You’ll learn whether book arbitrage is the right online business for you.

And at the end, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Higher Path Ventures and book arbitrage in general.

But most importantly, you’ll see the exact system many others have used to build their own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income.

This system made them swear off book arbitrage for good, because it uses some of the same skills but in a much more powerful and profitable way!

Higher Path Ventures Review Summary

Higher Path Ventures Review

Product: Book Profits

Product Type: Online Book Arbitrage Course

Creators: Luke Sample & Jon Shugart

Cost: $3,500 upfront, $297/month

Higher Path Ventures is one of Luke’s numerous websites that promotes a training program and a software solution that claims to help you search affordable, in-demand books and sell them on Amazon.

The business model is sound, but the profit margins aren’t as large as one might expect. The costs associated with Book Profits are far greater than they should be.

Furthermore, Luke Sample has changed the name of his flagship program several times, which is a red flag.

In my opinion, legitimate businesses do not normally act in this manner. I think Higher Path Ventures has a lot of questionable stuff going on.

If you’re a newbie trying to earn passive income online, I believe there are other, more suitable, and cost-effective choices that do not require you to spend thousands of dollars upfront for something that may not even work out for you in the first place.

What Is High Path Ventures?

What Is High Path Ventures

Luke Sample has created this training curriculum. He offers a handful of example strategies in his sales video to illustrate the complete business plan.

In the first video of the free training, you can buy a book for $11.52 and sell it for $174. After deducting all of the fees associated with using Amazon to conduct your business, you’re left with a profit of $130.85.

You should recognize that you will rarely make that much money from a single sale. Most of the time, after all of Amazon’s fees, you will earn less than that.

This system is comparable to another called MentorBox. The main difference is that you won’t be learning how to publish your own books with Higher Path Ventures.

Throughout the online presentation, Luke Sample displays “case studies” from people who allegedly earn thousands of dollars using this business strategy.

Don’t get me wrong: you certainly can. However, to get there, a lot of hard work, patience, research, trial, and error will be required.

That being said, you don’t have to spend or risk losing thousands of dollars to get started in this industry.

On the other hand, ex-members of Higher Path Ventures, formerly known as Textbook Money, Book Arbitrage, and now Book Profits, have filed multiple complaints.

Apparently, if you dispute Luke’s techniques or try the system and lose money, he will go to any length to make sure that no one finds out about your bad experience.

You’ll be muted or banned from the members-only, secret groups.

Book Profits was co-founded by Luke Sample. Based on his bio, he has made millions of dollars online and, at the age of 23, was featured in the Wall Street Journal. He shows himself as a kind individual wanting to assist others in reaching their full potential.

Jon Shugart, the other High Path Ventures and Book Profits co-founder, is a university graduate with a Masters in Education & Leadership.

After four years of teaching mathematics in high school, he began studying computer science in 2000. He has built several million-dollar businesses in the last 19 years.

Luke and Jon have both long been active in digital marketing and making money online.

What’s Inside Higher Path Ventures

Higher Path Ventures contains a training course and tools that you may use.

Other bonuses are also accessible to you to help you with your book-selling business.

Training Summary

The Higher Path Ventures training course will teach you all you need to know to launch your own book arbitrage business.

Of course, the most essential lesson you’ll take away from this is how and where to find books at inexpensive costs and then resell them for a profit.

Aside from the primary lessons, you will also study the following:

  • How you may enhance your sales by offering free shipping on your products.
  • Using the “Amazon Prime” option to sell your books for a higher profit.
  • Product And Keyword Research
  • Other Amazon facts to know include the Amazon Sales Rank.
  • Using the Amazon Trade-in Program to gain more books and how to turn the Amazon gift cards into actual cash.
  • How to use sites other than Amazon to find even more cheap books.

Keep in mind that the course notes that for some people, transferring the gift cards that Amazon pays for the trade-in program into cash can be a hassle.

As a result, they advised avoiding it whenever feasible and instead of using other online selling platforms while looking for books to sell.

The software offered isn’t particularly noteworthy. However, it substantially simplifies some of the duties that you will be required to perform here.

It focuses on making your product research much easier. You’ll be able to find cheap books to buy with greater ease with this software than if you did it yourself.

Other Benefits

The Higher Path Ventures system will also handle any necessary logistics. You will be able to outsource some of the logistics for your online bookshop for a small additional fee.

These include receiving your ordered books, opening and inspecting them, repackaging them, and shipping them to Amazon on your behalf. You can use this function to earn money while using this program for a small fee.

How Much Does Higher Path Ventures Cost?

There is a one-time fee of $3,500 and a monthly fee of $297. The only way to find out is to set up a group call.

You’ll be presented with the concept of joining Higher Path Ventures over there. Split payment alternatives and other upsells may be available.

They also offer a money back guarantee.

Pros Of Higher Path Ventures

higher path ventures

The software included in the course substantially simplifies the otherwise time-consuming chore of locating the best and lowest-priced books to sell.

The opening video for this course by Luke Sample is highly transparent and clear. He answers the majority of the questions that may arise in your mind when you take this course.

Higher Path Ventures handles all of the logistics for your internet business. That means you can generate some passive revenue from this business because some of the labor is done for you.

When correctly performed, the company concept is quite scalable.

It’s a fantastic business idea for bookworms who want to make a living from their passion, as well as other types of book collectors.

Cons Of Higher Path Ventures

Before participating in this course, you should be aware of one flaw.

Unfortunately, the usual issues that plague some similar online courses apply here as well. Such is the high price and the problem of saturation, especially given the large number of people that may enroll in this course.

Higher Path Ventures’ most significant issue, though, is its reputation.

