His most recent Facebook ad offers a free training video. You’ll learn how to own ten rental homes in five years, escape the rat race, identify excellent bargains in your neighborhood throughout any economic cycle, and analyze deals and other topics.

Thach’s program also provides you with software and tools like contract templates, sales pitch scripts, etc.

The most value you’ll get is the weekly seminar with Thach himself, although it doesn’t seem like you’ll get a 1-on-1 discussion.

He also offers a Facebook group for you to build a community with his other students.


Buying and selling real estate is not an easy task. You have to evaluate deals. You can’t decide to work in real estate out of an emotional impulse…making business decisions in the real estate industry is a serious affair.

If you want to be successful in real estate, you must have a large amount of money. If you lack funds, I recommend searching for another business to start. Property is not inexpensive for real estate investors.

Not to mention the general volatility of physical real estate, in contrast to Digital Leasing.
