Chimene van gundy is promising a lot of people 500 a month if you invest 20000 per mobile and delivering nothing, it has been 8 months now and we have not received a penny or even a refund we keep asking for and get no call back email, nothing
There are investors that has given up there whole retirement believing her and are about to lose it all
Several investors including myself are experiencing the same thing. Chimene Van Gundy has been telling all of her investors for at least 6 months now that their payments are coming, but they have yet to come. In the meantime, she is collecting mortgage payments from the mobile home owners an keeping it for herself. Ponzio scheme!
Chimene Van Gundy has not paid her investors for over a year. She also does not pay her employees. She is holding millions of dollars from people across the United States and she does not care one bit. She has lawsuits upon lawsuits being filed against her, look them up. She is running the worst business called Outstanding Real Estate Solutions and I have no idea why people buy her course. She’s definitely not one for the people. She has been telling investors for months that their payments are coming and they have not all the way from Feb 2021. A lot of people out there are suffering because of this lady and she deserves punishment.
