Show” boasts of 214k subscribers as of November 2019.

At the tender age of 13, Graham had his first sales exposure at a marine aquarium wholesaler. His job was to take photos of the inventory, retouch them in photoshop, and then put them up on the company’s website.

He was paid $35 per hour and earned roughly over $100 a day – that was a lot for a 13 year old.

Before he decided he wanted a career as a real estate agent, he briefly played as the drummer in a rock band.

His career in real estate had a unique and somehow funny start. Graham took notice of the photos on the lease listings and thought that they weren’t good so he edited them in photoshop.

He seized this opportunity and offered to work for agents to edit photos in the listings and put them up on Craigslist and got paid via commission from the sales.

This continued for a few years and though this was an unusual start (and humbling too), his real estate career took off the next nine years. It was stellar!

And so a few years before turning 30, Graham was able to sell real estate worth more than $120 million. His success as a real estate agent didn’t happen overnight. It took him more than a decade to master the trade.

The key, according to Graham, was starting young and knowing early on what he wanted.

Graham Stephan’s Success Story

In late 2016, Graham decided to launch his YouTube Channel. It all started out of his passion to share his knowledge in the world of finance. He just loved talking about it.

As he was going through this, he discovered that his YouTube channel can be monetized and actually earn him a lot of cash. Again, upon realizing this, he seized the opportunity and started to work on it.

He would spend countless hours every week to make quality video content. He did start earning but it was not what he expected. In 2017, he generated only a small amount, $26,000.

But Graham continued making videos simply because he liked what he was doing. He says,

“The worst thing you can do if you want to make money on YouTube is to enter it with the idea that you want to make money. The money is a byproduct of doing something I really enjoy doing.”

He kept doing this until his channel started to pick up. He was making about $200 per day just a year after posting his first YouTube video.

2018 was the year Graham tasted true success on YouTube when he posted a video about the J.P. Morgan Reserve Credit Card, receiving over 1.2 million views.

It was unprecedented success, helping him generate over $7,000. In an interview, Graham said this:

“It’s sometimes so random which videos YouTube decides to push, because – wow – I did not expect that video to get so many views.”

When you add to this to his other sources of income such as program sales, ad revenue, Amazon affiliates, speaking engagements, and sponsorships, Graham’s total revenue reportedly amounted to a staggering $253, 318.02.

Even without a college degree – equipped only with a high school diploma – Graham managed to find the light at the end of the tunnel. That’s pretty amazing, if you ask me.

Graham’s core niches are:

  • Building Credit
  • Credit Cards
  • Finance App Reviews
  • Investing
  • Real Estate Deals
  • Tesla/Luxury Cars

What Is The YouTube Creator Academy Course?

The YouTube Creator Academy course which costs $397 is one of the courses that Graham designed. This program will tell you in great detail how Graham gained 370,000 subscribers in such a short span of time.

Unlike others, Graham disclosed every strategy he used to build his career on YouTube. The course is 8 hours long of detailed discussion and step by step coaching by Graham.

According to Graham, you don’t have to be computer savvy or social media savvy to qualify for this training platform. It’s pretty much for everyone whether you’re a heavy user of YouTube or not.

Well, Graham wasn’t when he started. If he could make it, he believes you can too!

But I have to tell you though that this program is not all about uploading as many videos as you can. Graham talks about equally important aspects of putting up your YouTube channel such as editing.

He also emphasizes here the need to be consistent with the quality, style, tone, and frequency of uploading. In other words, your brand should be seen and felt on your channel.

What’s The Real Estate Agent Academy?

One of the two courses Graham designed is The Real Estate Agent Academy valued at $497. In this program, Graham will teach you how to become a 6-figure income earning real estate agent and get seller leads – even without any connections or experience.

He will talk about areas that are not commonly discussed such as tax planning. He will also go in-depth on getting leads which is one of the very crucial aspects in any business.

Now that’s a bold claim. But for someone who has an impressive track record as a real estate agent, Graham sure is somebody you can trust in this area.

The Real Estate Agent Academy program is divided into 8 parts:

Part 1: Why Real Estate Agent & Why Would You Want To Become One?

Part 2: Getting Your License

Part 3: How to Join a Real Estate Brokerage

Part 4: How to Start Your Career

Part 5: Getting Leads & Business

Part 6: Working with Sellers

Part 7: Working with Buyers

Part 8: Working with Lease Clients

Part 9: Tax Planning and Final Thoughts

It’s a resounding yes!

Graham is legit and totally reliable and trustworthy.

I, myself, have watched his videos and his experience as a real estate agent has impacted the way I invest in real estate.

He is the real estate agent that you can count on, the go-to guy when it comes to building a career around real estate, the name that’s not only popular in the industry but most of all credible.

