Q Sciences is a health and nutrition Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company co-founded by Jake Spencer and Daren Hogge – although some research indicates a guy named Marc Wilson may be the CEO of the Q Sciences company. Weird.

This company appears to offer products to boost brain function and cholesterol level health, along with weight management and skin creams. In addition to weight loss, they also claim that digestive health may be improved.

Q Sciences, like other Multi Level Marketing companies, pay a referral fee or (commissions) when you make sales to clients.

The commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total sales value.

This percentage increases as sales increase, as determined by the sales volume mentioned here:

• Earnings from 1 to 500 GV would result in a 15% retail revenue commission rate.
  Earnings from 501 to 1000 GV would result in a 20% retail sales commission rate.
  If you have 1001 or more GV, you can receive a 25% retail sales commission rate.

“Hey dude I’m actually apart of Q Sciences so I can give you the whole honest spill. Q Sciences started out as a “white coat company”. This means that their products were only available through doctor offices, therapists, chiropractors, etc. The founder wanted to expand the company, so he was looking into ways to do this. He came upon Jake Spencer, who has worked with multiple mlm companies. Spencer said he wanted to try the products first and see what he’s getting into. Without making any claims, Spencer saw vast improvements in his child’s behavior while taking Q Core Max (this is the flagship product of this company). Spencer then agreed to become apart of the company, only if a lot of changes were made. This is when the company shifted out of white coat and into mlm. Over time, the company grew and came out with a vast number of products. They hired doctors to make their products as great as possible. “Dr. K” is one of these doctors. He was also a senior editor or WebMd. Later on, the company came out with their CBD line in like October of 2018. This made the company grow about 400% in sales.

Now that I’ve told you the background of the company I’ll get into the actual mlm part and rate its “cult” level. I’m going to explain my personal experience and how I became apart of this company. My best friend since high school messaged me and told me how she’s trying to make money doing this side gig with her mom. Being a nursing student with literally no time on my hands to work and make money, I was interested. We went to a kava bar together and she explained the products and let me try her CBD oil that she bought from them. I loved it. I used to be a major pot head but had to quit so I’ve been making up for the missed feeling by drinking kava and kratom. But the CBD oil gave me the relaxed, warm feeling that weed used to. Once she told me that I can get the oil for free, I immediately agreed to go to her mom’s little “launch meeting”. When I went to the meeting, her mom had snacks and a slide show set up. She also had a lot of samples for us to take home. You bet ur ass a I grabbed a handful of the CBD lol. I’ve always heard of the horror stories of mlm meetings and how they shove it down your throat, so I was kind of nervous. Surprisingly, all the meeting was was her mom going through the slide show explaining the back ground of the company, the ingredients of each product, why the CBD is superior to others, how to buy product, and explained the comp plan (how you make money) to anyone who was interested. After that, every one ate, caught up with each other, and went home. I was actually surprised at how nonchalant it was. I agreed to become apart of the company and she launched me that night.

To join, I had to pay a fee of 70$. This gave me access to my personal website, sample packs, and a background check. To make money every month, you have to have an auto ship of 100pv a month, which is around 120$ a month. When I saw that I was like “oh shit I’m so broke I’m going to regret this” and my friend’s mom explained to me that that’s how she felt too and didn’t understand how she was going to make money if she had to spend 120$ every month. But, once you find two people to put below you (typical mlm), your monthly 100pv is free every month. After you get two ambassadors, you try to get as many preferred customers as you can. these are people who just want product every month. You make money by getting commission off of your PC purchases and the purchases from the two people underneath you. You can get up to 30% of the commission sales, which really adds up because most products are around 70-100$. You also get paid from your “network” as well as just commission. The more people that are selling underneath you, the bigger your bonuses are every month. I joined this company in January and I’ve already made a profit of 400$. Another great thing is that once you pay your 70$ launch fee, you’re in. you don’t have to sell a certain amount or anything to stay apart of the company. the 70$ lasts two years, what you do once you’re in is all up to you.

How culty is this company? I think that all really depends on your area and how intense everyone is about the company. In my area, we all meet up about once a month and talk about what’s been going on , how to improve sales, and any questions. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or forced into stuff. What I will say though is that I was lazy at first. I didn’t want to talk to people about joining bc I don’t know a single person who would say yes. So my friend’s mom and the person above her would message me like once a week about my progress and any hopefuls. I mean that was annoying, but once I found my own two people I’m pretty much just on my own.

