Valentus Review and Summary: Valentus is a health and wellness company specializing in selling coffee with weight-loss products. The Valentus coffee has gathered quite a few mixed reviews.
But there is also an MLM program to help people make money.
But, to avoid losing money monthly, Independent Representatives (IRs or distributors) should recruit more people — this makes Valentus a “pyramid scheme in disguise.”
Recommended: No
The reason you’re here is that you’ve probably been doing some research on Valentus, or maybe you saw a sales video and you want to gauge what kind of company it is and if it’s worth you time.
So with that said…
We’re going to review Valentus to see if it really is the best MLM company out there.
We’ll talk about whether MLM is the right online business for you.
And at the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Valentus and MLM in general.
But most importantly, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.
This system made me swear off MLM for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!
Now before we get into to much detail right now… let’s go over some of the stuff that I really don’t like about Valentus, because they are noteworthy…
Look Out: The first sign that an MLM may be a pyramid scheme in disguise is having overpriced products.
IRs (or distributors) have to reach a monthly “sales quota.” If they do not sell certain products monthly, then their account gets deactivated, sometimes without notice.
THE TRUTH: A “business” that you start is never going to be “very easy to succeed and difficult to fail.”
Successful businessmen know that.
That is a “black hat sales tactic” used to make it sound easier than reality. It’s an outright lie.
The brand has fallen off since mid-2019 in how many people search for it monthly. It’s easier to sell something that more people are looking for.
Are you interested in Valentus and the business opportunity it offers?
Is it really worth to to join Valentus or any other MLM for that matter?
Let me just say this…
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful internet business… But there are better ways to build a business other than with MLM.
Because unlike MLM, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.
Valentus is a health and wellness Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company selling coffee for weight loss.
In 2014, it was founded by Dave Jordan who has had experience working in other MLM companies.
Valentus allows everyday people to work from home by selling their products and recruiting people.
This Valentus review explains what the company is all about — and will help you assess if you should join it.
Yes, Valentus is a legitimate MLM.
Valentus is the Latin word “PREVAIL” which is used as the name for most of its products. Originally, its product line includes weight loss coffee, an immune system booster, and an energy drink. In 2018, they added a few more items.
Here are the categories of Valentus products:
Firstly, be aware that there are tons of similar weight loss products worldwide.
Their flagship product — SlimROAST Coffee. It is a roast coffee with weight-loss claims. But can it really help you lose weight?
Here are the weight-loss claims and benefits for drinking this Valentus coffee:
These are bold claims so it’s wise to get unbiased opinions from people.

Similar to other MLMs, there are 2 ways that IR’s make money from Valentus:
Valentus produces a wide range of health and wellness products.
But rather than spending money monthly on advertising, Valentus gets everyday people to spread the word for the company
In return, the “IR’s” enjoy the opportunity to make money working from home.
Joining costs a one-time fee of $20.
You need to sell a lot of Valentus products monthly depending on your “rank.”
If you fail to sell this amount of “BV”, then you will need to buy the products yourself or your account will get suspended, usually without notice.
Total annual cost = $799.95- $1,939.95
This minimum cost and doesn’t even include marketing, packaging materials, or training.
Check the compensation plan to see if this business is worth it.
Here are 7 ways you can earn money through Valentus compensation plan :
When you sell a product that “you buy” at wholesale and then sell it at the retail cost, you will earn the difference of 25%
The Fast Start Bonus is the first way to get paid according to the Valentus compensation plan.
Depending on the package that the new member or customer buys, Valentus offers 4 fast start bonuses.
A Legacy Coded Bonus works after you personally sponsor 3 persons who buy the 16 box pack in one month.
To qualify for these residual binary commissions, you need an active affiliate member that you referred placed on your left, and at least one on your right leg, (both legs) or replace them.
When you’re qualified, you will earn a percentage match pay on your personally referred and team members down to 7 levels.
You can get a piece of the total BV that Valentus earns in 1 calendar month. First, you need to be on a 3 box auto-ship (100 BV) and personally refer 3 business builders in 1 month.
The vehicle bonus is an “extra” residual commission that you can gain once you reach the Diamond rank. The higher level above diamond, you gain the more monthly “car bonus” income.
As per my Valentus review, It is difficult to make money from Valentus.
First, there is a monthly “sales quota” to stay active. This means that if you fail to sell around $100 of products monthly, you will need to buy the products yourself to “remain active.”
There’s a lot that comes along with MLM that many people struggle with.
In fact, check out our Top 5 Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail.
Sadly, most IR’s realize this quite too late. But then, if you’re keen on selling the products, you should use them yourself.
Valentus got involved in a scandal in the U.K. although not a lawsuit. Even if the products are illegal in the UK, it was being sold by distributors in the area.
Charlotte Thomson, former Miss England finalist was approached by the Trading Standards to close her Valentus business. Apparently, she did not know it was illegal and blamed Valentus for it. Valentus made no comments on the issue.
In 2019, it was accused by MedSafe of delivering products that had a class C drug (according to New Zealand), phenylethylamine, and prescription DMAA.
Both New Zealand and Singapore have warned against some Valentus products containing these amphetamines.
No. It is not an outright pyramid scheme.
However, Valentus is more of a “pyramid scheme in disguise.”
The reason it’s not a pyramid scheme is that you don’t earn money just by recruiting people. You only earn “bonuses” from products personally bought or sold.
So, what is a pyramid scheme?
It’s a company that promises payment to members by recruiting people instead of selling products or services.
This is illegal in many countries since it is impossible for everyone to make money with such a company structure.
This multi-level marketing company does sell legitimate products.
But, people can only avoid losing money by recruiting more people. There is a monthly sales quota for IRs (or distributors) which means many people need to continue buying products for themselves monthly to “stay active”
To avoid this, IRs tend to recruit many people as “downline,” hence a “pyramid scheme in disguise.”
That’s why I believe that MLM is not really the best business model when it comes to building a successful online business…
And unlike Valentus, it provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.
FACT: Around 73% to 99.9% of all MLM representatives lose money.
Take note that Valentus is not a publicly-traded company and they have not released any income disclaimers.
As such, it’s not yet possible right now to find out how many people make money inside this network marketing company.
So, similar to other MLMs, it will be hard to earn as a Valentus IR.
So, is Valentus a scam?
Technically, NO.
They offer legitimate products and pay their IR’s as claimed.
However, many say that it is a scam after joining and finding out about all the hidden fees, and how difficult it is to recruit into the pyramid scheme in disguise.
That’s why you may see some people online saying that it is a scam.
Yes, Valentus is still in business.
I do believe that Valentus means well. It has a legit business model and it does have some products that can help with weight loss.
However, their products are quite expensive as compared to other alternatives.
So, think twice. Consider all the points I mentioned above.
When it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming an MLM marketer, you’ve got way better options than Valentus.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I think Valentus is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Valentus MLM falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this! Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true?
Of course it does!
But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service-based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How do you get paid and how much?
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
Remember Valentus? You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Valentus MLM in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike Valentus, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike Valentus, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…
