How Does Sense Financial Work?

If you check out their website, you’ll see that Sense Financial Services wanted to show themselves to be a strong Biblical company adhering to principles like:

“Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity.”

- Proverbs 21:5

and

"A sensible man watches for problems ahead and prepares to meet them."

- Proverbs 27:12

Soon after they opened for business, Sense Financial saw that the majority of Americans didn’t know their investment options, had a lack of control over their retirement funds, and didn’t know how to protect their investments from overt taxation.

Sense Financial Services dealt with these problems by creating the self-directed retirement plans that their clients, who have “checkbook control”, can use to lessen the impact of investment costs and traditional custodian deferrals.

Sense Financial plan owners can exercise their investment options and invest in real estate, trust deeds, mortgage notes and may other types of investments that they prefer.  All of their retirements plans are in full compliance with the IRS.

Pricing Plans

Sadly, it appears that the company doesn’t explain all the aspects of their pricing on their website for their customers.  It’s probably because their fees are dependent on the money their clients will be investing.

Although it does appear that they don’t hide the fact that  people will pay a $1,000 establishment fee for the Solo 401k and a $200 yearly fee starting the following year.

Refunds

For the most part, companies that offer financial and investment services don’t usually offer customers conventional refunds.

No matter how safe financial services companies say any particular investment is, customers should always take it with a grain of salt and know that there is the possibility of losing their money.

Customers will need to speak with their Customer Service department if you feel that you deserve a refund for any investment or management fees that were charged for services rendered by the company.

Customer Service Contact Info

Those customers, who have any questions or complaints and need to get in touch with Customer Service, can reach them by phone at 949-228-9394.  They can also be emailed at contact@SenseFinancial.com or submit them their concerns via the Contact Us link on their website.

Reputation

Fortunately, there are plenty of customer reviews for the services offered by this company so that those looking to be a customer can determine if a particular service is right for them.

It’s not unheard of for companies to offer customers a free consultation for the first time so that these clients can have a sense of what the company can provide for them.

It’s also a good idea for these customers to compare the company to others who offer comparable services.

Competitors

Of course, there are other companies, like Bloom, that offers people services to help them take control of their 401k… and companies like Manulife who help with retirement investments.

For that matter, there are companies that offer Biblically based investment services to show people how to conduct their own financial planning.  Needless to say, there are many financial service options for customers to choose from.

What Is Solo 401K?

In a nutshell, a Solo 401(k) is created as a retirement account for people who are either self-employed or small business owners with only part-time employees, but there are a few distinct differences between a solo 401(k) plan and a conventional one.

We’ll go into these later.

What Is Self Directed IRA?

A Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA) is an Individual Retirement Account that gives you increased control and greater diversification over your investments and retirement savings.

How Does A Solo 401K Compare To A Self Directed IRA?

How Self-Directed IRA and Solo 401k Are Similar:

  • Congress created both for people to save for their retirement
  • They can be used for optional investments like real estate, private company shares and mutual funds.
  • Both accept ROTH investments.
  • You have checkbook control with both for other investments.
  • Neither can be used for investments under I.R.C 408(m).

How Self-Directed IRA and Solo 401k Are Different:

  • You need to be either part-time or full-time self-employeed to start a solo 401k.
  • No self-employment income is needed to open an IRA.
  • You need to use a limited liability company (or Checkbook IRA) to control IRA funds with an IRA checkbook.
  • From the start, solo 401k allows for checkbook control
  • You can’t invest an IRA in life insurance.

I haven't set up a savings account yet, but I can tell you that, after having reviews 4 other 401k companies, I will be using Sense Financial. It's a no brainer.

We decided on a solo 401k plan back when we were in the process of buying a property. Dmitriy and his team were a huge help.

Final Thoughts

I have no doubt that Sense Financial Services LLC is one of the best providers for setting up checkbook IRAs,  solo 401k and a self-directed IRA.  It is a fantastic alternative for those thinking about a retirement plan in order to have more control of their retirement and create financial freedom, especially for those who are self-employed.

Those who are self-employed are usually small business owners who’s time is ruled by there business.  If you are one of those individuals, I’m sure you’re looking for ways to free up your time and have your business run on auto-pilot while creating passive income.

So what is passive income?

Passive Income Investments

Passive income is a revenue stream you create that allows you to earn revenue while not being there for all the day-to-day operations.

How do you do this?

Well, one way is through Digital Real Estate.

Now, before you tune me out… I’m not talking about finding, fixing and flipping houses.

What I’m talking specifically is Local Lead Generation.

What Is Local Lead Generation?

Local Lead Generation is the process of building out a website that attracts customers looking for a specific service, then renting it out to a local business in a specific city.

The thing is, small businesses will always need new customers… and they are willing to pay you handsomely for them.

So, now you’re probably thinking…

How Can I Make Money With It?

It’s pretty simple, really?

When someone looks online for a particular service, let’s say a roof replacement, the first thing they will see at the top of the search engines is your website… for that specific service… in their specific city.

So when they go to your website and call your phone number (displayed prominently on the home page), they will be forward to a local Roofer for a quote.  If the roofer closes on that job, you get 10-20% of the deal.

Now a typical roofing job is around $10,000.

So if you got 10% of that, that would be $1,000.

Now suppose your site got 5 calls per month and your client was able to close 3 of them.

That’s $3,000 to you… per month… from one site!

What if you have 10 of these websites?

On top of that…

You’ll be part of a Facebook Mastermind where you can have any question you have answered, even in real time.

The support they provide will blow you away.

For instance, it’s not unheard of for a group member to scale their business by $20,000 in less than 90 days.

At this point, you probably have a lot more questions…
