Ubersuggest Keyword Research Tool Review

Ubersuggest: Introduction

Keyword research is challenging. It can also be costly.

The basic free keyword research tool will not provide much.

And, if you want a valuable, fully-fleshed SEO tool, be prepared to spend some money.

Unless…

You’re making use of Neil Patel’s Ubersuggest.

This SEO research tool offers a lot of value for your money. It’s inexpensive, beautiful, and functional.

That is, at least, what it says on the box.

Now, just to be completely transparent here…

DISCLAIMER:
This Ubersuggest review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available online to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

Pros: What I Liked

  • Using Ubersuggest, you can check your monthly organic traffic, backlinks, and most popular pages
  • You'll be able to find keywords that aren't available on other platforms like Google Keyword Planner
  • The layout is appealing, as are the suggestions for improving your ranking. It also includes content idea suggestions
The Good

Cons: What I Didn't Like

  • There are fewer results/data for more niche markets
  • There is no mobile app
  • There is no social media tracking
  • There are no custom reports
  • There is no brand monitoring
The Bad

So, let’s put this SEO research tool to the test.

This review will go over Ubersuggest to see if it really is the best SEO tool out there.

You’ll learn whether SEO is the right online business for you.

And at the end, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Ubersuggest and SEO Tool in general.

But most importantly, you’ll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

What exactly is Ubersuggest?

What exactly is Ubersuggest?
Ubersuggest is definitely a free keyword tool from Neil Patel Digital that businesses can use for keyword research. Ubersuggest is primarily a free tool, but NP Digital does offer a paid version with more advanced SEO and search engine marketing features.

These include:

  • keyword research
  • website audit reporting
  • keyword rank tracking
  • backlink analysis
  • competitive analysis and reporting

Ubersuggest In A Snapshot

Ubersuggest In A Snapshot
Neil Patel’s blog design has always been one of my favorites, and Ubersuggest doesn’t let me down.

The SEO tool is visually appealing and user-friendly.

To begin with, the dashboards are less cluttered, which is a big help for those just starting their journey.

KWFinder, on the other hand, has a more user-friendly interface.

When you get started with Ubersuggest, things can get a little complicated. There is a lot of information to consider and new perspectives.

You’ll be able to use it in no time because the learning curve isn’t as steep. SEOmoz is one of the most user-friendly tools in the industry.

Ubersuggest utilizes Moz API Data. Moz data is widely regarded as the most accurate in the industry. The data is based on estimates that correlate with the rankings it finds on Google for each page and country.

Ubersuggest incorporates intelligent metrics such as Domain Authority? And Page Authority? All of which assist you in better understanding the value and ranking potential of a domain or webpage. Link data is also provided by Ubersuggest. The number of linking root domains in relation to the number of URL anchor texts with regard to the number of followed, no-followed, and external links.

Please remember that these results may not always match the numbers you see in Google Analytics or Search Console.

Finding Keywords To Rank

Finding Keywords To Rank
Traditional keyword research involves planting a seed word and receiving keyword suggestions to find a low-competition gem.

You’ll be able to see a lot of potential keywords, with SEO difficulty metrics and search volume estimates, once you plant a seed keyword.

A lot of the time, it’s not a lot to work with. Experienced bloggers and larger websites may require a more extensive data set to get the content ideas they need.

Ubersuggest keyword research, on the other hand, is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses.

The fun part comes: Ubersuggest offers a wide range of keyword research options.

The Related Keywords tab will show you how your seed keyword has been used in other contexts.

If you’re looking for low-competition keywords, the data sample may be smaller, but you’ll be able to find them with ease.

Using the “Questions” tab, you can see what people search for.

To find questions, Ubersuggest is better than KWFinder. Aside from the detailed breakdowns, it’s on par with Answer The Public.

Regardless of how Neil Patel optimized the algorithm for questions, he has an advantage over Answer The Public: He can find less competitive questions than those that Answer The Public can.

You can use the Prepositions tab to automatically include modifiers in your keyword search. In theory, it’s a cool idea.

However, what you get in practice isn’t anything to write home about.

More questions than you can answer in 9 out of 10 cases.

To be clear, it’s not saying it’s a bad thing.

However, it does appear to be a tinkering that adds unnecessary complexity.

For online reviewers, the Comparisons tab is a godsend. It shows you how to write roundups and versus articles.

