MyTraffic.biz Reviews ([year] Update): Is This The Best Affiliate Marketing Opportunity On The Market?

Introduction To MyTraffic.biz

Hi, and welcome to this deep dive into MyTraffic.biz! You’re most likely here for a couple of reasons:

  1. You happened to see an ad from James Wendall on platforms like Google, YouTube, or Facebook, talking about his affiliate marketing program.
  2. You were doing some late-night research about how to become an Amazon affiliate and found this or other My Traffic Biz reviews.
  3. Or maybe you heard about it through the grapevine and thought, "Hey, could this be my next side hustle or even a full-time gig?"

Whatever brought you here, grab your go-to cold brew or mocha latte, and let's get into it. In the next few minutes, we're gonna unpack as much as we can.

By the end I hope to help you answer any questions or concerns you may have like:

  • The million-dollar question: "Is My Traffic Biz Legit or a scam?"
  • Is Affiliate Marketing a worthwhile business model?
  • Who is James Wendall, and is My Traffic Business legit or just another internet rabbit hole?
  • Is investing in My Traffic Biz training gonna give you a decent ROI, or just make your wallet lighter?
  • A sneak peek into the paid membership – what's really behind that login screen?
  • And for the grand finale, we'll look at some of the better alternatives to My Traffic Biz and affiliate marketing in general.

Here at ScamRisk, I've written reviews on countless programs like this one. And while I'd love to say I'm an expert on everything and consider myself a bit of a wordsmith, the truth is, my autocorrect probably has a better vocabulary than I do. It's like Siri went to graduate school, and I'm still figuring out the syllabus.

I've sifted through the internet's endless maze of reviews to make this the ultimate guide for all things My Traffic Biz. Trust me, spending the next 15 minutes here could save you thousands of dollars and spare you the "I told you so" from your friends and family.

So, no more stalling. Let's jump into how MyTraffic.biz stacks up, and wrap it up with some pros and cons:

DISCLAIMER:

This My Traffic Business review has been thoroughly researched with information and testimonials that are available to anyone in the public. Any conclusions drawn by myself are opinions.

PROS
  • The program isn't terrible and claims to have an effective auto-pilot backend, which means you don't need any previous experience.
  • It's relatively inexpensive so that if it doesn't work out for you, you won't feel like you've been ripped off too badly.
  • It has a 24/7 support line which means if you get stuck on anything, someone could help you.
CONS
  • From what I was able to find, the testimonials seem to be fake which has the makings of a scam
  • The owner of the program uses stock images which means tracking him down would be a bit of a task
  • The program comes with upsells which means you're not getting the full benefit of the program from the start

Why Listen To Us

My name is Josiah, and this is my Dad, Joel.why listen us

Together, we make up the team here at Scamrisk.

If you’ll let me bother you for two minutes, I’d like to quickly explain why I’m even here writing this review.

In early 2020, I had just graduated from college & had no real career prospects.

I knew I was destined for something more, but I had no clue how I was going to make it happen.

I had this sinking feeling in my gut all the time… like the “big man upstairs” had accidentally given me the version of life where I’d be mediocre forever, instead of the one where I was, ya know – happy & fulfilled.

Anyway…

I had fiddled around with some different online businesses in college:

Some random MLMs, a bit of affiliate marketing, a (failed) dropshipping store or two, all the usual suspects.

Even my dad had been involved in MLMs back in the day… selling knives & other random nonsense people (probably) didn’t need.

All I really wanted was to find something that was going to actually work for me.

Maybe those things had worked for others, but for me it all turned up a fat “0” in the bank account department.

So I searched! And searched… and searched… and searched…

And eventually, I somehow stumbled upon a program that promised to help me build an income online (read about it here if you’re curious).

I didn’t really want to be “rich”.

The thought of making a reliable $5K per month & not having to worry about clocking in to a 9-to-5 ever again was all I needed.

Sure, there were people in the program doing high-6 and low-7 figures per year… but that wasn’t what I was out for.

