With its high price tag, it’s only smart to conduct your own research, as you did. Fortunately, this review will provide you with a better knowledge of what you are about to embark on.
What Is Course From Scratch?
This is an 8-week program that will teach you how to design and launch your own course.
The course is available on the Teachables website, which she also recommends you utilize to begin your study. The sales page stated that you could create your course for free. However, this is only for the first three months & later costs $97 each month. You will, however, save $197. Teachables offers a free one-month trial to anyone.
The course is broken down into step-by-step instructions for creating and launching your own course in 60 days.
You also gain access to a private community where you may interact with other course developers.
Then there’s a 7-day email list development training that’s reportedly worth $497.
Then there are group coaching calls, which are essentially large webinars where you can ask questions and get assistance with launching your course.
Who Is Danielle Leslie?
In the webinar, we are given a little introduction to who she is. If you come into her Instagram Ad by chance, you may have no idea who she is.
Prior to 2017, it appears she was somewhat unknown, but she then established her course, Course From Scratch, which earned $85,000 in its first calendar year. Then in 2018, she made $1.2 million.
I’d be surprised if this was from free social media traffic, so I wonder if her income was anywhere near that much, but it’s a solid sales pitch.
Early traces I could discover indicated that she began selling on Udemy and launching a few courses there. If you want to generate substantial money from your course, Udemy is a no-go because they frequently have $10 specials, which means you’ll get less than $5 for it. They decide when they have sales, and you have no voice in the matter.
She formerly worked as a marketer for Silicon Valley firms and is now a speaker and content specialist assisting businesses in making money from their content.
The actual money comes from her course, which teaches individuals how to establish their own courses.

In my opinion, the videos are confusing & hyped; it’s not very straightforward; and I’m now battling to provide enough information for a review of each lesson. To add to the confusion, videos are titled using acronyms.
The content is lengthy, but there are some areas that might be expanded, such as traffic creation, where there is currently no content. Now that you’ve received a course, what should you do? If you already have a business, you’re in a great place, but how do you generate money from your course as a newbie?

I’m surprised by how complicated the course layout is for someone who claims to teach people how to create a course. There are videos scattered around the site, modules that could be integrated, and others that might be included in the introduction.
To me, it’s evident that stuff has just been added and added without being transferred to the proper location.
Following the course, all live coaching calls from June 2017 through February 9th, 2019 are available. That means it looks no live coaching has occurred since February 2019.
To be fair, there were well over 25 coaching calls in those two years, ranging in length from 30 minutes to 120 minutes. There’s a lot of value in there somewhere; you just have to sift through it to find it.
How Much Does Danielle Leslie’s Course From Scratch Cost?
You must spend $2,000 to enroll in this course. If you want to obtain bonuses after completing this course, you must pay more.
This course will likewise demand 60 days of your time to finish.
The value you’re getting for a high charge of two grand is a huge question mark. You can see by the name that this course is aimed at novices. How many newcomers can afford to spend this much money to gain this information? Are there any other reliable but less expensive resources for learning about course building and selling?

But…
There’s a lot that comes along with coaching that many people struggle with.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
It’s not impossible to make money with coaching, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Is Course From Scratch A Scam?
I’ve written hundreds of reviews of various programs, money-making schemes, courses, apps, and so on. I am aware that all scams share several obvious signals.
There are several reasons why I cannot label this training a scam. This course’s designer is well-known, and scams typically do not name their inventors. There are also some testimonies from real people that we have no reason to doubt. Furthermore, Danielle Leslie’s brand has been around for a long time.
They also provide a 30-day money-back guarantee, and I have yet to find anyone who has complained about not receiving their money back.
However, I disagree with their aggressive pricing and course material, which is of little value. That’s just how I personally feel about it.
So, in my honest and objective opinion, this course is not a rip-off. By enrolling in this program, you’ll receive some value, but not the kind of value they promote, and you will not be able to start making money right away.
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful coaching business… But there are better ways to build a business other than with coaching.
Because unlike Course From Scratch, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.
Is Course From Scratch Legitimate?
Yes. It is a legit course that teaches how to build online courses from scratch.
But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming a coach, you’ve got way better options than Course From Scratch.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think coaching is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
