If you’ve been online at all lately, especially Facebook, you’ve probably noticed Taylor Welch promoting his new “Fractional Content System” through the Traffic & Funnels FB page.
He created this plug n play system to specifically help online coaches, digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and consultants who offer a variety of services to land more clients through social media.
Throughout this review I’ll be taking an in depth look a what fractional content is and if Taylor Welch’s latest creation is worth your time.
Now before I say anything else…let’s get one thing straight:
This Fractional Content review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.
Pros: What I Like
Taylor Welch is a well known trusted name in the industry
Traffic and Funnels is an 8 Figure Company
Fractional Content is less annoying than ads
Cons: What I Didn't Like
Low ticket products often don't have value
There are upsells
You still have to prospect
Table of Contents
Fractional Content is an ad agency course. The basic premise is that you’ll learn how to build your own ad agency, land clients, and get them results.
Running an agency (even though they’re a bit of a commodity nowadays) isn’t a bad way to get your feet wet in the world of online business.
That said, there are a lot of moving parts with this business model:
- Prospecting – you need to know how to find potential clients
- Sales – you need to know how to convince those clients to give you money
- Media Buying – you need to know how to run ads profitably
- Copywriting – you need to know how to tailor your ad messaging for the right customers
- Design – you need to know how to design ads/landing pages to maximize conversions
- Email Marketing – you need to know how to follow up with prospects and customers
- Automation – you need to know how to connect everything properly
Now, most course-sellers will try to make this easier on you by telling you they’ve managed to “automate everything”, offering “plug-and-play” campaigns, and “pre-built templates”.
Here’s the thing though:
Markets are always changing. They get more savvy as time goes on.
If you buy a program with thousands of other students, where everything is built out for you, there’s an almost 100% chance those templates don’t work.
Because if thousands of other students are using those exact same “plug and play” campaigns, tens of millions of people have already seen them, reducing their effectiveness.
Not to mention, with most agency programs, the templates are actually built by some virtual assistant in the Philippines or India, and have never actually been tested in real life.
And if they have, there’s a good chance they’re extremely outdated, since most programs don’t bother updating their templates after launching. The course creator gets too busy just trying to sell to more and more students, instead of focusing on quality education.
Now, here’s the most sinister part of this whole thing:
Most course creators market their agency courses as something you can do anywhere in the world. You might hear them say things like “The world is my office” or “This is a simple passive income business”.
That’s just plain false. Running an effective agency is in no way passive. Look at the list above, and remember that you can’t rely on pre-built templates. You’re responsible for every part of the process.
Does that really sound like a business you can do from a laptop on the beach?
See how this could be a problem?
Now, what if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?
An income stream that doesn’t require:
- Mastering 100 different roles
- Needing to be a technology wizard
- Working round the clock just to keep things from blowing up
An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?
An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day chasing, selling, or managing anything?
If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, check out Digital Real Estate.

Fractional Content Marketing Introduction
Taylor Welch says that with this strategy, you’ll never have to rely on cold pitching or spending money on ads…although you probably found out about Fractional Content through his ads…
Move along, nothing to see here folks!
All jokes aside, the Traffic and Funnels guru says that Fractional Content, the way he teaches it, will give coaches, agency owners, freelancers, and consultants a new way to target their ideal, high ticket clients.
If you’re operating any one of those businesses I listed, Taylor makes the bold claim that this is the best way to “reach out” to clients who are looking to pay for the services you offer.
Taylor Welch believes that the main reason why consultants specifically don’t get any real results from their advertising (especially on social media) is because their TOO informational. He says that although information is great…it doesn’t get you clients because you’re not flipping any psychological switches of your prospects.
Taylor says that no matter how much you inform your prospect, no matter how much you educate them, it will not convince them to take action, it won’t make them trust you, and it won’t even make them think you’re the right guy or gal to solve their problems.
Welch says it’s because that method of advertising doesn’t properly trigger the right emotions that make them want to invest in you.
This then begs the question that I know you’re DYING to know:
How is Fractional Content Different?
To get the real answer, we have to take a deeper look into how Fractional Content works.
How Fractional Content Works
According to Taylor Welch, Fractional Content is specifically more effective because of its ability to trigger the 3 parts of the brain responsible for high stakes decisions.
What types of high stake decisions?
Oh you know…whether or not the client you’re after will spend thousands of dollars on what you’re offering them.
The Traffic and Funnels guru explains by using this diagram of the brain:
From the research he’s conducted, Taylor found that fractional content targets the right side of the brain. This compromises the amygdala, hippocampus, and prefrontal cortex…which all just so happen to be involved in the high stakes decision making.
