Vasayo MicroLife Nutritionals is a Network Marketing company that offers a wide range of health and weight loss products.
They want to solve a major issue that they claim occurs with many traditional nutritional supplements: poor absorption.
Vasayo was officially launched in January 2016 by founders Dallin and Karree Larsen.
Dallin and Karree Larsen launched Vasayo a year after their last multi-level marketing (MLM) company, MonaVie.
Their headquarters is in Utah, in the United States.
What Happened to MonaVie?
Dallin Larsen founded MonaVie, a defunct American MLM company that manufactured and distributed products made from blended fruit juice concentrates, powders, and purées.
Several controversies surrounded the company.
Health claims made for its products had not been scientifically confirmed or approved by regulatory authorities, and its chairman had previously been involved in false health claims made for another beverage company.
MonaVie’s business model resembled a pyramid scheme, according to Forbes, an American business magazine.
The company went into foreclosure in 2015 after defaulting on a US$182 million loan.
When Jeunesse Global purchased the note for $15 million, it acquired MonaVie’s assets.
Vasayo Review: Company History
Dallin Larsen has extensive experience in the network marketing industry.
He founded Monarch Health Sciences in 2003 as a distributor of diet and weight loss supplements after holding senior executive positions with the MLM companies Dynamic Essentials and USANA.
Monarch Health Sciences introduced MonaVie juice in January 2005, and the following year established MonaVie LLC/MonaVie Inc., a privately held MLM company based in South Jordan, Utah.
MonaVie juice products were bottled, distributed, and marketed by the newly formed company.
MonaVie was also the founder of The MORE Project, a non-profit charity organization.
Distributors sold MonaVie goods and were eligible for commissions based on product sales.
Individual distributors were encouraged to build their own sales networks by recruiting new distributors to sell the goods (referred to as a “downline” in multi-level marketing lingo).
The recruiter could have received additional commissions based on sales by their downlines.

Vasayo Review: Is Vasayo A Legit MLM Business or A Scam?
As with any multi-level marketing company, there will be some skepticism.
- Is Vasayo a pyramid scam?
- Is the business a legitimate one?
- Is it possible to make money?
All of these are questions that prospective members have.
To put it simply, no, Vasayo is not a scam despite the fact that it employs an MLM structure similar to a pyramid scheme.
