Steve Kerr Net Worth 2022 Update

But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new.

In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works:

You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers.

Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

early Life

Steve Kerr was born in Beirut, Lebanon, on September 27, 1965. Stanley Kerr, Steve’s grandpa, was an American humanitarian who traveled to Beirut to aid rescued women and orphans who had been victims of the Armenian Genocide.

Malcolm, Steve’s father, was a Princeton student who returned to Lebanon to continue his studies after suffering from a painful bout of arthritis. Malcolm went on to acquire a Ph.D. in Arabic Studies, among other additional degrees.

Malcolm met Ann Zwicker at the American University of Beirut, where they were both students. Steve was the third of four children, born in 1965.

Despite receiving little attention in high school, Steve went on to have a successful university career. He even made the 1986 USA Basketball team, which won the Gold Medal at the FIBA World Championship.

The 1992 Olympic “Dream Team,” which included athletes like Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, and Magic Johnson, was the final year when major men’s basketball teams were needed to be entirely made up of non-professionals.

The Phoenix Suns chose Steve in the second round of the NBA draft in 1988. In 1989, he was dealt to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

His greatest achievement came while playing with the Chicago Bills. He won three NBA Championships in a row with the Chicago Bulls throughout his career.

During his NBA playing career, his colleague Michael Jordan was notoriously harsh on Steve, going so far as to hit him during a workout. With the San Antonio Spurs, he won two more championships in 1999 and 2003. He also played for Portland Trail Blazers.

Steve Kerr presently holds the NBA record for having the most accurate three-point shot.

He didn’t exactly shake up the NBA, and in his first season, he made just $100,000. After his first season, Kerr was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers. A few years later, he was traded again, this time to the Orlando Magic.

Steve set the record for most regular season victories by a rookie coach in his debut season. The Warriors won the NBA Championship, owing in large part to superstar Steph Curry. Steve was the first rookie coach to win a NBA finals in his debut season in over 30 years.