Why Does He Say We Should Target These 3 Parts?
Simple. Taylor says that when you target those parts of the right side of the brain, you’re targeting the parts directly related to trust, belief, and emotional decision making.
He says that with an informational post, it activates the left side of the brain and when that happens you lose your chances of closing the sale drastically because it’s not activating those high stakes decision making parts.
If anything, it bores them…
What does Taylor Welch say specifically?
“information alone is not enough!
Let me repeat that because it’s so crucial to your success…
Information alone will never get you the clients that you want.
It won’t flip the right psychological switches in the mind of your prospect…
It doesn’t convince them to take action.
It doesn’t instill trust. It doesn’t leave them feeling that you’re the right person to help them. And it doesn’t trigger the right emotions that have them eager to invest in working with you.”
Taylor says that as soon as you activate the right side of the brain from his fractional content system, you will immediately set yourself apart from any of your competitors using content on social media.
I can’t lie either, whether it’s the truth or not, he gives us a pretty good understanding of the nitty gritty details and how he discovered this type of content.
He was doing things the old fashioned way and noticed the old ways becoming ineffective…so with nothing to lose Taylor explains:
“Instead of what I’d done before – the same kind of stuff everyone else does with their social media posts… I hammered out a crazy post that went against everything I’d been told. I didn’t talk about my expertise. I didn’t talk about client results. I didn’t even talk about what I offered.
Instead, my post actually helped somebody transform the way they thought about money and risk… and how that relates to their success in business. I posted it. Slammed my Macbook shut. And basically forgot all about it. Until…
What. The. #@$%?
The next morning I couldn’t believe my eyes. That off-the-cuff post I hadn’t given a second thought to… it somehow worked. And now I had 3 new people in my DMs interested in potentially working with me.”
By changing his perspective, he was able to grow his business even further which resulted in a massive monetary growth.
What do his results mean for us?
Well, it shows us that instead of just seeing you as yet another form of information that they see from everyone else, your high ticket client will view you as the source of their future transformation.
That’s what they really want and need. You’ll be the one responsible for giving them the new perspective and altering their view point on why your services are needed.
Furthermore, on a psychological level, they’ll see you as the authority figure. You’ll become the only guy or gal in their minds that can actually help them with what they want done.
If those bold claims aren’t enough, Taylor Welch says that being a fractional content marketer will only take 30 minutes a day and it will bring in even more clients.
Should You Stop Using Social Media?
According to the traffic and funnels guru, he says that while social media might be popular…it’s not all that effective as fractional content when it comes to generating high ticket clients for your business.
Taylor also mentions that social media marketing has become to time consuming and that time is better spent when you’re serving and fulfilling tasks for your client.
Still…I’ve got to wonder why everyone is still seeing ads for this. I mean if the ads weren’t working he wouldn’t be spending all that money on them right?
Just something I’m wondering about still.
Don’t get me wrong…he’s not saying to do away with social media marketing altogether. He’s just saying that if you’re making more than $10k per month it’s probably not worth your time anymore.
Who is Taylor Welch?
Taylor Welch is the co-founder of Traffic & Funnels . His partner is Chris Evans. No not the actor lol, just another digital marketing guru.
Although we do not know the exact number, Traffic Funnels is known to be an 8 Figure digital education company. At one point or another, they are responsible for helping a vast amount of the coaches, consultants, and agency owners you see today.
However, before creating Traffic & Funnels, Taylor got his start in copywriting. He quit his 9-5 to take a chance at making a killing on the internet.
You’ll probably notice that Taylor Welch has been trying to grow other clients businesses to 6-7 figures with Traffic and Funnels. They’ve grown in similar ways to that of John Crestani, the super affiliate.
What is News Feed Authority?
You didn’t think Taylor Welch would just give you his Fractional Content System by itself did you? In fact if you want to have access to the fractional content training, the only way you can do so is if your purchase the News Feed Authority.
You’ll receive a 3 part system trained by Taylor himself that includes every tip and trick he’s learned to generate piping hot leads that turn into high ticket clients for your business.
It’s broken down into a few different modules, here’s what you’ll get:
Module 1: The Foundations For Fractional Content That Brings In New Clients – Fast!
This is the introductory module that shows you what you need to do before posting your first fractional content post. It’s very much a basic intro that just lays the groundwork for all your future opportunity.
Taylor Welch provides you with his secret “success indicators“. If you pay attention to these, you’ll know whether or not you’re on the right track.
He’ll show you how to create your personal profile and what those three steps look like.
Next he’ll give you a process he guarantees will help you make even better fractional content posts over time.
Taylor will also show you the types of mistakes your should avoid, what the big picture is, and the different modalities of Fractional Content.
