This review will go over Teamwork to see if it really is the best project management out there.
You’ll learn whether project management software is the right tool for your business.
And at the end, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Teamwork and project management in general.
But most importantly, you’ll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.
What Is Teamwork Software Used For?
As a cloud-based project management solution, Teamwork gives businesses the tools they need to manage the many operations of a project.
Task lists, time monitoring, file submissions, and messaging are among the features. Teamwork assists groups in managing group objectives, communicating and establishing corporate processes.
Project managers can use Teamwork’s project scheduling function to set project tasks, assign them to workers, and track in-progress assignments.
Document management is also included in the system, allowing users to share documents within the team via an online portal.
The client billing function will enable users to produce bills based on the number of hours worked and the money spent.
Dashboards provide visibility into project objectives, while project collaboration tools enable communication via mobile devices, allowing team members and project managers to monitor project performance anywhere.
FreshBooks, Dropbox, Google, Box, and more programs can be combined with Teamwork. Services are available on a monthly subscription basis and include phone, email, and FAQ assistance.
Your project dashboards will be filled with data as you and your team populate Teamwork with projects and associated metadata.
Each dashboard provides several graphs and information boxes that provide information on the status of your projects.
It displays to team administrators the number of tasks due soon across all projects, the number of current tasks allocated to different team members, the amount of time the team has spent on tasks recently, and how many of those hours are billable.
Individuals without admin capabilities receive information relevant to them, such as impending tasks and milestones, time logged, and active tasks allocated to them.
There are also interactive Gantt charts in the app (although not in the free level of the product). You can quickly add tasks and milestones, update the project or particular task timeline, build dependencies between tasks, log progress by marking the % completion of a task, change the priority level, reassign a task, and so on.
The Gantt chart view is often the easiest place to edit a project because you can see all of the existing tasks and deadlines while entering new ones.
For example, if you are working on a website launch project, you may see when the programming is projected to be completed while creating a sequence of tasks to run quality assurance.
When you’re in the Gantt chart view, you can see all types of project parameters that are important for establishing the start and due dates of any new tasks you add.
Is There A Free Version Of Teamwork?
Pricing for Teamwork begins at $12.50 per user per month. There is a free version available. Teamwork provides a free 30-day trial for basic project management needs.
How Much Does Teamwork Cost?
Teamwork has four account types: Pro, Premium, Enterprise, & Free Forever. When you create an account, you will be given a 30-day trial of the Premium service with no credit card necessary.
To obtain a Free Forever account, you must first sign up for the service, begin the Premium trial, and cancel Premium to downgrade to the desired tier.
The free account supports five people and two projects simultaneously, with 100MB of file storage capacity.
Most of the fundamental capabilities of the other account types are available, but not billing and invoicing, project templates, task templates, client users, collaborators, advanced team management features, the option to allow customers to have limited access to projects, and a few other features. Except for Zapier, no other apps can be integrated.
The Pro account costs $12.50 per person per month or $120 per person per year, and a minimum of five persons are required. The actual starting fee is $62.50 per month or $600 per year, plus extra for each additional team member.
The Teamwork Desk Pro account includes everything in the Free account and 100GB of file storage, and 300 projects. Also, this account consists of an unlimited number of collaborators and clients & the ability to manage project-level teams but not company-level or subteams.
Google Drive, Box.com, Microsoft Teams and Office, OneDrive Personal, Dropbox, Slack, Harvest, QuickBooks, Xero are all available for integration, but not HubSpot, OneDrive Business, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project.
With a minimum of five persons, the Premium service costs $22.50 per person per month or $216 per person per year. This account includes everything in the Pro version but boosts storage to 250GB and projects to 600.
It also comes with 50 project templates, burndown reports, project time budgets, configurable fields, modification history, and all of Teamwork’s integrations.
Teams of 100 or more individuals can contact the company for more information and a pricing quote on an Enterprise account.
This package includes more storage space, an unlimited number of team members and projects, a dedicated account manager, premium support, HIPAA compliance, and other enterprise-grade features.
Is Teamwork Com Any Good?
It doesn’t feel that complicated using Teamwork (previously known as Teamwork Projects).
This fantastic online platform alleviates many of the headaches associated with project management and all of its milestones and tasks by providing team members with a straightforward interface to all of the tools they require.
Project managers or business owners may monitor people’s time and workload, detect when deadlines are approaching, issue invoices to clients for billable labor, etc.
Along with Zoho Projects and LiquidPlanner, Teamwork is one of the best project management apps. Zoho Projects is ideal for small and growing teams on a tight budget.
