Rachel Rofe’s offerings aren’t too different from most print on demand courses.

Sure, their marketing makes some great promise you haven’t heard from the other POD gurus, but at the end of the day, no magic bullet overcomes the massive pitfalls of this business model.

Let’s get something clear:

There is NOTHING passive about Print On Demand, no matter how well most course creators sell the dream.

If you want that travel-the-world-making-money-while-you-sleep-laptop-lifestyle, Print On Demand isn’t for you.

To run a successful Ecom business, you need to be constantly on the lookout for new products.

Scouring the internet for hot trends and trying to find the next fidget spinner will take hours out of your day.

Not to mention, it’s not enough to just have the hot new product…

You also need to get the customers.

That means ads…

Lots and lots of ads…

Testing, tweaking, targeting, spending thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars before breaking even.

Not to mention, Facebook hates Ecom, meaning one of your top traffic sources could shut you down at any time.

Rachel’s website claims she’s been featured in Entrepreneur, Huffington Post, Fox News, and CNN, but I couldn’t find any confirmation from other sources.

Rachel Rofe dabbles in many aspects of dropshipping, but focuses most of her time on “print on demand” products to make money online.

She has a website dedicated to offering tips and tricks, and she often shares the tools she uses to help students turn their online businesses into a successful business – holding their hand through the entire process.

Rachel has been selling online since 1997(!) and been a full time marketer since 2006.

She has done some affiliate marketing (where she allegedly made $10,000 a month), and has sold multiple enterprises, many of which were valued at $50,000 or more.

And, as so many folks are doing these days, she has started a podcast: “A Better Life, with Rachel Rofe.”

What Is Low Hanging System?

The Low Hanging System is a course that will teach you how to build an eCommerce business using Print on Demand (POD).

This includes selling mugs, posters, pillow covers, jewelry, and other items on all major online sales sites such as eBay, Amazon, and Etsy…apparently, all without spending any money.

Low Hanging System also includes software for finding profitable niches and works alongside the GearBubble infrastructure.

The nice thing about POD is that you don’t have to build anything until you get an order, and there’s no inventory to store, which saves you physical room and money.

The Low Hanging System will teach you all you need to know, including how to discover manufacturers and design ideas (if you can’t come up with anything on your own).

The issue with this specific business modelis that it is oversaturated.

Because building an eCommerce brand has gone so mainstream, it might be challenging to get your new online business noticed by potential buyers.

The competition is intense, and if you’re not passionate about your business, you’re unlikely to be prepared to commit the money and time required to succeed.

POD is a legitimate business concept, but I want to avoid dealing with customer service, complaints, and refunds.

As a result, I believe there are more viable and cost-effective options for beginners to begin making passive money online.

What Is GearBubble?

GearBubble is both a print-on-demand company and an internet marketplace that will dropship your products and fulfill all of your orders.

It is owned and operated by Don Wilson, Rachel’s boyfriend.

It is a little concerning that they are mixing romance and business…what happens if they have a messy breakup? Could Don decide to remove Low Hanging System from its critical infrastructure?

Or perhaps both services rely on the other for income, and it would be too expensive to split apart at this point.

Either way, I believe it is worth noting for the consumer.

What’s Inside Rachel Rofe’s Programs?

The Low Hanging Strategy is a seven-step system that teaches you how to develop a Print on Demand business.

Your inventory can include mugs with text quotations printed on them, and can be sold on all of the main e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and others.

Let’s go over the seven steps.

Module 1: Identify Profitable Niche

The Low Hanging System teaches you how to identify successful niches that have previously been proven to generate income and sales. It uses the SpotWins software, which can rapidly and efficiently locate these niches.

Module 2: Look For Inspirational Phrases

This part of the course teaches you how to select catchy phrases to slap on mugs or any physical object you want.

The program also includes a Holiday Guide, which is helpful because holidays are a huge profit-booster for these kind of businesses.

The “Watch Me Get Sales” case study is also provided, which is an over-the-shoulder observation on how to make all this come to life.

Module 3: Create An Account On The GearBubble Website

This section of the tutorial demonstrates how to create an account on GearBubble.

GearBubble, as mentioned, is where your items will be printed and shipped from, as well as an external e-commerce site where you make the sales.

Module 4: Finding And Using Keywords

This part will demonstrate how to find and use keywords on all e-commerce platforms so that customers may find and purchase your products.

In my opinion, this is the most crucial information included in the Low Hanging System.

With this one-click connectivity, you can quickly and easily reach millions of potential clients.

SpotWins And SpotNiches Software

You may be able to use the SpotWins and SpotNiches software depending on whatever version of the Low Hanging System you purchase (there are multiple packages that vary in price).

While software can be useful, it is not required, and there are manual ways taught for locating the same item that software finds; it simply takes a bit longer.

My point is that you don’t need the software to be successful with the Low Hanging System.

It’s likely that Rofe is getting affiliate money from sign-ups for this software.

Design Forecaster Software

The design forecaster program predicts how many designs you will need to launch each day to fulfill your sales targets.

Again, it is not a required part of success, and is likely an affiliate of Rofe’s.

5 Boxes Of Free Mugs

To get you started, the Low Hanging System comes with five boxes of free mugs.