I just wanted to provide freedom for myself, and if I was lucky, take my family along for the ride.

Fast forward a few days and a few phone calls & I was enrolled!

Here’s the first “money making website” I put up:

why listen us gif

I built that site in 2020, and it still makes me $1,500 per month. It’s a basic 5 page website I built based on a template the program provides.

The best part to me? My dad and I get to do it all together!

So between the:

  1. Ease of reaching $5-$10K per month in income online

  2. Straightforward-ness of the system to do it

  3. Fact that I get to do it w/ my family

Is why I recommend local lead generation as my #1 business model for making money online.

Sure, it takes some work and dedication – but anyone that tells you that there’s a business out there that requires no work is selling you a lemon.

I’m not saying you need to sign up for the same program I did, but I would definitely recommend giving the business model a peek!

The Verdict On MyTraffic Biz

TLDR - What’s The Verdict On MyTraffic.biz Reviews and James Wendall?

You're tossing around the idea of buying My Traffic Biz, right? Well, my quick advice would be, "Hold on, wait a minute, something ain’t right."

Now, I'm not saying that because I don't think you can make money with Affiliate Marketing or that My Traffic Biz is a course you should totally avoid. I'm also not saying James Wendall is up to no good – while that could be the case, maybe he really wants to help people.

Here's the deal: Affiliate Marketing can be tough. It's not as easy as some other ways to make money that I've talked about before (like in this RentDigitalAssets.com review). There's just a lot of competition, and it's hard to stand out.

Imagine waking up on a Saturday morning in a peaceful little mountain town and going out to your favorite waterpark, only to find it bursting at the seams with people from a neighboring town.  A day of fun-filled water sliding and lazy rivering is hijacked by long lines and sunburn.

Or let's say you decide you want to make a website about something you love, like video games. But then you find out there are already tons of big websites selling popular games like Mortal Kombat and Call of Duty.

Now, if you're just doing this for fun, like if you have a blog about farm animals and selling first edition copies of Charlotte’s Web, then maybe My Traffic Biz is for you and James Wendall’s heart in the right place after all.

But if you're serious about making money and you want something that's less crowded and with more profit potential, you might want to think about other options. I've been doing something different for a few years, and it's been great for me. You can learn more about it here.

So, who should really think about using My Traffic Biz? Well, if you're okay with jumping into a crowded field and you're not worried about making a lot of money, go for it. But if you're looking for something more reliable that could really pay off in the long run – don't worry, we'll get there.

AreaScoreDescription
Time Investment2.1/5The program claims that users can make money with just a few minutes of effort each day. However, the reality is that driving traffic and affiliate marketing require a significant time investment, contrary to the "hour-a-day" promise.
Level of Control2.6/5My Traffic Business offers little control to its users. You're basically working for someone else, selling their products. The commission structure or terms can change at any time, leaving you with no real ownership or control over your business.
Ease of Implementation2.3/5The program says it's simple, implying that all you need to do is send emails. However, the actual process involves mastering multiple skills like copywriting, Google Ads, and SEO, making it far from easy for beginners.
Profit Potential2.2/5While the program claims you can earn up to $500 per day, the commissions are generally small. The site itself has many negative reviews, and the low upfront cost of $47 raises questions about the depth of the training.

Who Should Jump Into MyTraffic.biz And Who Should Pass?

The point of this review is to help you figure out if My Traffic Biz is the right choice for you. So, let's talk about who might find this course helpful:

  • If you're new to the whole idea of making money online, My Traffic Biz is basically an introduction to Affiliate Marketing. It's not going to turn you into a business whiz, but it's a start.
  • If you already know a bit about making money online but want to learn more, well, you probably won't learn anything new here. The course talks about the basic stuff you need to know, but that's about it.
  • If you think you need a personal coach and regular check-ins to make sure you're doing things right, there are better courses to pick like in this Wealthy Affiliate review.

