Walmart Automation Alliance isn’t too different from most dropshipping courses.
Sure, their marketing makes some great promise you haven’t heard from the other dropshipping gurus, but at the end of the day, no magic bullet overcomes the massive pitfalls of this business model.
Let’s get something clear:
There is NOTHING passive about dropshipping, no matter how well most course creators sell the dream.
If you want that travel-the-world-making-money-while-you-sleep-laptop-lifestyle, dropshipping isn’t for you.
To run a successful dropshipping business, you need to be constantly on the lookout for new products.
Scouring the internet for hot trends and trying to find the next fidget spinner will take hours out of your day.
Not to mention, it’s not enough to just have the hot new product…
You also need to get the customers.
That means ads…
Lots and lots of ads…
Testing, tweaking, targeting, spending thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars before breaking even.
Not to mention, Facebook hates dropshipping, meaning one of your top traffic sources could shut you down at any time.
All of this leads to a very stressful life, not a lot of money, and a lot of time wasted.
Time that could be better spent so you can actually live the life you want.
Now, what if there was a way you could build a passive income stream that’s actually passive?
An income stream that doesn’t require:
- Physical Products
- Low Margins
- Long Wait Times
- Angry Customers
- Thousands of dollars testing different ad campaigns
An income stream that brings in consistent revenues every single month (from a couple thousand dollars to well over $10,000)?
An income stream you could actually build in your spare time, and grow as large or as small as you want to, without having to spend hours a day running ads, researching products, and trying not to get banned by whatever platforms you’re using?
If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, check out Digital Leasing.
This is nothing like dropshipping, and that’s probably a good thing.
However, if you’d still like to know more about Walmart Automation, keep reading.
What Is Walmart Automation Alliance?
Walmart Automation Alliance, as the name suggests, is a “done-for-you” business model. This technology essentially provides you with a fully configured eCommerce store on Walmart and claims to maintain it for you.
To outperform the competition, Walmart just launched its own dropshipping business. As a third-party vendor, you can now offer your dropshipped products on the Walmart marketplace.
Walmart Automation Alliance claims to take all of the legwork out of establishing your own Walmart dropshipping service. And they’re doing it by completely automating the process, from creating your own store to deciding which things to sell.
The advantage of this approach, they claim, is that it allows you to make some passive money without much effort on your part.
Unlike several dropshipping courses, such as Store Formula, it does not provide any extensive dropshipping instruction. At most, Walmart Automation Alliance’s user training covers simply the fundamentals.
However, you should know that you may encounter several difficulties if you wish to establish your own dropshipping business.
Who Is The Creator Of Walmart Automation Alliance?
Nick Mocuta, an eCommerce mogul, is the founder of the Walmart Automation Alliance.
According to Nick, before he became a famous eCommerce mogul, he was an American immigrant with little English education and only $500 in actual cash.
However, after doing several odd jobs for a pittance, he went on to learn everything he could about the real estate market and has since become a successful broker. It is in real estate business where he found financial freedom.
He now runs his own business, Neptune Management. And, with his team, he has launched the Walmart Automation Alliance service, claiming to be able to replicate his “blueprint” in the eCommerce industry.
Inclusions & Benefits Of Walmart Automation Alliance
The Walmart Automation Alliance, as previously said, is a technology that entirely automates the process of establishing your own Walmart dropshipping business. They believe they already have the correct “blueprint” for this business and are eager to share it with you.
Here are some of the system’s characteristics and their purported benefits.
Training Videos
Despite boasting complete automation, Walmart Automation Alliance does give a few training videos that you can watch. However, these tutorials just cover the fundamentals of Walmart dropshipping.
In truth, all that has ever been taught here is how to set up your Walmart account. It is what’s required to begin selling on Walmart.
Furthermore, they’ll walk you through the process so that you only have to wait a few days before your Walmart account is validated. This will significantly reduce the strain of having to set up your account on your own.
Fully-Automated Walmart System
This is the system’s key feature. You can have your Walmart automation business, without exerting any effort at all!
That’s all there is to it once you’ve created your seller account. Almost everything will now be done for you by the Walmart Automation Alliance team. And all you need to do is go elsewhere and do something else.
This is how they describe their system’s operation.
Essentially, after a client orders from your store, they will handle all of the processing on their own. They will order the things from their preferred Amazon store merchants, and Amazon will handle the delivery of the purchased products to the buyer.
These functionalities are available through Walmart Automation Alliance.
