Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

And at the end, you'll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Epic Challenge and business acquisition in general.

But most importantly, you'll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made them swear off business acquisition for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

Who Is Roland Frasier?

roland frasier

He now lives in Rancho Santa Fe, California, where he invests in and advises business owners on how to leverage, build, scale, and exit their companies.

What Are Ethical Profits In Crisis Accelerator?

roland frasier review

Ethical Profits in Crisis Accelerator is an 8-week live mentoring program that covers everything you need to know to start accumulating new income streams. It is presented in a series of micro-steps to make it as simple as possible to follow them without becoming overwhelmed or confused.

You will learn how to contact business owners who want to sell their businesses and buy them out using other people's money, similar to what is taught at Acquisitions University.

This model's principle is fairly simple to grasp. Anyone can become an acquisitions entrepreneur in theory, but not everyone is made for it.

That's exactly what I mean.

If you have the perception that it is easier to acquire a company that is already profitable rather than beginning from zero and building it from the ground up, you are mistaken.

It's difficult, risky, and overwhelming in either case. There are several issues to cope with, and depending on your personality, the acquisitions business may or may not be suited for you.

Part of convincing someone that you're the proper person to take over their business and years of hard work is demonstrating your ability to operate their company effectively.

Can You Trust Roland Fraiser's EPIC Accelerator?

The Ethical Profits In Crisis Accelerator is a legitimate training program for purchasing businesses from owners who are keen to get rid of them.

The main idea behind this course is to learn how to identify profitable possibilities and capitalize on them by executing the company acquisitions model in the most effective way possible.

If you've completed Roland Fraiser's EPIC Challenge, you definitely have a fair understanding of what he's all about, but is it really worth thousands of dollars to participate in his Accelerator program?

Maybe is the answer to that question. It is entirely dependent on you, your unique set of abilities and expertise.

A significant portion of this training course is devoted to the use of OPM (Other People's Money) to fund your investments. Yes, they say you don't have to use your own money! You should think about the risks that come with getting involved in anything like that.

What's Inside Roland Frasier's EPIC Accelerator?

roland frasier reviews

This training program is split into two parts. The first is the EPIC Accelerator, which is also the least expensive. The Elite version is the second half of the training. The course is divided into eight weeks of rigorous learning. This is how it looks:

Weeks 1 & 2 - The first step is to start thinking like a dealmaker. It may be difficult at first, especially if you have no relevant experience.

You will have access to a blueprint of 50 deals to help you better comprehend a great deal, and 21 case studies to aid in your learning and growth.

Weeks 3 & 4 – You will gain access to a toolset for analyzing possible deals, 77 sources for obtaining deals, a screening checklist, and a pushbutton deal flow.

Weeks 5 & 6 - 159 strategies for using the "no money down" strategy for business purchases, 5,690 funding sources, a checklist for building a successful offer, and much more.

Weeks 7 & 8 – Post-closing integrations, diligence flowcharts, agreement templates, and a to-do list. It may assist you in ensuring that all of the specifics of your new contract are in place so you can get the most out of the deal.

Let's have a look at what each version of this training program offers.

Epic Accelerator

epic challenge

More than 40 hours of video training focused on everything you need to know about business acquisitions and investing with other people's money.

Throughout the whole 8-week course, you and everyone else in the membership group will have live coaching calls with Roland and his crew.

Thousands of angel investor groups, venture capital groups, private equity funds, and investment bankers are included here.

Despite the fact that you will receive all of this as well as a script outlining exactly how to reach out to these investors, there are no assurances that you will be able to secure funding for your business acquisitions.

On top of that, you'll receive five more bonuses covering the following topics:

1. Growth Consulting. Training on everything you must know to become a consultant and get paid to find amazing offers for interested parties.

2. Earn-In Mastery. Training on the equity business, as well as an agreement template Roland uses to acquire companies.

3. Outsourcing. A guide to delegating and enlisting others to help you with your business.

4. Virtual Deal Wholesaling Training

5. Live one-on-one review. Roland Fraiser's business acquisition team can examine your first deal.

Elite Epic Accelerator

This is the course's more expensive version. It includes everything from the EPIC Accelerator and four additional group coaching calls and four deal completion strategy meetings with course team members, providing you access to some private one-on-one time with them.

It does not end there. You also get three more virtual calls with the CFO (half an hour each), access to Roland's networks, which gives you even more opportunity to close transactions, and high-quality training exclusively for Elite members alone.