Each box contains 36 mugs, for a total of 180 mugs that you may give away for free.

The average profit per mug is roughly $14, so that’s nearly $2,500 handed out…so, maybe you’ll want to sell some of those once you get your name out there.

Free “Done For You” Designs

Speaking of designs, the Low Hanging System includes 100 done-for-you designs that you can use on whatever product you choose, such as mugs, jewelry, or pillow cases.

This is a decent pitch, but realistically most of these designs are going to already be in use with out students and their stores.

You need to stand out in the world of sales.

Holiday Success Blueprint

As previously mentioned, the holidays are a significant sales-producer in this business, and the Holiday Success Blueprint is a really nice tool that will help you make the most of specific holidays like Christmas, Easter, or Halloween.

Inventory Management

The Low Hanging System has an inventory management feature that may help you determine your inventory and track sales and orders.

Mini Income Streams Program

You may have noticed some Mini Income Streams reviews popping up in searches for Rachel.

Realistically, this program is nothing revolutionary.

The Mini Income Streams webinar is just that – a webinar that talks about how she earns a bunch of money from a large quantity of small sales.

This is the opposite of “high-ticket sales”, and is pretty much what she’s already doing and teaching, as seen in this review and our Low Hanging System review.

What Does The Internet Have To Say?

There are some warning signs from customers:

“I purchased it. I’m telling you now don’t do it.

After buying the system and joining the fb group of over 7000 members I quickly saw how many of them were struggling to sell their mugs and how many of them were having their accounts suspended by amazon. Most sellers couldn’t sell on eBay and many stores were being closed. They are limited to selling on etsy.

I quickly saw I’d been duped. Moderators control the fb group you can’t say things like ‘i don’t think this can work’ I asked for a refund on the basis that we could only sell on etsy and i couldn’t sell on Amazon and eBay.

I wondered if having thousands of sellers trying to hit big bucks by selling mugs (profit 1 to 5 bucks) is annoying to megaplatforms like Amazon and eBay. They suspend alot of their accounts and quite a few don’t get them back. Its become a normal problem for them.

Rachel Rofe is making a killing off these poor buggers. Her partner owns gearbubble and she own custom house so she profits off every mug sold. Staff are outsourced and are pretty poor at customer service. Sellers celebrate their first sale though and neglect to mention they spent a grand to sell a mug for 5 bucks profit.

Its not sustainable. They won’t refund you. I asked just to cancel my plan no reply. I have to cancel my card so they stop taking monthly payments. They won’t even let me cancel the system. I don’t like how untruthful they were about the problems they all face.”

It seems the majority are negative:

“When it comes to print-on-demand courses, I can say that Low Hanging System doesn’t stand out much.

And no matter how fantastic Rachel’s marketing promises are, there’s still no such thing as a band-aid solution that can instantly patch up the tremendous flaws of this business model.

Let’s be clear: Print on Demand is NOT passive, despite how convincingly most course authors portray it. Selling products isn’t for people who wish to be able to travel the world and earn money as they sleep.

If you want to succeed in the Ecom industry, you must always be on the lookout for innovative items. And looking for the latest hot fad or the next fidget spinner will certainly lose hours of your day.

In the end, even if you get the latest and greatest thing to pop on the market, it’s simply not enough. Getting consumers is the most important, at the same time, the most challenging aspect of any business plan.

There are probably tons of ads… Spending tens of thousands of dollars on research and development before seeing any return on investment is a common occurrence.

I want to add that Facebook hates Ecom dropshippers, which means one of your most important traffic sources could shut you down at any time!

When that happens, expect a high level of stress, little money, and a lot of lost time. Such effort could have been spent in other, more worthwhile ways to live the life you really want.”

“I watched her closely and don’t believe a word she said. They make it sound so easy. There are many of these scammers on the internet taking advantage of people. I am an author and have been struggling to sell my book since its release in October 2020.

I wrote to over 3,000 US universities and colleges encouraging them to purchase a copy for their collection. I am very good in my area of history. I am trying to find ways to monetize my knowledge and also trying to have passive income streams.”

Is Rachel Rofe A Scammer?

So, is Rachel Rofe a scam?

Not technically.

You can make money with this program, but it’s definitely not as easy as she makes it sound.

There’s a ton of work to be done upfront, no real guarantee of success, and – most importantly – you need to do a ton of volume to make any real money.

Now, there’s nothing wrong with front-loading the work and making the money later.

But if you’re grinding it out for 3 months, $3-5k in the hole on ads (because that whole “get started with $5 a day” thing is total BS) and then your reward is 15% profit on a $12 product (which comes out to $1.80), it’s not really worth it.

You can ask questions ahead of time, and they may be featured in forthcoming webinars, giving you at least a simulation of one-on-one coaching.

Rachel Rofe’s Refund Policy

According to their terms of service, Low Hanging System does not provide returns. It expressly specifies that no payments are refundable.

Rachel Rofe used to give a money-back guarantee, but her policy has now altered. In other words, if you decide to invest in the Low Hanging System and are disappointed, don’t expect to get your money back.

Every sale is final.

It also appears that they won’t even guarantee that their site will function properly, or not give you viruses.
