You’re reading this review because you are seriously considering the Stemtech business?
You’ve probably heard that it offers people the opportunity to become distributors, and you’re wondering if it’s a legitimate business or a pyramid scam.
You’re in luck because we’re going to discuss Stemtech in this review, its products, and whether or not it’s a pyramid scam.
We’re going to review Stemtech to see if it really is the best MLM companies out there.
We’ll talk about whether MLM (Network Marketing) is the right online business for you.
And at the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Stemtech and Network Marketing in general.
But most importantly, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.
This system made me swear off MLM for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!
Stemtech is a Multi-Level Marketing company that specializes in health and wellness and develops its own stem cell products.
Christian Drapeau, Greg Newman, and Ray Carter Jr. founded it in 2005.
They were, however, only selling products directly to consumers at the time.
They didn’t become an official multi-level marketing company until 2009 when they recruited members to sell their products in order to earn commissions.
They set up their headquarters in Florida, but they also have satellite offices in the following countries:
Christian Drapeau, a scientist, accumulated many years of experience observing the obvious health benefits derived from a remarkable freshwater plant.
These positive results piqued the interest of this young neurophysiologist, who embarked on an intensive investigation into the phenomenon.
Initial findings from this study led him and Dr. Gitte Jensen to propose a very intriguing theory involving adult stem cells and how isolated extracts of this aqua-botanical seemed to work to optimize the natural behavior of stem cells in the body.
In the year 2000, the two scientists met with Howard Newman, the owner of Desert Lake Technologies (DLT) which has extensive experience in aquaculture and the harvesting of this aqua-botanical raw material.
This team set out with the vision, skill, and courage required to embark on a radical, new way of thinking about how the body maintains its health.
Using science to uncover nature’s secrets, the theory began to take on a life of its own.
The theory was published in the medical journal Medical Hypotheses in 2002, and other scientists from around the world continued to publish research that supported what Drapeau and Jensen believed they had discovered.
In 2004, these inventors were granted a US patent, and subsequent internal and external studies continued to support their position.
Desert Lake Technologies was now ready to move on from R&D and bring the concept and product to market in 2005.
The company then enlisted the assistance of a top industry professional, Ray Carter Jr., to help guide them through the strategic planning process.
Ray Carter Jr. recommended, and the team decided, to form StemTech Health Sciences in order to launch the product.
Mr. Carter Jr. agreed to the company’s request that he organize and run the new company, with a market pre-launch planned for the fall of 2005.
StemEnhance is the name of this product, and it is a revolutionary, natural botanical extract that promotes wellness by assisting your body in maintaining healthy stem cell physiology.
It is the first product on the market in the new phytoceutical product category known as “stem cell enhancers.”
The ingredients in StemEnhance help to support the release of stem cells from the bone marrow into the bloodstream when you take two capsules.
Those stem cells then travel to areas of the body where they are most needed through a natural process.
The StemEnhance formulation is patented and the market’s first of its kind.
The company’s global headquarters are in Pembroke Pines, Florida, United States.
Stemtech’s clinically tested stem cell nutrition line is intended to support the three most important aspects of stem cell physiology: stem cell release, circulation, and migration.
The products of Stemtech do not contain stem cells.
They are made up of natural botanicals and other ingredients that have been clinically proven to help your own adult stem cells perform better.
StemRelease 3, StemFlo®, MigraStem Dermastem®, DermaStem® Lift, OraStem, and D-Fuze are among the adult stem cell nutrition and personal care products offered by Stemtech.
When taken together throughout the day, these products are designed to work synergistically to provide you with the best results.
Stem cells are cells that have the ability to develop into a variety of different types of cells in the body. They function as the body’s repair system.
Stem cell enhancers are sold on the internet as a method of releasing adult stem cells from the bone marrow.
According to proponents, these powerful cells will then travel through the body, then to the weak and aging organs and restore them to full health.
Users’ testimonials credit the enhancers with alleviating hot flashes and heartburn, easing withdrawal from addictive drugs, and curing chronic back and knee pain.
Below are some opinions on whether stem cell supplements work.
Stem cells have sparked a lot of interest, only some of it legitimate.