It discusses ideas and approaches for increasing the value of your business acquisitions tenfold (some students claim in less than a quarter). The training lasts 48 hours. Finally, you will get access to the five additional bonuses listed below:

1. Jay Abraham Hot Seats. He is a well-known corporate executive and coach.

2. Mastery of Remote Business Operations. Training that covers every aspect of running a home-based business.

3. Portfolio Building Mastery.

4. Mastermind for Advanced M & A.

5. Receive 5 Deal Reviews. Roland's deals team will review up to 5 of your deals. They will assess your transactions and provide recommendations on what may be better, what you did well, and so on.

Pricing: How Much Does Roland Fraiser's EPIC Accelerator Cost?

roland frasier epic challenge

You can have the standard version of the Ethical Profits In Crisis Accelerator for $2,995. It will cost you more if you wish to pay in installments. Here are the two options available to you.

1. Make three separate payments. One right away ($1,149), another in 30 days, and a final one in 60 days. The total amount you need to pay is $3,447.

2. Make two separate payments. Make a down payment of $1,648 now and another in 30 days. With this option, you will have to pay a total of $3,297.

Things are a little different with the Epic Elite Accelerator. You can pay in one lump sum of $6,995, or you can choose one of the following options.

1. Pay three monthly installments. One upfront ($2,862), and two more in 30 and 60 days. The total amount you must pay is $8,046.

2. Pay two monthly installments. You can pay a down payment of $3,848 now and another in 30 days. The total amount you need to pay is $7,696.

If you live in the U.S. or the U.K., you can also apply for PayPal credit.

Can You Get A Refund?

No! There are no refunds available. After you make that initial purchase, you're bound to pay whatever you committed to, whether you later change your mind or not.

In other words, you must be very certain that this is the perfect training course for you because there is no turning back.

What Is The 300 Percent Success Guarantee?

Roland Fraiser will give you extended access to the course if you do not have a 300 percent return on your investment by the end of the EPIC Accelerator course (minus all the live training and mentoring).

This implies that your access to the program is limited to 8 weeks following your purchase, but the access can be extended for up to 24 weeks, giving you additional time to focus on the course curriculum.

Is This Course For Everyone?

If you are not competent in negotiating, marketing yourself, and managing others, which are all traits of a successful business owner, then acquiring companies will be incredibly difficult. Seventy-five percent of venture capital purchases fail, according to Small Business Administration. Moreover, Harvard Business Review said that acquisitions and mergers have a 70-90% fail rate.

It doesn't matter how good Roland Fraiser's EPIC Accelerator is if you're not ready to learn all of these talents.

That's why, if you've never tried your hand at entrepreneurship, I feel it's far better to start your own business than to buy someone else's.

The number of abilities you will gain along the way cannot be summed up in this or any other training course on how to acquire businesses.

Can You Make Money With Roland Frasier's Epic Challenge?

Yes, you can! You can Roland's exact strategies to buy a digital marketing agency, an accounting firm, or even a beauty and skincare company.

But...

There's a lot that comes along with business acquisition that many people struggle with.

Now, don't get the wrong idea...

It's not impossible to make money with business acquisition, but if you're gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn't easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you're learning the ropes.

The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.

Is Roland Frasier's Epic Challenge A Scam?

Scam or Legit

Epic Challenge is not a scam. It will help you buy a profitable business.

It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful business acquisition... But there are better ways to build a business other than with business acquisition.

Our #1 pick proves this.

Because unlike Epic Challenge, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.

Is Roland Frasier's Epic Challenge Legitimate?

Epic Challenge is legitimate.

But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

Keep in mind, I don't get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think business acquisition is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2024?

Digital Leasing

Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!

Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.

Yup, Digital Leasing!

Where Epic Challenge falls short is in profitability.

You can’t realistically expect to be able to make any REAL passive income when you’re ACTIVELY working someone else's business.

But what if you leverage it?

With this Digital Leasing program, you can have the ability to completely walk away from manual labor!

Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!

This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.

How do you get paid and how much?

Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.

A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.

Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 20 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!

That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $1000 a month!

See why they call it Digital Leasing now? That’s a rent payment.

The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to answer the phone…all you have to do is get the phone to ring.

Remember Epic Challenge and all the small profit margins?

This one actually allows you to collect that without working in a brick and mortar business all day. Truly passive income!

The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.

You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.

Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and be in a community with others on the same journey as you.

Unlike Epic Challenge, where you have to keep trading your time for money over and over…. You can finally get on the financially free side of life. A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding Digital Leasing.

Unlike Epic Challenge, more people have been able to become financially free as well.

Digital Leasing allows you to have passive income with most of your day being spent OUT of the brick and mortar landscape.

Now, I know you probably have tons of questions… So, check this out to learn more.
