Open Door Capital Texas 3-Pack
Located in the Houston and Austin metropolitan statistical areas, the Texas 3-Pack totals 673 apartments. The fixed interest rate for Open Door Capital with Disrupt Equity is 3.8 percent.
For the first seven years, you'll pay nothing but interest, and its expected rate of return is between 16 and 18 percent each year. The Texas Three-Pack requires a minimum investment of $100,000 but has a hold period of 5-10 years.

Open Door Capital's most important investors (the ones with the most money) are invited to join the private Cabana Club. As you may expect, a minimum investment threshold must be reached before you can join this exclusive club.
