You just need to find motivated sellers and buy and sell homes.

There are, of course, superior programs that can help you make a lot more money.

All offers you do, including ones where you do a lot of the grunt work, are divided 50/50 with Phil.

Finally, Phil appears to be hiring new apprentices, albeit the site page hasn't been updated in a long time.

Can You Make Money As A Real Estate Investor?

This is subjective. This program and mentorship will produce money for someone, but who?

This isn't for the average Joe. Also, how much money do you think you'll make if you have to give him half?

However, if you're going to put in the time and effort to become a real estate investor (which isn't easy), you might as well make some money.

Is Freedom Mentor Legit?

It is truly a legitimate real estate investing mentoring system that will assist students in growing their businesses or starting their own.

But I don't recommend this program for the reasons listed below.

  • First, I think it's overpriced for what it delivers. What stops students from buying a learning book and investing in their own?
  • To make concerns worse, there is no sign that either critical or positive ratings have been fabricated to make the organization appear good or terrible.
  • Third, the 50/50 share, along with the luxury costs, makes me doubt that anyone will get their money back as fast as they want.

But there are several ways to start a business.

Undeniably, there are better ways to become a real estate investor than Freedom Mentor.
