But how did he make his money?

The one thing that’s well-known about ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWs) – the folks worth at least $30 million USD – is that virtually ALL of them have some part of their fortune in real estate.

Many of the more famous rich people and “celebrity entrepreneurs” actually got their start in real estate. And that’s great for them! Not so much for us…

See, more millionaires are created during recessions than any other part of the economic cycle. Which is cool, except the last real recession was 2008, when real estate prices were in the tank and you could buy a whole neighborhood with $100,000.

Now, though, real estate prices are through the roof, and interest rates are skyrocketing too. So how does the everyday person start building a massive net worth in an economy like this one?

Have you considered Digital Real Estate?

The internet’s been around for decades, but the possibility of actually owning high-value pieces of property ON the internet is fairly new. In other words, it’s a wide open playing field…but it won’t stay that way forever.

Here’s a quick summary of how Digital Real Estate works: You invest a little money (maybe around $100) to either purchase or build a piece of “land” on the internet.

You specifically place this “land” in a high-traffic area, where lots of people pass through (just like traditional real estate, it’s all about Location, Location, Location).

The folks who pass through your “land” all happen to be looking for a specific product or service, so you “rent” your land to a business owner who happens to offer that product or service.

The business owner pays you $500 to $2,000 a month to “rent” your Digital Real Estate, because it helps them connect with their ideal customers. Think of it like buying a strip mall, or an office space, just on the internet, for WAAAAYYY less money and headache.

In addition to being a well-known drummer with the Beatles, Sir Richard Starkey (a.k.a. Ringo Starr) was also a singer, composer, and actor from England.

He would occasionally lead the group’s vocals on one song every album. He’s also had a successful solo career for a long time. Ringo Starr is worth $350 million, according to the latest estimates.

He sung lead vocals on “Yellow Submarine” & “With a Little Help from My Friends” on each of the band’s albums. Some of his other songs include “Don’t Pass Me By,” which he co-wrote with John Lennon, and “Octopus’s Garden,” which Lennon co-wrote with him.

First band: Eddie Clayton Skiffle Group, formed in 1957; obtained numerous high-profile gigs before the trend fell to American rock and roll in early 1958. Ringo Starr was a member of Rory Storm and the Hurricanes in 1960 when the Beatles formed.

The Hurricanes had been a minor hit in the United Kingdom and Hamburg before he was asked to join the Beatles as Pete Best’s replacement in August 1962.

early Life

Richard Starkey, better known as Ringo Starr, was born in Liverpool, England, on July 7, 1940. Gleave is the sole child of two confectioners Richard Starkey and Elsie Gleave.

He was in a coma for many days after contracting peritonitis. He spent the first year of his recuperation away from home at Liverpool’s Myrtle Street Children’s Hospital.

As a result, when he was eight years old, Ringo was unable to read or write. For several years, he was tutored twice a week and that helped him catch up in school. Ringo had TB in 1953 and spent two years in a sanatorium. Starr’s stepfather Harry Graves, a major band enthusiast, married his mother in 1954, a year before Ringo was born. He introduced Dinah Shore, Sarah Vaughan, and Billy Daniels albums to Ringo.

At Henry Hunt and Son, an equipment maker in Liverpool, Roy Trafford met the young apprentice machinist. As soon as Ringo and Trafford started working together, they began practicing tunes during their lunch break. Ringo received a used drum set from Graves for Christmas in 1957.

Rory Storm and the Hurricanes were among the local bands Ringo joined in the following years as he honed his drumming abilities. He got his nickname of Ringo Starr at this time.

Ringo Star wed Maureen Cox in 1965. The Beatles’ manager, Brian Epstein was then his best man. Zak Starkey, Jason Starkey, and Lee Starkey were the names of the three children the couple had together.

In 1975, as a result of Starr’s frequent infidelity, the couple filed for divorce. His fellow Beatle George Harrison as well as his stepfather were witnesses. His current wife is Barbara Bach.

In 1962, he became the Beatles’ drummer, replacing Pete Best. Modern percussionists frequently credit his unusual style of drumming, which he developed as a result of playing a right-handed instrument with his left hand.

The Beatles tracks’ “With a Little Help from My Friends,” “Good Night,” “I Wanna Be Your Man,” “Boys” and their rendition of “Act Naturally” were all sung by Paul McCartney. In addition to “Don’t Pass Me By,” Starr wrote “Octopus’s Garden,” and a lot of The Beatles songs.

Richard Starr released his fifteen studio albums and embarked on a solo career after the dissolution of the Beatles in 1970. Paul McCartney was one of the musicians he cooperated with.

A number of movies featuring him have been made both when he was a member of the Beatles and after they split up. Over the course of two seasons, he provided narration for both “Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends” as well as “Shining Time Station,” for which he was nominated for an Emmy.

In addition to several iterations of Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band, Starr’s solo career began and with a variety of other artists. As a part of the Beatles and as a solo artist, he is one of just 21 performers to have been voted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame more than once. Although The Beatles broke up, he did not stop making music.

A year later, in 1998, he was inducted into the prestigious Modern Drummer Hall of Fame. According to readers’ votes in 2011, Starr was ranked as the fifth best drummer of all time by Rolling Stone.

He is the world’s wealthiest drummer. For his contribution to rock and roll music, Ringo Starr was awarded the Award for Musical Excellence in 2015 in Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
