What Is Nimble CRM?

Nimble is founded by Jon. V. Ferrara, most widely known as the co-founder of the popular Goldmine CRM system.

Unlike Goldmine, however, Nimble operates in a web browser instead of natively, and it seeks to go beyond the range of regular contact management, by allowing people to:

  • surface formerly unknown info about leads working with a “smart contacts” app
  • incorporate social networking information instantly into the CRM

In this review, we’re going to see if this CRM lives up to the hype.

What Is CRM?

CRM (customer relationship management) software is chiefly utilized for managing relationships with existing and potential customers, assisting you to transform leads into customers and keep your current customers happy.

Along with this particular primary feature, most CRM methods are intended to allow you to make a selection of additional helpful business jobs, for example:

  • store and segment contacts
  • view a communications history between your business and your clients/prospects
  • manage and assign tasks
  • manage a sales pipeline
  • manage calendars
  • deal with customer inquiries

How Much Does Nimble Cost?

Nimble has a 14-day trial, which doesn’t need a credit card. After the trial, you can move up to a paid membership.

Nimble’s Business plan is priced at $15 per month per user with 5GB of storage, unlimited deals and communication history, several e-mail accounts, and limitless third-party integrations.

For an additional $10 per month, you can have extra 10,000 contacts, and for $25 per month, you will get an added 25GB of file storage space.

This places it within the same ballpark cost-wise as the mid-level or entry-level plans of top CRM solutions and business apps.

The Salesforce starter plan, for instance, costs $25 per user monthly; Zoho CRM’s specialist program costs $20 per user monthly, and Capsule starts at $18 monthly.

Contact Management In Nimble

We will begin with a fundamental feature of all CRM systems: contact management. Nimble enables you to host as many as 25,000 contacts; if you exceed this, a charge of an extra $12 per month per additional 10,000 contacts applies.

There’s no limit to the quantity of contacts you can keep on the system.

Importing contacts

You can import data from a range of options into Nimble, including:

  • Gmail
  • Twitter
  • CSV
  • LinkedIn (CSV)
  • vCard
  • Outlook

Additionally, because of integration with PieSync, you can import and sync information from an extensive range of third-party web apps, including huge hitters like Mailchimp, Getresponse, and Xero.

Nimble’s "Today" Page Dashboard

A Nimble feature well worth drawing interest to is its “Today” page dash panel.

This gives you an overview of your upcoming tasks, offers, and engagement potentials (according to social media mentions). It additionally “surfaces” vital contacts that you want to meet and be in touch with, dependent on keyword phrases that you put in Nimble’s configurations.

The “Today Page” is widget-based, which means that you can organize your information on the page as you like and surface the info that’s most crucial to you.

Getting Social With Your Contacts

When it was first introduced, a good marketing point of Nimble was how it enabled you to see the social networking info associated with your contacts without needing to leave your CRM tool.

This feature is great when you begin using Nimble.

Nimble’s Prospector App

One of the most helpful elements in Nimble is its Prospector App. This is an extension that plugs into Safari, Chrome, or Firefox (it is also offered as a mobile app for both iOS & Android).

Whether you are in your inbox, on a Facebook page, or simply browsing a set of Google Search results, you can simply hover over a contact or the business name, and the Prospector App will immediately provide as much social info as it can find about them.

Contact Capture

There are two mini Nimble CRM features associated with contact capture, which are really worth flagging up because of their “niftiness” value.

The first is Nimble’s “e-mail signature capture.” If you’re a Gmail user, you will appreciate Nimble’s potential to parse e-mail signatures to quickly produce and update contacts while you are on an e-mail thread.

The second is Nimble’s mobile business card scanner functionality. This enables you to scan business cards in a mobile app to produce contact records while you are on the move.

Enrichment Credits

A feature recently released by Nimble is “enrichment credits.”

This lets you go to a company’s site and, utilizing an option on the “Prospector” app, access contact details for individuals at that business that may not be apparent on its site.

People surfaced by this device could be added in immediately on your Nimble contacts.