You see, it’s had a few other names in the past. It has, after all, renamed itself several times in the past.

It’s previously known by a variety of names, including…

  • Textbook Money
  • Book Arbitrage
  • Book Profits

If you recognize these names, it’s because they have a history of almost defrauding people. The best illustration is that most people who have tried these programs have complained that their software does not work. Not at all.

The reason for the rebranding remains unknown. But you can probably predict that the cause isn’t good. Most likely, they’re doing it because their previous names have earned such a poor reputation among those who tried their program.

They even went far as to state in its Terms & Conditions that once you sign the contract, you will be unable to perform the following:

  • They cannot guarantee that the software will function properly.
  • A class-action lawsuit cannot be filed.
  • Basically, after you sign in, you are not allowed to complain about the system.

Can You Trust Higher Path Ventures?

This program is not a scam, in my opinion. I’m sure some folks made money online using Luke Sample’s training package.

Because this is a business opportunity, I know that many individuals have lost thousands of dollars attempting to make it work for them.

That’s quite typical. Higher Path Ventures, on the other hand, I believe is overpriced.

The greatest issue I have with Book Profits program is that they’ve changed the name of the service several times over the years.

Why am I making such a big deal over something that many companies and organizations do? Mostly because there has been a flood of negative comments from those who have lost a lot of money after investing in Luke Sample’s training program.

To me, it appears that he is attempting to escape affiliation with these bad references by changing the name of his program regularly.

Higher Path Ventures has a whole Facebook page dedicated to them, saying that they are crooks. They have clearly enraged a large number of people.

Instead of confronting these individuals and their dissatisfied consumers, Luke and his business partner Jon attempt to silence them in some way. At least, that is the subject of many of the complaints.

This behavioral pattern indicates that they have no plans to improve their training or software quality soon.

I won’t go so far as to say this is a scam program. However, some ex-members of Textbook Money (Higher Path Ventures’ prior name) claim that the actual net profit from some of the books they’ve purchased is as little as $2 or $3.

That is far less than the $130.85 net profit mentioned by Luke during his free webinar training.

If you choose not to spend thousands of dollars, you can look into other, less risky options for starting an online business with Amazon.

Can You Make Money With Higher Path Ventures?

Yes, you can, especially if you love books at the same time. That way, looking for books to sell won’t be such a hassle.

There’s a lot that comes along with book arbitrage that many people struggle with.

Now, don’t get the wrong idea…

It’s not impossible to make money with book arbitrage, but if you’re gonna put in the amount of grueling work to do this business (which, trust us, isn’t easy), you might as well bring in some REAL money while you’re learning the ropes.

The program that helped skyrocket many online businesses to over $40,000+ per month is so simple that making money really does become second nature.

Is Higher Path Ventures A Scam?

Despite the negative feedback, I believe Higher Path Ventures is not a scam.

It is entirely possible to build a profitable, successful book arbitrage business… But there are better ways to build a business other than with book arbitrage…

Is Higher Path Ventures Legitimate?

Higher Path Ventures is legit.

But, when it comes to building a business, you have plenty of options.

And even if you’re dead set on becoming a book trader, you’ve got way better options than Higher Path Ventures.

Keep in mind, I don’t get paid to promote any of the programs we review. I personally think book arbitrage is a great business model, but you could end up leaving way too much money on the table.

What Is My Top Recommendation For Making Money Online In 2021?

Our review team has come across a program in the real estate industry that is next level!

Although it’s not real estate in the traditional sense, it’s all digital.

Yup, Digital Real Estate!

Where Higher Path Ventures falls short is in scalability.

You can’t realistically expect to be able to make passive income when you have to watch your store and manage ads all day.

But what if you leverage it?

With this digital real estate program, you can have the ability to completely walk away from the laptop because there is no ad management!

Sound too good to be true? Of course it does! But it isn’t…in fact, business owners wish they had this skill!

All you have to do is build and rank a website and forward the jobs off to a business owner in town, you could even email it to them!

This works for literally any service based business, tree service, plumbing, towing, etc.

How do you get paid and how much?

Simple, after you forward the jobs off to a business owner and he makes some money off of them, you simply ask to make the deal beneficial for each other.

A fair price to charge per lead, depending on the industry is 10-20%…let’s just use the tree service industry for example and go by worst case scenario.

Let’s say you build and rank the site and only 10 jobs a month come in. The average tree service job is anywhere from $500-$2000!

That means at bare minimum you have an asset worth $500 a month!

See why they call it digital real estate now? That’s a rent payment.

The great thing is how easy it is to scale. You don’t have to answer the phone…all you have to do is get the phone to ring.

Remember Higher Path Ventures and all the small profit margins?

This one actually allows you to collect that without being on the laptop managing a store all day. Truly passive income!

The training program takes making money online to a whole other level. The owner of the program walks you through how to build and rank a site hand in hand, with the occasional voice over when he is sharing his screen.

You will learn the importance of keywords, website name, how to send call notifications via email, backlinking, etc.

Once the training program is completed you will also have access to a Facebook group much better than the Higher Path Ventures group in our opinion. This group is much more active. reviews

Unlike Higher Path Ventures, where you have to run ads all day and worry about getting a $5 profit off a $50 product 1,000 times over…. A business will always want more leads and another job. In fact it doesn’t even matter that the job isn’t coming from their website name…they see it as it is…expanding digital real estate.

Unlike Higher Path Ventures, more people have been able to walk away from their 9-5 job as well.

Digital real estate allows you to have total passive income with most of your day being spent OFF the laptop.

Now, I know you probably have tons of questions… So, check this out to learn more.
