Direct selling is not for everybody. There is an initial investment, much like every other form of home business. To earn money, you must also devote a significant amount of time and effort to growing your business.
While it’s possible that thousands of people make five and six figures a year from direct selling, it’s still safe to say that there are plenty more who don’t.
Nonetheless, if you’re contemplating going into direct selling since a friend has asked you to join her jewelry company, pieces of jewelry are quite popular.
And, as many direct sales consultants will tell you if you make a point of wearing the jewelry when out and about, they will often sell themselves.
For today’s article, the spotlight will be on a jewelry business in my Touchstone Crystal review.
We’re going to review Touchstone Crystal to decide if it really is the best jewelry company out there.
We’ll talk about whether Touchstone Crystal MLM is the right online business for you.
In the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Touchstone Crystal and MLM business in general.
And most important, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000.00 a month in mostly passive income.
This system made me swear off MLM for good because it uses some of the same skills in a much more powerful and profitable way!
Touchstone Crystal is the direct selling jewelry division of Swarovski, an international company known for its high-quality crystal glass.
Although Swarovski produces a wide range of products, including figurines, couture, home decor, chandeliers, crystal elements, and even high-precision optical instruments such as telescopes, Touchstone Crystal primarily focuses on ready-made jewelry for distribution to Swarovski fans and other jewelry customers.
As far as products go, jewelry is an appealing option, which is why the jewelry industry is so big. After all, many women buy jewelry on a fairly regular basis, especially when they come across something new or unique. And women, by the way, are the main customer base of the jewelry industry.
People, also, tend to choose jewelry based on their personal tastes and emotions. This makes selling the products easier in some ways, particularly since there will always be certain variations between the products sold by one company and the products sold by another.
The thing to note about Touchstone Crystal products is that they are carefully designed with high-quality Swarovski crystals and are only available through their Independent Sales Consultants. Their jewelry line ranges from necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings.
You can find jewelry products that fall under $50 price. They also have more expensive jewelry products costing $99 and above.
Swarovski Crystals, Crystal Pearls, and Zirconia are used exclusively in Touchstone Crystal’s products.
The other products are made of brass or white metal base with rhodium, palladium, gold, antiqued silver, or bronze plating. Palladium belongs to the platinum family of metals, and its gold plating includes up to 18-karat gold. Rhodium is a highly valued precious metal. There is no nickel, lead, or cadmium in Touchstone Crystal jewelry products.
The brand is synonymous with high-end glass crystals.
Since 1892, the century-old company has been associated with an Austrian crystal manufacturer specializing in precision and luxury machine-cut crystals, Daniel Swarovski.
Swarovski collaborated with Christian Dior in the early 1960s to create the iconic Aurora Borealis (AB) crystal, which featured an explosion of rainbow sparkles on the surface of the crystal.
Since then, the company has worked with the world’s best fashion designers, including Christian Louboutin, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton.
We also know that Swarovski crystals are made of quartz sand and natural minerals. The actual product is a form of man-made glass that contains 32 % lead.
The presence of lead is, in reality, what gives Swarovski crystals their extra luster and brilliance.
Swarovski’s patented cutting machine then allows a technology-driven cut on the crystals, resulting in a high refraction index. The system is so efficient and accurate that it can make up to 100 facets to bend and mirror light in multiple directions.
A Swarovski crystal is polished to perfection after a complex cutting process. Special coatings are used on some Swarovski products. The metallic coating on the AB crystals, for example, refracts light in a rainbow spectrum.
The world-renowned Swarovski crystals are produced by the combination of a secret chemical formula and the highest level of precision cutting. Because of the fine materials used and the complex production process, Swarovski crystals are more costly than standard glass.
The brand’s image has been shaped by the company’s innovative culture. Swarovski can design and create anything, from the giant crystal on top of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree to thousands of Swarovski crystals covering any designer item. Swarovski has become synonymous with luxury and creativity.
Swarovski crystals are unique and expensive for a variety of reasons:
Even if Swarovski crystals are only made of glass, the attention to detail that goes into cutting them makes them stand out.
The process of creating these stones is anything but simple. Their cutting practices always raise the price because their glasses receive treatment comparable to diamonds.
It’s also worth remembering that the electric cutting machine of the company is patented.
2. Making it takes a long time
Swarovski crystals go through a lengthy manufacturing process.
To better understand why the process takes so long, consider that the aim is to create crystals with a higher refraction index than a genuine gem like a diamond.
The use of 32 percent lead accounts for the high refraction.
3. Swarovski’s top-secret manufacturing process
The mixture of quartz, lead, sand, and mineral that goes into the crystal forming phase is only known by Swarovski.
What is clear is that high-quality material is needed for the crystals to come together.
In general, the clearer a crystal is, the more difficult it is to make.
4. Consistency in quality
As opposed to natural gems, Swarovski gems are consistent due to the collaboration between man and machine.
You’ll see scratches or bubbles on other glass crystal brands, as well as a lack of brilliance. They wouldn’t meet the company standards as they are.
