But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

early Life

Trevor Noah first opened his eyes on February 20, 1984, in Johannesburg, South Africa. Having a father, Robert, from Switzerland and a mother, Patricia Nombuyiselo Noah, from South Africa, he is of Swiss descent.

The South African apartheid regime made life tough for Noah’s family since Noah was of Xhosa descent. By the time Trevor was born, interracial marriage was illegal, and his mother was sentenced to jail and penalties as a result.

In his 2016 book, “Born a Crime,” he recounts his childhood in South Africa during apartheid.

Noah’s mother was classed as Black under apartheid regulations, while his father was classified as White. Classified as a Colored person, Noah was himself. His parents’ relationship was illegal at the time of his birth, which he discusses in his memoir.

Although Noah’s parents were estranged, they continued to communicate in secret. Noah’s childhood experiences would influence his comic work, which typically focused on the racial tensions of his own nation.

When Trevor Noah was barely a teenager, he began his comedy career in the entertainment industry. When he was just 18 years old, he appeared in an episode of the popular “Isidingo,” a South African soap opera.

It was about this time that Noah’s Ark, a youth-oriented radio show, debuted, and he presented “Run the Adventure” from 2004 to 2006, an educational television series. Later, he co-hosted “The Amazing Date” in 2008 and presented “The Real Goboza” in 2007, both on television.

The fourth season of the reality show “Strictly Come Dancing” included him as a participant, as well as a TV host, at this stage in his career. “Tonight with Trevor Noah” is the name of his TV program, which he obtained after hosting the South African Film and Television Awards in 2009 and co-hosting the South African Music Awards in both 2009 and 2010.

For the first time ever, Noah made history as the first South African stand-up comedian to perform on “The Tonight Show.” The following year, he performed on a late night talk show “The Late Show with David Letterman,” earning him the same distinction.

At the end of 2014, he appeared for the first time as a contributor on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” In 2012, he was the subject of the documentary “You Laugh But It’s True.” He was nominated for an MTV Africa Music Award for Personality of the Year in the same calendar year.

‘The Daily Show’ announced on March 30, 2015, that Trevor Noah has been chosen to replace Jon Stewart as host. Trevor Noah’s Daily Show has earned him several accolades since he took over, and he was nominated in 2017 for a Primetime Emmy.

The Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter Library, a piece based on a South by Southwest exhibition that in turn was based on President Donald Trump’s Twitter account, was published in 2018 by Noah and the writers of “The Daily Show.”