Stem cell supplements and their manufacturers claim that taking these pills or drinking these drinks will improve your health by influencing your stem cells.
According to my research, there is no solid evidence to back up these claims.
Stem cell supplements may also pose risks.
There are no published clinical studies or scientific evidence that stem cell-based health supplements can prevent or treat medical conditions such as cancer or diabetes.
Stemtech is not a pyramid scam.
Members of the company make money by selling nutritional products without having to recruit new members into the system.
Even if this is the case, the question remains: “Is Stemtech a pyramid scheme in disguise?”
What is a pyramid scheme?
A pyramid is a business model in which members are compensated for bringing new people into the system.
The more people their members are able to recruit, the more money they will be able to earn. Instead of traditional product and service sales, this is the primary focus of the company.
As a result, many governments and countries around the world have already banned these types of businesses because it is impossible for all of their members to profit from a business that only pays for recruitment.
Knowing that you must spend $100 per month means that you must recruit as many people as possible in order to break even on the costs and earn some commission.
At the end of the day, it’s all about recruitment, which is yet another sign that this is a pyramid scheme in disguise.
Stemtech is expanding rapidly with the introduction of stem cell nutrition.
A groundbreaking clinical study published in the highly regarded journal Cardiovascular Revascularization Medicine has contributed to the company’s growth.
This study contributes to Stemtech’s position as the industry leader in adult stem cell nutrition.
Stemtech has been named one of three finalists for the US Direct Selling Association’s prestigious Rising Star award, in addition to establishing a solid reputation as the global leader in adult stem cell nutrition.
Following industry-wide recognition a year earlier, Stemtech received national recognition in 2010 by being named to Inc. ‘s coveted Inc. 5,000 list of America’s fastest-growing privately held companies (ranked 1,484 out of over 29 million companies).
Stemtech was named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies for the third time in five years in 2014, and for the second year in a row.
For the third year in a row, Stemtech has been named to the Inc 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies!
If you’re late to the game and want to join Stemtech, you should be aware of some of the issues the company has faced over the years.
Stemtech’s financial problems began in 2012 when Cerule, the company’s provider of a product named StemEnhance, failed to produce an acceptable quantity of this product.
As a result, Stemtech was unable to fulfill its clients’ orders and, as a result, was unable to pay Cerule.
In 2013, Andrew Paul Leonard, a stem cell photographer, won a lawsuit against Stemtech for copyright infringement. The company was forced to pay Leonard $1.6 million.
In the years that followed, it was beset by financial difficulties.
Stemtech was already unable to pay for goods, and it began defaulting on more than $8 million in loans.
It was followed in 2016 by the acrimonious departure of one of the company’s co-founders.
Stemtech’s termination of the contract with Cerule, as well as its refusal to pay the company the amount owed, exacerbated the company’s problems.
Cerule filed a lawsuit against Stemtech as a result of this.
The departure of Dr. Drapeau became even more acrimonious when he founded a company that resembled Stemtech.
Distributors and executives from Stemtech left the company to follow Drapeau.\
The company’s problems, however, were far from over.
In 2017, it was forced to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The following year, it was converted to a Chapter 7.
Carter Jr. left Stemtech in the early part of 2019.
Yes, You can!
There’s a lot that comes along with Stemtech that many people struggle with.
In fact, check out our Top 5 Reason Why Most Network Marketers Fail.
Now, don’t get me wrong…
It’s not impossible to make money with Stemtech, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.
The program that helped skyrocket my online business to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.
Let us take a look at their compensation plan.
When you enroll someone or achieve monthly PPV, you not only receive weekly commission payouts, but you also benefit from:
You will receive 7% to 10% of all of your Business Partners’ monthly orders, up to 7 levels deep, under the Prosperity Bonus Plan.
You will also receive a 1-2-3 percent Infinity Bonus in addition to the reward.
If you sell more than 100 PV in a month, you’ll get a commission of 1% to 10% of your total sales.
If you sell more than 100 PV in a month, you’ll get a commission of 1% to 10% of your total sales.
You’ll get a 2% commission for every VIP customer you sign up.
Most, if not all, MLMs have a complicated compensation plan that uses strange terms and fancy names to make people believe there are numerous ways to profit from this multi-level marketing company.