5. It’s easier to authenticate
Swarovski crystals have one thing in common: they are all the same through and through.
The size and cut of the crystals are identical, which is a true testimony to authenticity and artistry. Bubbles can never be found in Swarovski crystals; if you do, you’re dealing with a cheap imitation.
Other telltale signs that you aren’t dealing with genuine Swarovski crystals include scratches on the stone, a dullness, and an oily sheen.
Genuine Swarovski crystal glass, like high-quality diamonds, is sparkling and clear. You’ll also note that the tones of the colored crystals are all the same.
6. Top brand name
Swarovski is regarded as a luxury brand. You can tell they are the cream of the crop in the industry based on their clientele.
When Marilyn Monroe sang Happy Birthday to J. F. Kennedy, she was dressed in a Swarovski crystal gown.
Swarovski won the award for the most extravagant stage at the Oscars in 2018, with 45 million crystals adorning the stage.
This high-end brand has designed the star that glistens on top of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree in New York for the past 13 years. It has been a signature of New York’s Festivities.
These are the kinds of moments that make this crystal manufacturing company a force to be reckoned with.
Swarovski jewelry can indeed be pawned. All you have to think about is the price, how rare it is, and finding the right business to sell the jewelry to.
However, when you’re pawning, make sure the company is affiliated with Swarovski. This way, you’ll get better deals than you will from other places looking to take advantage of you.
Touchstone Crystal is more than a good business because it is backed by Swarovski’s deep tradition and quality reputation.
The company uses the MLM business model. The company sells its jewelry at a reduced wholesale price to its network of consultants, who then sell it to their clients at a fixed price.
Their Independent consultants also profit from the sales of those they recruited to the Touchstone Crystal Business Opportunity.
MLM is inherently complicated as a means of making money, relying heavily on person-to-person selling and interactions. Affiliate marketing, on the other hand, is a different and much more effective system. The model for affiliate marketing is extremely simple, and you use online marketing tools, so you avoid bothering your friends or ruining family relationships.
You sell products online when you use the affiliate marketing strategy. You get paid a commission if people buy them after clicking on your link. Your commission may rise as your sales increase, but that’s about it in terms of complexity. As a result, it’s a very simple alternative. Find customers who like something and then sell it to them.
Affiliate marketing can be scaled even higher than MLM since it is digital. After all, selling to 5 people needs much less effort than selling to 20. However, the gap between 5 and 20 on the internet is negligible. Your website does the job and sells products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Touchstone Crystal is not a pyramid scheme.
In many instances though, an MLM company is a pyramid scheme hiding behind a product.
MLMs operate on a similar business model as a pyramid scheme of recruiting people to make money. The difference is that MLMs are legitimate because they have a product to sell. The better the product, the more likely you are to make money.
The product in this case is high-end designer crystal jewelry by the Swarovski brand.
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful MLM business.
My #1 pick proves this. And unlike Touchstone Crystal, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago. Sounds like a good income opportunity, huh?
The Swarovski brand backs Touchstone Crystal.
Unlike other MLMs, you’re endorsing a brand that people trust and purchase. That makes this company one-of-a-kind.
Since most customers are familiar with the name, you’ll spend less time convincing them that the products are of high quality.
But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming an MLM direct seller, you’ve got a way better option than being a Touchstone Crystal Consultant.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think network marketing is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
You don’t have to rely on only your friends and family to make sales in the Touchstone Crystal business opportunity, now that social media and online sales are so popular. There will no longer be any need to harass family and friends.
No more need for home parties. In this business opportunity, you can just tempt them effortlessly by posting pictures of your jewelry on your social media account.
The compensation plan of Touchstone Crystal is simple and straightforward. You will collect 25-40% commission on your own sales and up to 9% commission on the sales of your recruit. If you want to move up the ladder and earn more money, levels of leadership begin with a three-person team.
You can certainly make money with MLM, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become a Touchstone Consultant (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money.
The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000.00+ per month teaches some of the same multi-level marketing skills but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.
Go click the “Join Us” button on the “Become a Consultant” page, or, click the “Find A Consultant” button on their official website, touchstonecrystal.com.
To start their program, you need to purchase a starter kit. About $500 worth of jewelry and marketing tools are included in their $99 Starter Kit (plus tax and shipping). On top of the starter kit, you also get a customized website with all the tech resources you need for interactive or in-person parties for a $12 monthly fee.
You must submit an email to email@example.com. Simply express your intention to terminate your agreement with Touchstone Crystal, if you wish to cancel your consent to the exclusive use of an electronic agreement (and thereby terminating your agreement with Touchstone Crystal).
Technically, earning the kind of money the MLM company boasts about on their website is possible. However, doing this will be much more difficult because it will depend heavily on home parties and targeting people you know.
The pool would eventually dry up unless you devise other strategies for attracting customers.
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Touchstone Crystal MLM falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this! Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How do you get paid and how much?
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now?
That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
Remember Touchstone Crystal MLM? You only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Touchstone Crystal group in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike Touchstone Crystal, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike Touchstone Crystal, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…
