But How Did He Make His Money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

Tyson Fury was born in England, three months earlier to parents Amber and John Fury. His father named him Tyson after Mike Tyson, who at the time was the undisputed world heavyweight champion.

Tyson’s mother gave birth to 14 children, but only four of them lived to adulthood. When Tyson was 9, his sister died just a few weeks after being born. This event left a big effect on him which led him to start boxing to get rid of his anger.

His father taught him how to fight, and he kept doing it until 2011 when his father went to jail.

Tyson Fury wasn’t first allowed to fight at the Olympic games, but after he found his family roots in Belfast, he was able to fight for both England and Ireland.

As an amateur, he won the 2008 ABA super-heavyweight title and then turned pro later that year. In December 2008, Tyson Fury beat Bela Gyongyosi in his first professional boxing match.

He beat John McDermott in November 2009 to win the English Heavyweight title. In June 2010, Tyson Fury beat McDermott again to win the empty English Heavyweight title.

In July 2011, he beat Dereck Chisora and won the British and Commonwealth Heavyweight titles. The following year, Tyson Fury won against Martin Rogan and Vinny Maddalone, claiming both the Irish Heavyweight and the WBO Intercontinental Heavyweight title.

Tyson Fury kept snagging the belt the following years of his career. He won the European and WBO International Heavyweight titles against Dereck Chisora in 2014, and the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, Lineal, and The Ring heavyweight titles against Wladimir Klitschko in 2015.

The second match against Klitschko was set in 2016, but Tyson Fury gained 100 pounds. Later that year, Tyson Fury was said to not be “medically fit” to fight.

That same year, Tyson Fury announced that he’s vacating his WBA, WBO, IBO, and lineal titles because of a medical investigation that was still going on, personal problems, and the fact that the Klitschko rematch had already been canceled twice.

Tyson took more than two years off to get his life back on track after giving up his world titles. In June 2018, he went back into the ring and beat Sefer Seferi. He beat Francesco Pianeta in August 2018.

In December 2018, Tyson fought the first Fury-Wilder fight, with the match ending in a draw. In 2020, the Deontay Wilder rematch happened and he went on to win the WBC heavyweight title. This made him the world heavyweight champion twice.

Most recently, Tyson Fury fought Dillian Whyte at the Wembley Stadium in London, England for his WBC and The Ring titles on April 23, 2022.
