Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.
So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…
And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).
I didn’t really want to be “rich”.
The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.
Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.
I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.
Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!
Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:
I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.
The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

Vasayo MLM Review: What Is Vasayo?
Vasayo MicroLife Nutritionals is a Network Marketing company that offers a wide range of health and weight loss products.
They want to solve a major issue that they claim occurs with many traditional nutritional supplements: poor absorption.
Vasayo was officially launched in January 2016 by founders Dallin and Karree Larsen.
Dallin and Karree Larsen launched Vasayo a year after their last multi-level marketing (MLM) company, MonaVie.
Their headquarters is in Utah, in the United States.
What Happened to MonaVie?
Dallin Larsen founded MonaVie, a defunct American MLM company that manufactured and distributed products made from blended fruit juice concentrates, powders, and purées.
Several controversies surrounded the company.
Health claims made for its products had not been scientifically confirmed or approved by regulatory authorities, and its chairman had previously been involved in false health claims made for another beverage company.
MonaVie's business model resembled a pyramid scheme, according to Forbes, an American business magazine.
The company went into foreclosure in 2015 after defaulting on a US$182 million loan.
When Jeunesse Global purchased the note for $15 million, it acquired MonaVie's assets.
Vasayo Review: Company History
Dallin Larsen has extensive experience in the network marketing industry.
He founded Monarch Health Sciences in 2003 as a distributor of diet and weight loss supplements after holding senior executive positions with the MLM companies Dynamic Essentials and USANA.
Monarch Health Sciences introduced MonaVie juice in January 2005, and the following year established MonaVie LLC/MonaVie Inc., a privately held MLM company based in South Jordan, Utah.
MonaVie juice products were bottled, distributed, and marketed by the newly formed company.
MonaVie was also the founder of The MORE Project, a non-profit charity organization.
Distributors sold MonaVie goods and were eligible for commissions based on product sales.
Individual distributors were encouraged to build their own sales networks by recruiting new distributors to sell the goods (referred to as a "downline" in multi-level marketing lingo).
The recruiter could have received additional commissions based on sales by their downlines.

Liposomes are allegedly used in Vasayo's nutritional supplements to deliver nutrients to the body without allowing them to be broken down by the digestive system.

As with any multi-level marketing company, there will be some skepticism.
- Is Vasayo a pyramid scam?
- Is the business a legitimate one?
- Is it possible to make money?
All of these are questions that prospective members have.
To put it simply, no, Vasayo is not a scam despite the fact that it employs an MLM structure similar to a pyramid scheme.
Multi-level marketing (MLM) is one of the strategies used by some direct sales companies to encourage existing distributors to recruit new distributors who are paid a percentage of their recruits' sales.
MLM schemes can have hundreds or thousands of members worldwide, but only a small percentage of them earn meaningful incomes, indicating a possible pyramid scheme.
While many MLM practices are legal, the FTC has been investigating MLM companies for decades and has discovered many with questionable legal practices that expose many of them like a pyramid scheme in disguise.
One factor to consider when determining the legitimacy of an MLM company is whether it sells its products primarily to consumers or to its members who must recruit new members to purchase their products.
If the former is true, the company is most likely a legitimate MLM business.
If the latter is the case, it could be a pyramid scheme business.
Vasayo Review: Is Vasayo A Pyramid Scheme?
Vasayo is technically not a pyramid scheme.
A pyramid scheme is defined as only money-changing hands with no investment or products involved.
Since the Vasayo business opportunity involves tangible products, then we cannot legally accuse it of being a pyramid scam.
The question to ask now, however, is if it is a pyramid scheme in disguise.
As mentioned in the previous heading, if a company focuses more on selling products to recruits rather than outside consumers, then it most probably is a pyramid scheme in disguise.
