“I’ve seen these commercials numerous times and attempted to give your sales pitch the benefit of the doubt because, yes, I believe in making fitness more accessible to individuals who are intimidated by the intimidating idea of hours of weekly exercise,”

Benny writes in a letter to Mindvalley. “I’ve watched all 90 minutes of the 10x “Masterclass,” read your website, and done my background study on the two “experts” teaching the 10x Fitness Mindvalley course but I can’t find a single reference to the series of scientific discoveries stacked together.”
