YieldStreet Review: What Is YieldStreet?

YieldStreet is an alternative investment platform that helps investors to diversify beyond equities, bonds, and mutual funds. You may invest your money in art, real estate, and even litigation through this crowdfunded debt platform.

The Appeal Of Yieldstreet Investments

The appeal of YieldStreet is that it enables average investors to explore investment opportunities that are often reserved for professionals. You may also use this investment strategy to diversify your portfolio by investing in non-traditional asset classes such as real estate or cryptocurrencies, but of course, most investments involve some degree of risk, similar to the stock market.

YieldStreet Reviews: Who Are Behind YieldStreet?

YieldStreet was founded by Milind Mehere (the platform’s current CEO) and Michael Weisz (currently President).

Weisz and his team focused on asset-based loan deals ranging from $5 million to $25 million, with a focus on the litigation finance markets. He has handled over $600 million in transactions across various asset classes, including real estate, marine finance, and commercial and consumer loans, throughout his career.

Accredited Investors Review: Is YieldStreet Going Public?

According to company CEO Mehere, the firm will soon pursue strategic acquisitions with the goal of going public within the next 12 to 24 months. The company’s platform has around 300,000 members, with investment requests increasing by 250% year over year (year to date).

What Does It Mean To Be An Accredited Investor?

Only accredited investors are permitted to participate in certain securities offerings under federal securities regulations. One reason these offers are restricted to accredited investors is to guarantee that all participating investors are financially competent and capable of fending for themselves or sustaining the risk of loss, making the registered offering’s protection superfluous.

Unlike SEC-registered offers, which must disclose specific information, businesses, and private funds, such as a hedge fund or venture capital fund, participating in these exempt offerings are not obliged to provide specified disclosures to accredited investors.

Other Types Of Accredited Investors:

The ones listed below may be of relevance to you:

  • any trust with more than $5 million in total assets that were not established expressly to buy the relevant securities and whose acquisition is guided by a knowledgeable person, OR
  • a particular entity with total interests in excess of $5 million that was not established expressly to buy the relevant securities, OR
  • any company in which all of the stockholders are accredited, investors.

Is Yieldstreet A Broker-Dealer?

Yieldstreet is not a licensed broker-dealer.

The commercial real estate platform company makes no representations or warranties to any potential investor about the legality of an investment in any Yieldstreet Securities.

Banking services are rendered by Evolve Bank & Trust, a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

YieldStreet Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provides investment advice.

Is Yieldstreet Credible?

Since 2015, Yieldstreet has amassed credentials. It has appeared in prestigious financial publications such as Forbes, Tech Crunch, and even The Wall Street Journal.

In addition, Inc. dubbed it the fastest-growing private business in the United States. YieldStreet received the “Best Alternative Investment Platform” category at the 2018 Benzinga Global FinTech Awards. And why shouldn’t they?

The P2P crowdfunding platform has made about 396,000 payments and returned approximately $398 million to investors as investment returns.

It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful crowdfund investing business… But there are better ways for accredited investors to build a business other than with crowdfund investing.

Our #1 pick proves this. Because, unlike what I’ve seen from Yieldstreet, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.

Can You Lose Money With Yieldstreet?

You can make money with Yieldstreet!

There’s a lot that comes along with crowdfunding investing that many people struggle with.

Now, don’t get the wrong idea…

It’s not impossible to make money with crowdfund investing, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.

The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.

Yieldstreet Review: What Is Their BBB Rating?

Yieldstreet is not BBB accredited. Nevertheless, they were given an F rating by the Better Business Bureau.

The reasons that were given by the Better Business Bureau for the F rating:

  • Failure to respond to ten (10) complaints filed against the company.
  • Three (3) unresolved complaints were filed against the company.

Alternative Investment Review: Which is better, Stock Market or Yieldstreet?

Alternative assets may help minimize your reliance on investing in stocks while possibly increasing your profits. Alternative investments are usually unaffected by market fluctuations and volatility. For example, a business transporting coal and iron ore borrow money from YieldStreet to charter a ship. Even if the Dow Jones drops a few hundred points in a week, the borrower will still sail, unload, and pay YieldStreet. Similarly, even if the market rises due to a new trade agreement, the borrower in a Commercial Real Estate offering with three short-term bridge loans will continue to pay YieldStreet interest payments.

It’s hard to say how much investment in stocks is appropriate for everyone. You may want to increase your exposure to alternative assets now that you have them accessible.

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2021?

Where these Yieldstreet investments fall short in my opinion, is scalability.

Because in order to make a good amount of money with real estate, you have to own several different houses.

And who has that kind of capital to start?

But what if you went local?

With Local Lead Generation, you will be getting service requests from multiple sites at every minute of the day from people who are willing to pay a lot of money for what you can provide them.

I was watching a YouTube video once where the host made a comment that it isn’t about making a lot of money from one website… it’s about making a little bit of money from lots of different websites.

So, think of it this way….

What if you could have streams of investment income where you operated 10 rental units that you could charge anywhere from $750-1,000 per month?

That’s $7,500-10,000 per month in passive income!

What If You Invested Into 100 Rental Units?

But instead of spending $Millions to build houses or apartment complexes… you spend a couple hundred dollars to build websites.

You then get those websites ranked in the search engines for specific home-based services that customers are searching for.

Next, you offer your lead generation system to local business owners who are looking for customers and are willing to pay you for their information.

And Then…

You’ve just created a Digital Real Estate Investment Empire that is potentially earning you 4-5 figures in PASSIVE INCOME on a monthly basis without spending a single dime on ads.

With conventional digital real estate, you have to compete with thousands, if not millions of others who are selling the SAME product to the SAME customers.

Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the alternative investments group in our opinion. This group is much more active.

Unlike YieldStreet, where you’re profiting maybe $250 per property, you could be getting 5-10X THAT.

With Local Lead Generation, the competition is virtually nothing and your profit margins are 85-90%.

Now, I could go on and on, but I’m sure you have tons of questions about how to create Digital Real

Estate assets and start building YOUR digital empire!