Graham is an authority in the realm of real estate investment – the name who you can really trust and rely on. He is the mentor you should be chasing after.

You can be sure that you will get a premium value for what you pay for. The long-term benefits exceed the investment you pay upfront. It’s going to absolutely worth your while.

But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

And even if you’re dead set on becoming a real estate investor, you’ve got way better options than Graham Stephan’s course.

Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think real estate investing is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.

Is There an Easier and Better Alternative to Make Passive Income?

Yes, there is definitely an easier and better alternative to create passive income, especially if you are new to online business – it’s lead generation.

Lead Generation is by far the easiest business model I’ve tried that has been rewarding. And if you are someone who isn’t willing to shell out that much cash, lead generation is the perfect fit for you.

Graham Stephan Course Review: Is It a Scam?

Graham Stephan built his career as a real estate agent from scratch. From his humble beginnings all the way to his successful real estate business and YouTube channel, Graham has proven himself as an authority in these fields.

So the answer to this question is an obvious “no.”

Question is can a YouTube career generate for you a steady and lucrative income source? I wouldn’t say it isn’t entirely possible. But according to Graham, to even get the slightest results, it would require from you a lot of hard work coupled with consistency.

It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful real estate marketing business however.

My #1 pick proves this. And unlike Graham Stephan Real Estate Course, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.

Scam Risk's #1 Recommended Way To Make Money Online In 2021

Are you looking for an online business that you can run where you won’t run into competition left and right?

What about something that can lead to passive income down the road…

Does that interest you at all?

Our Scam Risk team has done some digging into an online business model that has just recently popped up.

With the looming housing crisis that will make 2008 look like a toddler, many real estate investors and online entrepreneurs having begun building digital assets!

Digital Real Estate

Or local lead generation as some people call it, is the process of building out websites and generating leads for small service based businesses.

It’s actually pretty similar to real estate!

Before you start calling it scam…keep this in mind, we are Scam Risk…

We report scams. We don’t promote them. See a Graham Stephan Real Estate Course link anywhere?

Now that that’s out of the way let’s dive deeper into that comparison.

With real estate, you have rank for national keywords, which is really hard to do because of how much competition there is.

You are having to compete with like 1 million other people to sell the same product…it’s crazy hard!

But now let’s flip the script…

How many people do you think are competing to cut down trees in Bossier City Louisiana?

Exactly…not much.

So now that we’ve established that competition for local lead generation is much less than for real estate…let’s talk about the money. It’s always about the money right?

The Money?

The average tree service job is worth anywhere from $500-$2,000 and most contractors are generous with their referral fees, being known to pay out roughly 10-20% of the final ticket.

So now it’s time for some math…

Let’s say you build and rank one of these sites in a local area with very little competition and after 3 months, your site is at the top of page one locally.

And let’s say that worst cases scenario you only end of with just 10 calls.

On top of that, let’s say covid hit the tree service guy and his family extra hard this year and he can only pay you 10%.

Going off the lowest numbers possible here…that means that just one of these sites could bring you in $500 a month. Now let’s say you build 10 of these things…you’re looking at 5k a month!

Sound too good too be true…?

It isn’t.

Where To Learn

We know that you’re not going to be able to just go off on your own and start killing the digital real estate game from the little we talked about it…

And you might be thinking to yourself…”Dang I don’t even know where to begin…”.

So our team at Scam Risk has taken the time to go out and find a program that we could recommend and give our Scam Risk seal of approval too.

We don’t take it lightly either.

After months of searching far and wide, we finally found one!

This course offers hands on training step by step going through exactly what you need to do to build and rank your new lead generation.

On top of that, they have live chat calls on zoom where you can all get together, hangout, and ask questions if you have any.

Even further, unlike most real estate courses you’ll see that we review, this program has a heavily monitored private Facebook group which means absolutely no spam!

This group is active 24/7 as well!

If this type of online business model sounds better to you than real estate…go ahead and watch those videos above!

Final Thoughts

I totally agree that a career as a real estate agent can be profitable. And when you take after mentors like Graham Stephan, you are surely on your way to climbing the ladder of success.

A passive income stream is what everyone hopes and dreams to achieve. Problem with working “physically” as an agent is that it actually limits your potential to earn more.

What you need is to maximize your ability to generate money even while you are sleeping!

It’s called “virtual real estate.”

You can very well achieve this using the internet. There is an untapped source of passive income in the world of digital marketing. Easily, you can create lead generation websites, optimize them to rank in search engines so that generating leads would be on auto-pilot. And voila, you can start renting out those properties!

What’s more, it wouldn’t cost you much to do all these. Your initial “small” investment will go long way. The ROI is going to be pretty awesome, I promise you.