They will also handle the selection of products you will sell in your store.
They will also do the research for the best stuff to sell in your online store. And these will be added to your listing automatically.
They will also handle all customer service needs & item returns if necessary.
In other words, Walmart Automation Alliance will take care of everything for you, including digital marketing.
However, because everything is essentially “done-for-you,” you won’t have much influence over your business. This has advantages & disadvantages, which we will discuss further later.
Store Management And Support
Yes. Walmart Automation Alliance will handle every aspect of your online business. However, this does not imply that they will have complete control over your account.
Because this is still your personal Walmart seller account, you will be able to access it whenever you need to. For example, if you want to keep track of your sales and which products are currently performing well or poorly.
In addition, they provide customer service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case you have any questions concerning the system. While the dependability of customer support is still debatable, it does provide a tiny sense of security.
How Much Does It Cost To Join The Walmart Automation Alliance?
This is one of the service’s issues. That is, they are not upfront about the expense of joining.
The only way you’ll know for sure how much it costs is if you book a call to join in person.
According to some sources, this system costs between $10,000 and $30,000 (which, of course, is too expensive, especially for someone just starting out).
However, when you examine the whole expenditures of building up your online dropshipping business on your own, it is justifiable. After all, you get what you pay for.
Nonetheless, there is no denying that the cost of using the service is too high especially if this is your first time launching your own company.
Can You Make Money With Walmart Automation Alliance?
Yes, you can with this automated business that Walmart Automation Alliance offers. However, you also need to shell out a huge sum to get started.
But…
There’s a lot that comes along with dropshipping that many people struggle with.
In fact, check out these Top 5 Reasons Dropshippers Fail.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
It’s not impossible to make money with dropshipping, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Is Walmart Automation Alliance A Scam?
So, is Walmart Automation Alliance a scam?
Not technically.
You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as Nick Mocuta makes it sound.
There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – you need to do a ton of volume to make any real money.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.
But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months, $3-5k in the hole on ads (because that whole “get started with $5 a day” thing is total BS) and then your reward is 15% profit on a $12 product (which comes out to $1.80), it’s not really worth it.
What if, instead, you could do that same 3 months of work (in your spare time), and your reward was a $500 to $2,000 payment that came in every single month?
And what if you actually didn’t need to wait 3 months? What if you could get started today and have your first payment in a week?
And what if you could double it next week?
Well, that’s the power of Digital Leasing.
And, unlike dropshipping, you can legitimately do this from anywhere. It’s a true lifestyle business.
Your laptop and an internet connection is all you need.
Some of the most successful students in this program run their entire 6-figure businesses from:
- A camper in the middle of the woods
- A beach chair on the water in Mexico
- A small villa in Greece
They’re able to travel around, living their lives first, and focusing on their income second.
Because even if they stop working for an extended period of time, the money keeps coming in.
So adventure, memories, and experience are the top priority.
And they never have to worry about how to pay for the next trip, or consider asking for time off.

Are There Alternatives To Walmart Automation Alliance?
Yes, there are plenty of Dropshipping programs and resources to choose from if you want to pursue this business model. Here are just a few:
- Spocket Dropshipping
- Dropshipping Titans
- 100K Blueprint
- Oberlo
- Biaheza Dropshipping
What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2022?
Our review team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.
While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:
Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.
Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.
Why?
1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Leasing business.
And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.
Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.
This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.
2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With dropshipping, you don’t really own anything. You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own the products because they go straight from the supplier to the customer.
Yes, if you’ve got a Shopify store, you technically own that. But if every ad platform suits you down, you’ve got a store with no customers. Which is literally worthless.
With Digital Leasing, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.
3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.
Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.
4) No Inventory: Ok, so technically you don’t have to worry about inventory since you’re not filling up your garage or a warehouse with products.
But, you still have all the headaches of a physical products business.
Since most dropshipped products come from China, you already have a 2-3 week wait time from when a customer places an order.
But right now, with global supply chain issues, your customers would be lucky to get anything in less than a month.
Imagine finally landing your first customer after months of experimenting, and then getting hit with a refund request or chargeback because they had to wait 6 weeks to get their order.
With Digital Leasing, a 100% online business, you never even have to think about that risk.
5) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).
Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.
Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.
If you wanted to double your income with dropshipping, you’d have to double your inventory, your profit margins, OR your average order value. And, I guarantee you that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.
6) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. 99.9% of the time, dropshipping provides no value to anyone but the seller.