Now, if any of the following BBB complaints rub you the wrong way, maybe think twice before choosing this course:

  • This individual paid $27 to MyTraffic.Biz, hoping to start a small business. He was contacted by someone at MTB and promised that a director would call the next day, but no one called back, and now he wants his money returned because he believes it’s all just a scam.
  • This individual wants his money back from the company and regrets not reading reviews first. When he called to ask what products he's selling, the support guy got mad and treated him like a kid.
  • This individual keeps getting calls from the company even though he's on Do Not Call Lists. They call from different numbers and even on Sundays. He's so fed up that he's thinking about suing them for harassment.

My Traffic Biz and James Wendall: 1,000 FT View

My Traffic Business 1000 ft View

Let's take a closer look into James Wendall and My Traffic Biz.

The Affiliate Marketing Business Model

Affiliate Marketing is basically a performance-based marketing plan. Businesses pay affiliates for driving traffic or sales to their websites. The affiliate then earns a commission each time someone makes a purchase through a unique link associated with the affiliate.

It's a win-win for both parties: businesses get more customers, and affiliates make money.

Types Of Affiliate Marketing

Unattached Affiliate Marketing: This affiliate has no direct connection with the customer. They often use pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns with their affiliate link.

Related Affiliate Marketing: This affiliate has some level of authority or influence within the niche of the product they're promoting. They might not use the product themselves but are trusted sources.

Involved Affiliate Marketing: This affiliate (aka Influencers) only promotes products they have personally used and believe in. This approach builds trust and is generally more sustainable in the long run.

How You Get Paid

There are many different ways to get paid in Affiliate Marketing. You could be paid:

  • per sale
  • per action
  • per install
  • per lead
  • per click

The commission rates can vary too, from as low as 5% to as high as 50% for some high-ticket items. Some programs even offer a flat rate per sale.

Why Be An Affiliate Marketer

  • Low Risk: Most affiliate programs are free to join.
  • Passive Income: Once set up, it can generate income without the need for constant monitoring.
  • Scalability: You can always add more products and go into different niches.
  • Low Investment: No need to create a product or service. You're promoting someone else's creation.
  • Flexibility: Work from anywhere, choose what products you want to promote, and how you want to market them.

James Wendall: Guru Bio

Who Is James Wendall

James Wendall is the guy behind the My Traffic Business system, a program that says you can make a lot of money just by sending emails.

But here's the deal, nobody really knows who James Wendall is. He's not found in any online searches and even the Better Business Bureau doesn't have info on him.

The website uses stock photos and the voice you hear isn't even his; it's from an actor he hired. So, it's hard to trust what he says.

The program claims to teach you about affiliate marketing, but it doesn't really offer much help. You get an eBook called "List Building Excellence" and that's about it. You're pretty much on your own after that.

So, while "James Wendall" talks a big game, there are a lot of red flags that make you wonder if he's really out to help people or just make a quick buck.

How Much Does MyTraffic.biz Cost?

How Much Does MyTraffic_biz Cost

To join My Traffic Business, you have to pay a one-time fee of $47, but If you want their special VIP support, that's another $9.95.

However, If you try to leave their website, they'll offer you a 50% discount. So, you could get the whole thing for just $23.50.

Now, you might think $50 or even $23.50 sounds like a small price for such a big promise, but from what you've previously read, is it really worth the hassle?

Is My Traffic Business Legit or a Scam?

Is My Traffic Business Legit or a Scam

I very seldomly use the “S” word, but I hate to say that it sure looks like it. The course promises to teach you how to make money online by sending emails. But here's the catch: it doesn't really help you do that.

The course costs $47, and there's even a VIP option for an extra $9.95. But guess what? People who tried to get their money back couldn't, even though the course promises a refund.

The guy behind it, James Wendall, uses a fake photo to make you think he's legit – Red Flag #1.

The course also uses actors to make fake testimonials – Red Flag #2.

And get this, some people got charged money without even signing up for the course. Could that BE any more scammy?!?