Nimble And Communications History

For me, one of the greatest things about Nimble is how it handles communications history. So long as you are using an IMAP e-mail account or Gmail, it is going to keep a log of communications involving contacts and users automatically.

Nimble’s "Unified Inbox"

A Nimble feature that sounds fantastic on paper—but unfortunately performs less effectively in practice—is its “unified inbox” concept.

The initial thought behind this was allowing you to communicate with contacts in one spot, no matter whether or not they happen to be on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and good traditional e-mail.

Task Management

Nimble deals with task management well—it enables you to create tasks, assign them to various other users, or connect them with certain deals and contacts.

Calendar Management

In Nimble, you can often use the integrated calendar, or in case you are an Office 365 or Google Apps user, you can access your Google Calendar immediately within the app.

Using Sync with these calendars and Nimble is two-way, and that is invaluable and usually means Nimble steals a march on other CRM items in this specific area.

Also fantastic is how clicking with a contact’s “Activities” tab will show any meetings in your calendar that you have already had and intend to have with that individual.

Integrations

As discussed earlier, Nimble integrates with key products like Office 365 and G Suite from the box; it is also got built-in Twitter, Mailchimp, and Wufoo integrations. For any other apps, you will have to utilize a third-party “sync” application as Zapier or PieSync.

Fortunately, Nimble partners with PieSync to offer a broad range of integrations (50+) for primary business apps, including Quickbooks, Xero, Getresponse, and Mailchimp.

I have not tried all of them out.

Therefore, I cannot vouch for the caliber of each, but the reality that these are official integrations must, in theory, mean they have a pretty high standard.

Nimble CRM Review Summary

We love to be your primary review source that help you make smart buying decisions so here’s the summary:

Nimble has a great deal going for it.

It is reasonably cheap; it integrates well with Office 365 and Google Apps, and how it manages communication history is excellent.

Furthermore, its Smart Contact App helps make adding relationships to CRM very simple.

Nimble lets you to see your communication history, present interactions, and scheduled emails and updates in the context of your company objectives—all in one place.

It is an excellent option for any business that would like to up its social networking game.

The primary point it is lacking is marketing automation—it will be good to have the ability to handle e-mail marketing and advertising strategies and autoresponders directly within Nimble.

And also, the way it exports data might be better, particularly in which tags are concerned.

But overall, Nimble is a well-laid CRM application with a few great characteristics and absolutely worth putting in your list of CRM solutions to test out.

Can You Make Money With Nimble CRM?

Yes. You can increase your revenue by using a CRM solution like Nimble CRM.

But if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to become an entrepreneur (which, trust me, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money in the process

The program that helped skyrocket my online business to $40,000+ per month teaches some of the same CRM skills, but shows you how to monetize them in a much, MUCH more profitable way.

Is Nimble CRM A Scam?

No. Nimble is not a scam. It can be your partner—your customer relationship manager.

It is possible to build a successful business with CRM software… But there are better ways to build a business other than with CRM.

My #1 pick proves this.

Because unlike Nimble CRM, it actually provides real proof of real success from real people as recently as a few days ago.

Is Nimble CRM Legit?

Yes. CRM is 100% legit.

But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs I review. I personally think CRM is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.

What Is Our Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2021?

Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!

Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Where Nimble CRM falls short is in scalability.

You can’t realistically expect to be able to streamline every aspect of your business (ie, generating leads for your business) just by using CRM Software… because you are limited by time.

But what if you could leverage it?

With this digital real estate program, you can have the phone ringing at every minute of the day and never have to pick up once!

Sound too good to be true?

Of course it does!

But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!

This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.

How do you get paid and how much?

Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.

A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.

Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!

That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!

See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.

The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to answer the phone…all you have to do is get the phone to ring.

This program actually allows you to generate more business without being on the phone all day.

Truly passive income!

What Kind Of Training Is Offered?

The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.

You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.

Unlike Nimble CRM, where you’re the closer…these websites turn into your closer. A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.

Unlike Nimble CRM, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.

Now, I know you probably have tons of questions…