But the truth is that there are only two things they need to do:
Check out the diagram below to get a better idea how the Stemtech Prosperity Bonus Plan works…
To make a full-time living out of the Stemtech business opportunity, you’d have to be in the top 1% of the company’s earners, according to industry standards.
At the end of the day, you’ll need to attract a large number of people to your offer on a daily basis if you want to grow a substantial business with the potential to become a full-time income.
Stemtech is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Nevertheless it has been given an A+ rank.
Let us take a look at the customer reviews of the Stemtech product, StemRelease 3, on the Amazon website.
Out of 214 global ratings:
The product’s overall star rating is 4.4 out of 5 stars.
If you want to join Stemtech, you have four payment options:
Stemtech recognizes you as an official independent business partner when you purchase this pack.
Access to how-to guides, sales receipts, welcome letters, and marketing collateral are all included.
You register as an independent business partner when you purchase this pack, allowing you to purchase products at wholesale prices.
You’ll also receive promotional materials.
You get all of the benefits of the RCM Wellness Pack when you purchase this pack, plus more products and marketing materials.
The TeamBuilder Pack will have the same benefits as the RCM Wellness and Business Pack, but with more product variety and marketing materials.
They have a lot of happy customers out there, as you can see in the Amazon Customer Reviews. This indicates that their products are both effective and healthy.
Stemtech offers one of the most unique product lines in the MLM industry.
Its health and wellness products are centered on stem cells, as opposed to other health and wellness MLM companies’ efforts to improve overall health.
Multi-level marketing can be a lucrative business, but only a small percentage of those who try succeed. Why? Because it is flawed in the first place.
It appeals to people who have never run a business or sold anything before.
It has the potential to attract unscrupulous individuals who prey on others.
MLM has an image problem as well.
Although not all businesses that use this business model are pyramid scams, it can be difficult to tell the difference between a legitimate business and a scam.
With the exception of the Starter Business Kit ($35), all of Stemtech’s business packs are expensive.
Although they already include Stemtech products and marketing materials, the enrollment fees are still too expensive compared to other companies.
Stemtech’s products are, like those of other MLMs, quite expensive.
Despite the fact that the products are somewhat unique, Stemtech’s products are likely to be prohibitively expensive for many people.
Stemtech does not have an income disclosure.
This is significant because it demonstrates that members are earning money. There isn’t any in this case.
As a result, it’s safe to assume that their members aren’t making much money.
You must reach 100 PV on a monthly basis, which entails selling at least $100 in Stemtech products.
If you are unable to meet this quota, you will have no choice but to purchase the products for personal consumption if you want to remain an active member.
MLM members have no idea that they are the company’s largest customer base because they are guaranteed to buy the company’s products on a regular basis.
Despite the fact that Stemtech is a legitimate company that sells scientifically and medically effective stem cell products, their prices are expensive.
And their business prospects and compensation plan aren’t promising.
It’s evident that the only way to make money is to recruit as many members as possible.
When you consider all of the signs that they’re a pyramid scheme in disguise, it’s clear that this one is not a good deal.
There are numerous other business opportunities available that provide a reliable and long-term
Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!
Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.
Where Stemtech falls short is in scalability.
There’s only so much time in a day and there’s only so many people you can reach to sell by yourself.
MLM companies know this!
Which is why they push so hard for you to recruit for your downline…you can’t get rich with it as a one man/woman show.
But what if you could make even more money off of little local websites without having to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced products and a bunch of time recruiting people to sell under you?
With this digital real estate program, you can make recurring monthly income without constant sales to your friends and constant recruitment!
Sound too good to be true?
Of course it does!
But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!
All you have to do is build and rank a LOCAL website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!
This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.
Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.
A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.
Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!
That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!
See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.
The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to worry about:
Remember with Stemtech, you only get what’s left of the pie if you meet a monthly quota…
The course we recommend actually allows you to collect HUGE FLAT RATE DEALS. Truly passive income!
The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.
You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.
Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Stemtech MLM in our opinion. This group is much more active.
Unlike Stemtech, where you’re getting maybe $10 per sale, you could be getting 10-20X THAT.
A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.
Unlike Stemtech, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.
Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent WITH your friends, NOT selling to them.
Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…