The course does give you an eBook called "List Building Excellence" but leaves you to figure out the rest. Real training programs give you videos, one-on-one support, and lots of guidance.

My Traffic Business doesn't offer any of that, but this program covers all those bases and more.

So, yeah, I have to say it’s a scam. It's not delivering what it promises, uses fake photos and reviews, and some people even got charged without signing up. You do the math. If you're looking for a way to make money online, it's better to look somewhere else.

What's The Difference Between My Traffic Business and All The Others?

Let's do a quick compare and contrast of My Traffic Business to other affiliate marketing programs, like the Misha Wilson Method. It's normal to be curious, especially when you hear you can make money online. At least for me, something about James and his program makes me think twice.

So, what's different about My Traffic Business? Well, it's kinda beginner-friendly. But here's the catch: it's more like an intro course. It gives you the basic idea but doesn't dive deep into how to really win at affiliate marketing.

Now, let's get into the not-so-awesome parts.

The program doesn't go into the nitty-gritty of affiliate marketing. That means you'll have to shell out more cash to get the full picture. Plus, once you're in, they keep trying to sell you more and more stuff.

That's super annoying if you thought one payment would cover everything you need to know.

Look, affiliate marketing is legit, and there are solid programs that can teach you the ropes. But when it comes to My Traffic Business, it's a non-starter.

My Personal Opinion About My Traffic Business

My Personal Opinion About My Traffic Business

Alright, let's wrap up this little expose' of My Traffic Business.

Before you spend your money on any online course, you have to know a few things. If you search for "My Traffic Business reviews," you'll find that most reviews are from people who didn't have a great time with it. Usually, the folks who didn't do well are the ones who speak up.

The ones who are doing great? They usually keep quiet.

Now, here's something super important: your attitude matters a lot. If you think joining My Traffic Business or any of James Wendall's courses will make you rich overnight, think again. Sure, you can make some money, but it's not gonna happen without some work.

In my opinion, My Traffic Business is something to be cautious about. Why? Well, here's how I look at any affiliate marketing course:

  • Does the teacher know what they're talking about? With James Wendall, it's hard to say.
  • Is there any real coaching, like a special Facebook group? Not really.
  • Is the course actually good? In my opinion, it's not.
  • Do they update the course often? Doesn't seem like it.

Would I Recommend My Traffic Business?

If you're super determined and willing to work hard, you could maybe find some success, but honestly you would be better off looking up Youtube videos on Affiliate Marketing. I sincerely believe you would find better content there than with My Traffic Business.

Affiliate marketing isn't that hard, so if this program was free, it could be a decent start. But giving them even your name and contact info? I'd be super careful about that.

Now, why would I say to be cautious? Well, according to research in other My Traffic Biz reviews, this program has some issues. So I would pass. In my opinion, it's better to be safe than sorry.

What’s Inside And How Does My Traffic Business Work?

Whats Inside My Traffic Biz

List Building Excellence

This ebook shows you an easy way to build an email list. Emailing a list of interested people makes running an online business much easier. According to LBE, If you don't build a list, you won't make as much money, no matter how much you spend on ads.

My Traffic Business Conclusion: Should You Buy James Wendall's eBook?

I'm going to level with you. Don't waste your time with this ebook. There are much better Affiliate Marketing programs that you can purchase.

There are even better business models than Affiliate Marketing, like starting a local lead generation business or becoming a real estate investor, when it comes to creating passive inome.

What Is My #1 Pick For Making Money Online in 2024?

Digital Leasing

I’ve spent years researching, reviewing, and vetting dozens of business models and thousands of programs.

While there may be no “perfect business,” the research IS conclusive:

Digital Leasing is the #1 online business model for those just starting out.

Whether you’ve never made a dollar online or been in this space for a while but never really “made it,” Digital Leasing is for you.

Why?

1) It’s Flexible: got an hour a day? You can do this. Ready to drop everything else and dive in full-time? You can do this. Yes, the more time you put in, the faster you see results. But even with a little time each day, you can move the needle in a Digital Leasing business.