Then, where does Ubersuggest get its data from, exactly?

To gather data, they use Google’s Keyword Planner API, but they also apply their own custom algorithms and modifiers.

You can rely on their numbers because it’s a common practice in the market. Before you begin your content marketing efforts, make sure to manually review a search engine results page (SERP).

SEO Difficulty And SERP Analysis

SEO Difficulty And SERP Analysis
Assessing your competition is a critical step in deciding which keywords to target. An SEO tool can assist you in this endeavor.

Ubersuggest has tools for analyzing the competition.

However, do they actually work?

When you get keyword ideas, the difficulty level of a term is shown.

You can use it to see how difficult it will be to rank for a specific keyword, developed by Neil Patel.

You can only use the difficulty score provided by Ubersuggest as a guide if you use it to compare the data provided by other SEO tools.

Most of the time, this tool’s difficulty rating is accurate.

However, the SERP Analyzer is even more useful.

Aside from the general perspective provided by a bubble:

A quick glance at your competition is also offered.

They all matter, and the best search engines optimization tools all offer this kind of SERP evaluation.

It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing. It’s not wrong to have a link profile for each website. We’d like to see an option to change the columns in this dashboard in Ubersuggest.

If you’re in a highly competitive market, you’ll benefit more from using a tool like Ahrefs or KWFinder.

In addition, Ubersuggest offers a variety of other tools for analyzing your competition.

Competitor Analysis

Competitor Analysis
Simply enter the URL into the traffic analyzer to get accurate information about a website’s traffic and keywords. This is the Ubersuggest competitive analysis feature.

SEO insights can be found by scrolling down to see the SEO performance of every page, the social media channels they’re accessed through, and the countries they’re aiming to reach. A lot of information has been condensed there.

Backlink data can be retrieved by clicking on “Backlinks” in the main overview of Ubersuggest, which doesn’t analyze a site’s overall link profile.

An overview of your competitors’ referral links can be gained from this.

These algorithms, however, have a downside. These tools can also be used to examine your own website’s performance.

SEO Audit… Done Right?

SEO Audit
Using the on-site audit feature, you can conduct an SEO evaluation of your website.

It will give you a lot of helpful information, such as:

  • The keywords you rank for
  • Where do you get backlinks from
  • Errors you need to fix

But the issue here is that it doesn’t always tell you exactly how to fix a problem.

For example, one of my sites had an SSL error:

Nevertheless, there was no indication of the content of the cited page. Finally, I could find an article written by SSL expert Neil Patel.

Even though that’s useful, it still doesn’t address my issue.

Ubersuggest As A Service

Other SEO tools are expensive; Ubersuggest is dirt cheap.

It can even be used for free. If you’re on a tight budget, the freebies are invaluable.

To use more advanced SEO features, such as keyword suggestion filters, you won’t need to spend a lot of money.

The monthly fee for this SEO tool’s Pro edition is only 29 dollars.

You also get a lot in return for your efforts.

Try this tool instead of relying on live support, constantly updating.

It’s ideal for websites of all sizes.

Was your experience with Ubersuggest any different?

What Is Our #1 Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2022?

Digital Real Estate

Our review team has spent months researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business”, the research IS conclusive:

Digital Real Estate is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online, or you’ve been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Real Estate is for you.

Why?

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Real Estate business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

TESTIMONIAL - JUMP ALL IN

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With Affiliate Marketing, you don’t really own anything. You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own customers.
Look at the fine print for most affiliate agreements. At any point, the company can change your commission structure, reduce your profit margins, or kick you out entirely.
With Digital Real Estate, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

TESTIMONIAL - FEELING BLESSED

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Real Estate with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket…even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

TESTIMONIAL - SCOTT LEAD GEN

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 a month in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with affiliate marketing, you’d have to double your traffic, double the average order size of each customer, OR double your commission rate. And, guaranteed that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

TESTIMONIAL - LANCE LEAD GEN

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With affiliate marketing, you’re selling the product with the best commission rate, NOT the one that’s going to improve the most people’s lives.

And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.

But with Digital Real Estate, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Real Estate, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

You make money by helping them make money.

Not a big, faceless corporation either…a small business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Real Estate makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

TESTIMONIAL - BOSS OF MY FUTURE

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like Ubersuggest which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms thanks to Digital Real Estate.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Real Estate.