In a lot of cases, it has a negative impact on the customer because of poor product quality and an overall bad experience (i.e. waiting 6 weeks to get your order).
And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.
But with Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:
Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.
You make money by helping them make money.
Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.
Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.
Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Walmart Automation Alliance which could one day make you money.
You could continue researching, never making a decision.
OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality.
At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Leasing.
A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.
All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.
If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.

I spent $15k plus $50 a month for their legal requirements, $99 for a return company, and $200 a month for tax exemption services. After setting up these only to log in and find out my account was terminated. No money back. Both AA and WMProfits tell you to talk to the other and nobody tells you why your account was terminated. No guarantee of any kind. Total BS from my stand point of view. I did get approved by Walmart but soon after terminated. Maybe if we were to have the return warehouse included in the application it might of prevented it from happening. But I was not able to complete the entire set up process before it was terminated.
I am so sorry to hear that it didn’t work out for you! Thanks for sharing your story, hopefully this will serve as a warning to others. I hope you are able in some way to get your money back!
I’m talking to them now but just found you. I’d like more info
Definitely don’t do it . It’s a total scam.
The same thing happened to me..i spent 25k (aa) 3500 on starting a new entity..500 tax exemption.. $97 for appeal lab.. oh then they sent me a email saying that my store was terminated.. they just gave me my approval email last week may 20th so today may 26 my store is terminated.. I just gain my access password on Friday.. my store was terminated before I even sold one item..now they are telling me that I have to pay 3500 to restart the process!! They can kiss my a**..I want my money back
Sorry that happened to you. It happened to me as well. There is an open investigation.
Same here, they set up a store and let it sit until it is TERMINATED. They insist they did their job. I read Walmart’s policies, and they send out an email when you get suspended. However, the WM Profits team holds all of your business log-in and email information until the store is NON-COMPLIANT and TERMINATED. Then they send you your information. Too late. You then need to re-apply with a new business entity and they want you to pay them again to do so (which they just proved they can’t do properly). I am sure a few people are taken care of so they can have testimonials and suck more people into the SCAM
I was scammed out of 16k. The store was set up and terminated the same week. I emailed everyone no response. Total scam. If you want to give your money away sign up today.
This guy is a complete fraud. He literally said to my face the money will come back 8 months. Almost three years and 2 deactivated stores that he abandoned. After he received my payment, I was treated like a peasant begging for help. He doesn’t help except send you to an affiliate if you want someone to “talk to amazon” for you. Called him out again, made him cry. He will never be treated seriously in the ecom community. Sure, I can admit I got scammed by him over promising and under delivering. However, I will and want to advise everyone to NOT join his BS. Go to someone that will guide you not just cuss and stick their tail between their leg when things get rocky.
Also, he is the scum of ecom which is why it’s so frowned upon. Congratulations to the little man but his time will come when he gets heavily exposed.
October 16, 2021 I paid Happy Smiles LLC – DBA as Automation Alliance $30,000 for services to create and run a Walmart Dropship, Walmart Wholesale and Facebook stores to sell products and split profits 60/40. Since that time, AA has created two LLC’s and Two Walmart stores that were almost immediately terminated by Walmart Trust & Security.
Also during this time, all of the functioning services of AA like support chat and schedule a support call have disappeared and the company has started using WhatsApp to communicate.
I have talked to Ruben Mattinson, CEO at RJM Tax Exemption – Service recommended by AA for Sales Tax compliance and he indicated that AA is having issues getting Walmart stores created. He believes that Walmart has flagged AA as a security risk and terminates any stores that WM Profits (separate company) creates.
Today, AA is stating they are creating and Amazon store so “we can get you going, until we can get you on Walmart”. We created and Amazon Seller account, but I have not seen any action since.
In the last month to six weeks, I have been in contact with four other individuals that are in the same or similar situations with AA. We are discussing and considering a group/class lawsuit against Happy Smiles, LLC, Automation Alliance Group LLC, Nick Rafael Mocuta and Jesse Regan.
If you would like to discuss joining us, go to https://edgfunding.com/?page_id=184 and select the “Join Action” button below and leave your contact information. I will add you to our growing list of complainant’s. We will be soon setting up a Facebook group to communicate and finding an attorney to review and recommend action.
Best,
Earl Diem
Hi Earl,
I’m also in the same situation with AAG. Is there somewhere I can find out more about the lawsuit situation?
Thank you,
