What Is Ztegrity?

The currency trading plan ran from about October 2019 through June 2021. The operators promoted the fake forex pool trading schemes via websites and social media platforms. The FX trading pool was dubbed "The Black Club" and "The Forex Savings Club."

The operators of the schemes promoted them as a low- or no-risk alternative to traditional savings accounts that offered high yields. They even promised that deposits would be refunded, and they stated that they would make "substantial" profits "with a hundred percent certainty."

In addition, Ztegrity operated the commodities trading pool without holding any kind of regulatory registration, which is against the regulations of both the CEA and the CFTC. The corporation and its owner are now permanently prohibited from violating the restrictions as a result of the court order, and they are also unable to register for a company or engage in trade.

Ztegrity Overview

A Taxes District Court imposed a consent order against Ztegrity and its owner Troy Mason for operating a fraudulent forex trading business and defrauding hundreds of investors. The defendants are now subject to a permanent injunction, monetary penalties, and equitable remedy.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) exposed the fraudulent scheme, and charges were filed in June of last year. The website claims that the fake pool trading scheme has earned over $460,000 from 411 participants.

Mason and his company were sentenced to pay victims $643,570 in restitution and an additional $300,000 in civil financial penalties. In addition to the monetary penalty, the ruling permanently bars the defendants from violating the CEA and CFTC regulations, as charged, and imposes trading bans and permanent registration.

This forex trading pool was dubbed "The Black Club" and The Forex Savings Club" by the defendants. Mason made a number of materially false promises in connection with the advertising of his pool in order to attract investors interested in Forex trading. Participants in the pool were promised spectacular investment returns.

While he had no expertise in executing trading methods, Mason claimed to have successfully traded forex for himself and others. In addition, Mason failed to warn consumers that, according to the provisions of the so-called "profit" sharing agreement he had with them, he would charge certain fees regardless of whether or not their accounts were profitable.

The order also finds that the defendants induced participants' participation in their forex trading pool by falsely claiming to "guarantee" repay participants the funds they contribute to their individual "Forex Savings Account" and falsely offering participants "with a 100% certainty" portions of the "substantial profit[s]" to be generated by trading forex with participants' pooled funds.

In reality, the defendants knew that no forex trader could guarantee profitable trading or the avoidance of losses necessary to ensure all participants' contributions and were aware of, but recklessly failed to inform participants.

Finally, the CFTC advised victims that, although it works closely with authorities to ensure the prompt return of any stolen funds, victims may not recover their loss since the wrongdoers may lack adequate finances or assets. ‎

Is Ztegrity A Scam?

So, is Ztegrity a scam? Not technically. You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Troy Mason makes it sound.
