Steve O Net Worth Update

But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

In an interview with Graham Bensinger, Steve-O said that his first words were said in Portuguese when he was six months old, due to his father’s position as head of the South American business of Pepsi-Cola.

When he was two, Stephen Steve O Glover family relocated from Brazil to Venezuela, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Due to bad grades and school disobedience, he walked out of the University of Miami’s School of Communications after just one year.

At the Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Clown College in 1997, he received his diploma in comedy. In his first job out of college, he worked as a clown in a circus just at Fort Lauderdale Swap Shop instead of being chosen to join the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. All his antics and clown routines were captured on camera at this time.

Big Brother, a skating magazine, received frequent cassettes of Steve-antics. Stephen Glover had no idea that the guy who received these videos was Jeff Tremaine, the eventual director of Jackass.

Tremaine recognized Steve-talent O’s and added him to the Jackass crew. Three seasons of the original MTV program were shown in 2000.

The show was indeed a huge hit, and Steve-O swiftly rose to the top of the ratings as a result. Other well-known Jackass cast members have influenced the development of the brand.

Skateboarding prodigy Bam Margera, for example, began recording his family and executing tricks in 1999 when CKY was released (Camp Kill Yourself). Early on, Johnny Knoxville was testing self-defense weapons and equipment on oneself to see how effective they were.

A number of spin-offs and sequels were made very soon after the first film’s huge popularity with Steve’s Jackass co-stars.. A cinematic adaptation of the sitcom, Jackass: The Movie, was created swiftly. Steve-O joined the ensemble, and the picture, which had a budget of $5 million, ended up grossing almost $80 million worldwide.

On a $11.5 million budget, Jackass 2 brought in approximately $85 million in revenue. A $20 million budget and a worldwide total of $172 million made Jackass 3D the third and final Jackass movie in the Jackass series.

Jackass movies sequels such Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, Jackass Number Two Jackass 2.5, Jackass Forever & Jackass 3.5 were also produced. Steve-O was considering a solo career as early as 2001.

When Steve-O published Professional Idiot: A Memoir in 2011, he added author to his CV. First solo DVD Don’t Try This At Home was published this year. In the Jackass spinoff Wildboyz, he starred with Chris Pontius.

There were many exotic creatures to be seen when Steve-O and Pontius traveled the world in this new series. An overwhelming number of people attended the concert, and it was well received.

Steve-O, on the other hand, took a long time to become financially successful. He broke out his pay from the early Jackass days in a video he shared on his YouTube channel in 2019.