LiquidPlanner is a top-rated option for large enterprises with complicated requirements. Teamwork falls somewhere in the middle of the spectrum.
Advanced Task Management Features
Teamwork’s advanced features include the following:
Built-In Chat Functionality
The software includes its own built-in chat feature. This enables you to communicate in real time with your team members.
The Teamwork chat app is unique in that it combines with the project tab. This means you can text your project team members and discuss topics like tasks or difficulties w/o having to switch tabs on your desktop.
Invoices can be generated using the billing tab on the dashboard. You can also assign fixed prices or rates to any logged billable time for each member of your team. Everything is calculated automatically by the software.
After that, you may export your completed invoices to payroll software such as Xero, FreshBooks, QuickBooks, Harvest, Blinksale, or Excel.
You may send status updates to your team via the Teamwork platform, so they always know where you are & what you’re up to. You can also opt to indicate your availability for a meeting or a phone call.
On a single timeline, you may see the status updates of your entire organization or team. To top it all off, you may ask individuals to update their status. This functionality is especially useful for virtual teams.
You can use the calendar to invite or alert team members about an event. Anyone who has been invited to one can edit the calendar to include information such as time and place. You may also create recurring events and set them to occur on specified days.
The tool syncs with your Outlook, Google, and iCalendar calendars.
Teamwork enables you to add clients to your projects without incurring any additional expenses if you have a Pro subscription or above.
At the project level, clients have access to the same permissions as normal users. They are, however, limited in their ability to make changes or additions to a project.
You may use the Teamwork app to respond to updates, reminders, and comments directly from your email. You can even forward non-Teamwork communications to your account for perusal. Also, you can add up to three other addresses to your account.
This project management technology software also saves your email signature attachments for future use.
Editing Of Documents
Your documents can be edited straight from the platform.
The editor program supports a wide range of document formats, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Photoshop, LibreOffice, and others. You can upload the document to Teamwork once you’ve finished revising it.
Apps And Integrations
You may connect the tools you love and are most familiar with when utilizing this project management software.
Teamwork may be integrated with up to 69 different tools and applications. Apiant, Hubstaff, Slack, DropBox, Gmail, HubSpot, Google Docs, Sheets, Chrome and Drive, Outlook, and OneDrive are some of the most popular apps.
You can also import all of your data from other project management tools, such as Trello, Asana, and Basecamp, into Teamwork. I tried it with Asana for this Teamwork review, and it was a piece of cake.
Ease Of Use With Teamwork Projects
The Teamwork program is extremely user-friendly; you don’t have to be a tech guru to figure it out. There is no steep learning curve to deal with. Also, if you have questions, you can always contact customer support.
The tool provides excellent time- and energy-saving capabilities that ensure a smooth user experience. The dashboard includes simple and easy-to-understand sections that allow you to make your way across the site.
You can also log your time, generate invoices instantly, and utilize the Teamwork app while on the go.
Can You Make Money With Teamwork?
Yes, you can! If you have a team running your business, it is a useful tool for your internal team members.
It has different features that include team productivity reports and time tracking for complex projects.
There’s a lot that comes along with project management that many people struggle with.
Now, don’t get the wrong idea…
It’s not impossible to make money with project management, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Is Teamwork A Scam?
Teamwork is not a scam. It is one of the best project management systems out there.
It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful project management business… But there are better ways to build a business other than with project management.
Because unlike Teamwork, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.
Is Teamwork Legitimate?
Teamwork is legit.
Business can rely on it for their project management processes and operations for multiple projects. It has basic and advanced tools to create team productivity reports for team management and collaboration.
But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.
And even if you’re dead set on becoming a project manager, you’ve got way better options than Teamwork.
Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs we review. I personally think project management is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.
What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money In 2022?
My review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Teamwork falls short is in profitability.
You can’t realistically expect to be able to make any REAL passive income when you’re only bringing in maybe (average weekly earnings).
But what if you leverage it?
With this digital real estate program, you can have the ability to completely walk away from manual labor!
Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
How do you get paid and how much?
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 20 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $1000 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to answer the phone…all you have to do is get the phone to ring.
Remember Teamwork and all the small profit margins?
This one actually allows you to collect that without working in a brick and mortar business all day. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group where you can ask questions and be in a community with others on the same journey as you.
Unlike Teamwork, where you have to keep trading your time for money over and over…. You can finally get on the financially free side of life. A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike Teamwork, more people have been able to become financially free as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have passive income with most of your day being spent OUT of the brick and mortar landscape.
Now, I know you probably have tons of questions… So, check this out to learn more.
