That said, with all the research I've done on various courses and business models, I want this review to be the last one you'll need to read about Sean Kochel and his Online Landlord Biz program. 

I also know your time is precious to you so I plan on getting you through this in about 15 minutes tops, because I don’t want you running the risk of losing thousands of dollars or the respect of you family by falling for another on of those pie in the sky programs that you always see on TikTok.

  • Potential for High Income: Students in the course are reporting income in the range of 5,000 - 10,000 per month in Is little as 90 - 180 days, which means you'll be able to create long-term income without taking years. 
CONS
  • Risks with Paid Advertising: Paid advertising on Google and Facebook can be risky with high ad costs, so you will need someone with experience to show you how to mitigate those risks. 
  • Time Investment for SEO: The program does cover Search Engine Optimization and can take time, which means you'll need to be patient while your sites find their place with Google.
  • Course Cost: I'm not able to find anything online about the cost of the course, so you will need to schedule a time to speak with a coach about that.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

I know a lot of you out there just like watching the 10-minute highlight reels rather than sitting through the entire game, so for you guys, I’d like to talk about whether or not it would be a good idea to get involved with Online Landlord Biz. 

It’s not a big secret, as I’m sure you already know from my other reviews, but I really like the Lead Generation and Social Media Marketing business models so long as the underlying teaching is sound and you get more than just training on Google and Facebook ads. 

So, that being said, I don’t think you can go wrong with Online Landlord Biz for a few reasons. 

Sean Kochel has been making money from the business model for over 5 years now, and his business is growing every day. Adding Joshua T. Osborne into the mix, you have a recipe for success that I haven’t seen in too many other programs like this. 

You’re probably wondering if Sean is just repackaging material that he’s learned from other courses. 

While this may be the case for many course creators in the industry, it’s not the case for Sean.  The way he teaches his material is done in such a way that you’re able to pick up on relatively difficult concepts, like you were born for this business. Though it will take getting your hands dirty.

It’s like going fishing early on a Saturday morning when the fish are biting and expecting a big haul without even baiting your hook. 

You’ll find many programs that will teach you one or two concepts here and there, and some will teach them so well that you’ll make some money right out of the gate, as I talk about in this Local Marketing Vault review

The only problem is that they give you the tools that you need for a quick win, but maybe not the tools you’ll need to do some troubleshooting when the wheels fall off in the middle of a campaign. 

Sean and Josh not only give you the toolbox you need to do this business, they also give you the entire hardware store and even a few guides to take you directly to the aisle for the specific tool that you forgot the name of. 

So, if you think it’s time to get started on something that can make a drastic improvement on your income, Online Landlord Biz is for you. 

If you want to kick a few more tires, then let’s look at the type of person that this would benefit the most and who should keep looking…