Module 2: Identify and Get In Front Of Your Dream Clients
This entire module is about a 2-phase formula you can implement to identify your high ticket clients.
Once you figure that out, you’ll be taught how to create and push fractional content in front of them in a way that they’ll be open to.
Here’s all that you’ll find in this module.
- How to discover and nurture pre-existing pools prospects.
- Learn about a specific website, not linkedin, that shows you exactly where your clients are.
- He gives you an Avatar Builder worksheet so that your communication stays consistent.
- You learn about the 4 target mistakes that might hinder your client acquisition efforts from launch. You’ll learn about one person in the industry who’s leading people astray.
- 3 part strategy for getting clients without having to DM them.
- How to pick great clients from a Facebook group and knowing which ones won’t be the best.
- What your first impression needs to be.
- How to rapidly settle into your new group and speak directly to your target audience.
- Post techniques that ensure your target audience is the one you’re grabbing interest from. You’ll also learn the key factors for fractional content posts in “sales averse” groups.
- The technique you’ll use to find rare groups just filled with people who need your help.
In my opinion, this module gives you the foundations on reaching your ideal client at scale. Taylor Welch says that if you implement his techniques, you’ll get your message in front of possibly thousands of people.
This might be a bit of a stretch, but Taylor Welch says it’s pretty much like having paid traffic with the only difference being you don’t have to spend a penny on it.
Module#3: The 3-Part Fractional Content System To Pack Your Calendar With Dream Clients In The Next 21 Days
Taylor Welch says that there are 3 specific types of content marketing that go into his fractional content system. By themselves they are already great, together, they’re even better.

- No needing to worry about cold pitching strangers on youtube ads.
- You don’t have to be good at writing content either according to Taylor Welch himself.
Cons of Fractional Content
- His results from using Fractional Content cannot be expected to be your results.
- There are no guarantees.
Is Fractional Content A Scam?
So, is Fractional Content a scam? Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Taylor Welch makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – running an agency is extremely active income (NOT passive).
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re getting into this game to live life on your terms, travel the world, and generate passive or semi-passive income from anywhere, then this isn’t for you.
What if, instead, you could put in a couple hours a day (in your spare time) to build a single digital asset, and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?
And what if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?
And what if you could double it next week?
Well, that’s the power of Digital Real Estate.
And, unlike a traditional ad agency, you can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.
Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.
Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:
- A camper in the middle of the woods
- A beach chair on the water in Mexico
- A small villa in Greece
They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.
Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.
So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.
And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

Are there alternatives to Fractional Content and Taylor Welch
Yes, there are plenty of other business models to choose from if you want to pursue this making money online. Here are just a few:
Is Fractional Content The Same As Fractional Marketing?
You’ve probably been wondering if there’s any difference between “Fractional Content“, “Fractional Marketing“, and “Fractional Content Marketing“…
Yes, there is!
Taylor Welch says that “Fractional Content” is the content you make to create an emotional response and get them to be future clients in the transformation you’re trying to get across. If anything remember this…don’t be informational or logical.
What is Fractional Marketing?
Fractional Marketing is when you outsource some of the marketing team to a part time fractional chief marketing officer. Essentially you’ll still have your in house marketing department, but the marketing tasks will be fulfilled by someone service providers enroll for the marketing campaign.
With Fractional Marketing, you can outsource the leadership for your marketing team. They can help run your marketing campaigns and design the best marketing strategy for you. Fractional marketing like this means you can hire marketing professionals with years of experience for a fraction (pun intended) of the cost.
Who is a Fractional Content Marketer?
A fractional content marketer is a part time position that often entails creating the content strategy that ensures quality content over the length of the project.
If a business needs fractional marketing, they can onboard a fractional content expert for all their content marketing needs. Just keep in mind, content marketers only deal content marketing…not the whole entire marketing plan.
Content marketing is becoming more important because business owners are now able to track the ROI across their marketing team.
What Is Our #1 Recommendation To Make Money Online In 2022?
The ScamRisk team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.
While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:
Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.
1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.
And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.
Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.
This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.
2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With an ad agency, you don’t really own anything. You’re a hired gun for clients, and entirely at their mercy.
Sure, you own your agency, but if your business grinds to a halt once you stop working, all you really have is a self-created job.
With Digital Real Estate (a passive income stream), you own all the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.
3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.
Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.
4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).
Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.
Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.
If you wanted to double your income with an ad agency, you’d have to double your clients OR double the monthly payment of your existing customers. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.
5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:
Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.
You make money by helping them make money.
Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent. Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.
Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Fractional Content which could one day make you money.
You could continue researching, never making a decision.
OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Real Estate.
A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.
All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.