And because this system is so flexible, you don’t have to constantly be working to make more money. It’s called PASSIVE INCOME because if you stop working, the money doesn’t.

Imagine taking 3 months off to just tour around Europe, rent a cabin in the woods to write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, or live on the beach and surf all day.

This is only possible if you have an income stream that’s not tied to your time.

2) You Own & Control EVERYTHING: With Affiliate Marketing, you don’t really own anything.

You have no control over the quality of products. You don’t even own customers.
Look at the fine print for most affiliate agreements. At any point, affiliate marketing companies can change your commission structure, reduce your profit margins, or kick you out entirely.

Imagine you've been able to create a decent monthly income, either from free traffic or paid ads (or both), just to have Clickbank or Amazon Associates discontinue an item, or have the Affiliate Vendor slash the price of an eBook.

With Digital Leasing, you own the assets, which means you have all the power and all the control.

Consider this: You have a small business owner, renting one of your sites, who decides that they don't want to pay you anymore because they think they're getting enough business. You can either do one of two things:

  • Turn off the lead flow so that they can see for themselves just how many leads you're actually sending their way and wait for them to blow up your phone, begging for you to turn it back on.
  • You can find one of their competitors and show THEM how you're able to bring in a ton of new customers and double their money. You would likely be able to charge them much more in rent than you did for your previous client.

3) Little To No Startup Costs: It’s possible to get into Digital Leasing with zero dollars upfront. Because, using the strategies outlined in this program, you can get a client to pay you BEFORE spending a penny out of your own pocket... even before you do any work.

Even without getting paid in advance, you can have your first Digital Rental Property up, running, and generating profits for less than $100.

4) Easy To Duplicate: Ok, here’s the best part: once you have your first Digital Rental Property up and running, you can literally DOUBLE your income with a few clicks, a couple of keystrokes, and a single phone call (and you don’t actually need the phone call).

Remember: each Digital Rental Property is worth $500 to $2,000 monthly in semi-passive income (over 95% profit). Every time you decide to create another one and increase your income, it gets easier.

Because you have more knowledge, more experience, more results, and more momentum.

If you wanted to double your income with Clickbank or Amazon Associates, you’d have to double your traffic, double the average order size of each customer, OR double your commission rate. I guarantee you, that’s a lot harder than a few clicks and a few minutes of your life.

5) Make Money Helping Real People: This part is what makes it all worth it. With affiliate marketing, you’re selling the product with the best commission rate that Clickbank or Amazon has to offer, NOT the one that will improve most people’s lives.

And that makes it pretty hard to sleep at night.

But with Digital Leasing, you’re actually helping people by solving your clients’ biggest problem:

Small, local businesses need more customers, and with Digital Leasing, you are unleashing a flood of happy, paying customers for these businesses.

In fact, a friend of mine (who also does Digital Leasing) was able to help a small Mom & Pop towing business that was on the verge of closing up shop. Within 6 months of sending them leads, they were able to turn their business around and even put money down on a new truck.

You see, you make money by helping them make money.

You see, you're not a big, faceless corporation either. You're just a "little guy" entrepreneur helping another "little guy" business owner who’s using that money to put food on the table for their family, start a college fund for their kids, or take care of a sick parent.

Once you see how Digital Leasing makes a real impact in the lives of real people, you’ll sleep like a baby with a big smile on your face.

Now, the choice is yours. You could continue browsing, looking at opportunities like MyTraffic.biz and Affiliate Marketing in general which could one day make you money.

You could continue researching, never making a decision.

OR, you could take a look inside, consider what you really want, and join a program that makes your dreams a reality. At the same time, joining a community of over 2,000 successful students that are living life on their own terms, thanks to Digital Leasing.

A consistent, reliable, semi-passive stream of income that doesn’t depend on you or your time to keep producing profits.

All while genuinely helping real people who are grateful and happy to pay for it.

If this sounds more like what you want out of life (or if you just want some nice side income), click here to learn more about Digital Leasing.