Now about the products!!! I agree when you say that you can’t find any information on them online. That’s because us ambassadors are who give you that information! Ambassadors get a website and app for their phone that has PDFs and videos for every product that includes ingredients, effects, and how it all works. You should have your friend message you some PDFs of their favorite products so you can learn about them. Or hell, I could just post some here if you’d like. I’ve used the Q Core Q Max, Q Focus drink powder, and the CBD oil. I can honestly tell a difference in my mood and focus because of these products. But that’s because I have ADHD and people with ADHD typically have deficiencies in amino acids, and the Q Core Q Max contains a huge amount of amino acids.”

“You can get cheaper vitamins and supplements from a pharmacy or on Amazon. And if the products were so good, the pharmaceutical industry would be all over that good stuff.

I’m happy for you if things work out, but at the end of the day, for people to make money, a whole lot of them have to lose money. Let’s say my friend recruits 2 friends. Those two friends have to find two friends to make money. Who then have to find two people. At some point, there will be no more friends to recruit. There is no such thing as an endless chain. The people who get in early get to profit from newer recruits, and those at the bottom lose money and quit. That’s why mlm are fundamentally unethical. “So you put two people below you and they put two people each below them (typical mlm run as a pyramid scheme) but that line ends somewhere and you end up with tonnes of people finding it difficult to recruit. Seen it all before but I doubt anything I say is going to convince you since you’re already brainwashed by the cult that’s claiming to have some world changing elixir bullshit that can’t be sold in shops for some reason.”

Here comes another bad one:

“Worst customer service ever!I honestly would only give them a star cause the actual product tastes good. But i order an ultra lean whey protein and qrev pre-workout. Received completely different products and when I called, the reps only focus was me getting her back the incorrect product/fixing their mistake! When I asked about the items I actually ordered and paid for she said they needed to receive the products I received and my products from the person they were wrongly delivered to keep in mind this is all during Covid!

So my understanding is Ill be receiving product that *** or *** not be tampered with from a stranger. I had no other options they asked me to send a picture to support which I did immediately. After a week of not hearing anything I call again, they again show full support of me returning their product asking again for an email which I sent with receipt of the first time it was requested, again theyll get me the return label and send out my order as soon as they get their product back. Another 2weeks passes (I was out of town) and still nothing!

Im furious, call again, they say they sent the return label, we confirmed email, checked junk etc. says hes going to send it tomorrow personally and follow-up personally. 3 days later I call and literally nothing has been done!!! I spoke with **** who literally felt sorry for me and walked to **** responsible for sending the return label and gives me a call back letting me now she personally sent it FINALLY! But still, a month later I still dont have the product I ordered and am suppose to be working through their challenge, this was the worst handling of any transaction I have EVER experienced!!! Im still shocked I had to jump through hoops to get this company back their product they accidentally sent me, correcting their mistake! And no exception to get me what I ordered was made. No discount, no exceptions, no nothing. HORRiBLE!”

The products have literally changed my life. I had years of misdiagnosis. Thought I was getting answers and then started going backwards really quickly. “When I signed up for membership a year ago I never signed anything that said yearly membership fee will get taken out. I had $65 taken out without consent or a email warning so I could’ve got a heads up to call to avoid this. I had to reach out via email and they apologized and said it was for a renewal fee. I requested to cancell my membership due to getting pregnant shortly after and wasn’t able to use my account at all since signing up. So they deactivated it and sent the money back. Today 3 months later I check my bank and they pulled out $65 AGAIN without ANYconsent. And from the emails they sent they completely turned off my account and apologized. This company has overdrafts my account TWICE. This account isn’t used anymore so there is no funds. They took $65 again overdrafted me and now I have to reach out again !! Why does this company steal money without consent ?! I heard alot of good things about QSciences ! But I never heard they loke to take money from your account with put any consent and any email warning!! This is WRONG!!!”

“This page is full of reviews by the employees of this multi level marketing scam. I, like many others with honest complaints, purchased these products once to support a friend. I was not presented with any terms nor did I sign anything authorizing my membership into the pyramid scam. I did not create my own online account nor electronically accept any terms, or even enter my own credit card info for that matter. I was not told that in order to purchase products I needed to become a sales agent. Nevertheless, to my surprise, less than 2 weeks after receiving my presumed one time order, I get an email confirming my autoship replenishment order has been processed, and my credit card was charged. It’s very clear this company is aware of their scam because there’s even a customer service phone menu option dedicated to concerns about autoship. It doesn’t even matter what I think of the products, because their business practices are beyond unethical and fraudulent.”
